We used the pet wash yesterday and it was an oval experience for our dog. The water was freezing and when you switch the sail no soap comes out. The dryer doesn’t even dry! Don’t waste you money on washing them here.

The building is SO dirty. Like how are you a washing place and have SUCH a dirty building. They need to power wash the outside of it or repaint it. It looks so gross driving down coffee.

I have been using this place for years but not sure what’s been going on lately here. I just waited for a stall to open. Had to go to 2 different ones cause the card reader isn’t working. I ended up leaving because of it. The receipt machine is always out of paper. Frustrating cause it’s always busy and when you wait to pull in and the card reader doesn’t work, you have to wait longer for another stall to open up. Only to find out that stalls spot free rinse doesn’t work or the tire cleaner isn’t working. I have had to bring my own degreaser and towel because of the inconsistencies. Now I’m going to have to make sure I have cash. When everything is working 4-5 stars but as of late, 2 stars.

When it comes to car wash I'll have to say this is one of the best of it too. Cat music while you washed your car. The soap smelt like bubble gum. The cost was $ Which perfect $ 2.50 I can't tell you for what length I would say. Maybe 3 minutes now that's just a guess.. I probably spent $6 and I left with not having enough time to rinse off all the soap that was thumbs down. In my opinion for six bucks you should be able to wash and rinse your car off

The pet wash, when working, is often very dirty. If you can get the machine to take payment and actually work, your dog will still have to endure mostly cold water and hardly any soap. Oh, and really loud country music. There's no one on site to help you when things aren't working properly, either. Unfortunately there are few self serve pet washes in town so I keep having to come back and get disappointed.

I love going to Sparkles for my car as I love being able to personally take the time to wash my car and get everything an automatic wash wouldn’t. I’ve been going for about a year now and I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting the owner Nick today and he was extremely nice and helpful! He even covered my wash and helped me with my car and explained all the steps! I never had that kind of experience but he was extremely nice and took the time to help me out!

The fact that the machine says two dollars and then i look at my bank account and it took out TEN dollars. That’s outrageous for ten dollars i got the same amount of time as i would have if i paid two dollars. This place is a scam. The vacuum barely worked. Will not come again.

First time using the self service car wash yesterday 11/2/25 around 4pm. Did not see a place to get tokens so I scanned my card. The washer did not start working. Looked all over to find a button to push to start the machine, but could not find one. Pushed the only button there is, still did not start. Asked another customer in the next bay where to get tokens. Bought $7.00 worth of tokens. Put the tokens in and the machine started flowing water immediately! washed my car. Checked my credit card account online and found a $10.00 charge on my account! Very dissappointed. No one there to help or answer questions.

This car wash is trash, especially their pet wash. Was forced to pay with credit card cant do cash or coins, and then only to have water come out only no shampoo or conditioner nothing. And when you move the dial to stop time keeps running i you have to press a button on the credit card reader that is not labeled multiple time for the time to stop and to stop it from stealing more of your money. Do not come here better washing your car or pets at home.

It was a wonderful family activity; the kids loved participating, and the result was a squeaky clean car. Full disclosure: I'm one of the owners, but I use this car wash and this car wash alone. We have upgraded everything in our Coffee Rd. location and I'm loving it. I have a big car and it cost about $10 per wash, but I have it down. I'm loving the tap to pay, the clean facilities and the fact that we've been able to get rid of any criminals loitering. If you see me in my black Bronco say hi! I'll gladly help you out and who knows, you might get a few free tokens! Thanks for the feedback and keep it up, our goal is to provide a safe, clean facility where you get what you pay for. The card reader does not work no matter how many times I swipe it. Otherwise, the place is great.I always enjoy going here.So my favorite of the ones for go to but when I like to carry just hey, Devon card with me. I'd like to have a card reader work.
