I was here for an oil and transmission fluid change. Great experience! The waiting area was festive with a warm atmosphere. Available purchased refreshments, TV for the kids, and a sitting area. Very pleasant!

I just came from a car wash, and the car still had dirt on it, barely cleaned, yet they claimed the job was done. I had to open each door and inspect the vehicle myself, and only then did they reluctantly start wiping it down. They hadn’t even touched the wheels, and when I asked about it, they only began cleaning them after I pointed it out. When I went to complain, they responded with an irritated tone, as if I was the problem. I will never return, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place go elsewhere. This was, by far, the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had.

Don’t waste your money, please avoid going to the car wash if you really want your car to be washed good find somewhere else I’ll tell you why I’m a college students are usually wash my car by myself after I finished final I said let me wash in a car wash I know my car was dirty so I paid extra $30 and I asked the guy does that include cleaning inside and outside and he said yes After it was washed and looked terrible me personally I don’t put bad reviews so I like to speak with the manager first I spoke with him he tells to clean it again and look how it looks before the manager told them to clean it a after he told them to clean it They washed it twice, and I still had to clean it at home by myself Thank you for wasting my time and money

Almost $60 VIP car wash was extremely sloppy. Apart from sending the car through the machine, it’s unclear what work the staff actually performed, as both the interior and exterior look as if they were never cleaned.

The guys who change your oil are solid and very efficient. The guys who wash your car are absolutely terrible. They let literally 13 cars cut in front me when I got my oil changed even after i told them. The Lube guys had to help me out and tell the guy to take it and he STILL waited for 5 more cars to pass. Petty as hell. Trash carwash service is why I probably won't come back.

I came in for a simple transmission fluid change on my Infiniti G37. After the service, the transmission started leaking fluid from the pan area, which was not leaking before. Took my car to an another mechanic to get it done. If you want proper work done go to Vicks auto repairs. Affordable and 100% reliable

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to Sparkles Carwash for a long time, and every visit has been great, but my last experience on Saturday, 9/20/25 was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the person greeting me was polite and welcoming. The service was fast and efficient, and the cashier was both nice and professional. I also noticed the manager — he may not realize it, but customers can see how hard he works to keep everything running smoothly. The car wash itself was excellent, and I left very satisfied. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I recently visited Sparkles car wash for an oil change, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The African American worker there insisted that I needed a new oil cap, claiming he couldn't remove the existing one. He even suggested I go to AutoZone to buy a new cap. I found this extremely inconvenient and suspicious. After leaving Sparkles, I took my car to Silverpoint in Whitestone, where they performed the oil change without any issues. This experience made me realize that the mechanics at Sparkles are either incompetent or just don't care about their job. It's clear that they lack the necessary skills and motivation to provide quality service. I've been a loyal customer of Sparkles for years, but this incident has made me question my decision to continue using their services. It's no surprise that their establishment barely has 4 star reviews. I strongly advise anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere. There are better, more reliable options out there.

I’m honestly not too big on writing negative reviews, especially not for an establishment that I’ve been going to literally my whole life. Unfortunately, it seems like my experience wasn’t just catching this place on an “off day”, and hopefully management acknowledges customer reviews & grievances, and acts accordingly or else people will end up taking their business elsewhere. You spend almost $50 on a car wash, you’d expect your car to come out looking…washed, no? I literally just got my car washed yesterday just to bring it around friends & have them ask me “yo, bro…when was the last time you got your car washed?” That’s embarrassing. Please, take pride in what you do & provide your customers with an exceptional experience…Or, at the very least, a clean car.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I spent $41 on a “full” car wash and drove out with my vehicle still covered in heavy salt residue, stains all over the rear, and even visible buildup around the door area. It honestly looks like the car was barely washed at all. During winter, removing road salt is the entire purpose of paying for a wash, and this place completely failed to do that. Charging premium prices while delivering this level of poor quality is extremely frustrating and disrespectful to customers’ time and money. Based on this experience, I strongly do NOT recommend this location. Management seriously needs to fix their rinse, drying, and quality control process before charging people these prices.

The workers here seem to hate what they do 🤦‍♂️ they left water streaks, and scratches all over the car wasn’t cleaned as it should be. My car was very dirty given the weather recently and I haven’t been able to give it a wash so I asked for the best service they got which is the VIP. It still needs another Carwash. And for as much workers as they have, it took merely one hour and yet not satisfied at all the price is average given a hand Carwash at other places which do a very good job charge around $80-$100. But I wanted to give this place a try given it’s near me. While I was there, I seen multiple people complaining.
