My go too. You get a card and Everytime you go they stamp it and by the 6th car wash it's free.. I love places that promote and help their loyal customers stay. They clean your car good 😊.

请不要去这个地方洗车，我的车被刮花了但店主矢口否认，我可能要花好几百块钱把这些划痕修好，不要去冒这个风险为了省几块钱。Please do not go to this place for a car wash even though it seems cheaper that other ones in the area. I went for a car wash over the weekend and only left my car with noticeable scratches all over the places: bigger ones on the hood (which clearly shows signes of wipes) and many other small ones on the side and back. I went back to talk to the owner. She took a look and then immediately denied everything, saying they are not resulted from the wash, citing their facility is very new（probably that is exactly the reason why it causes scratches on my car as the brush may not be soft enough. Or their crew experience is not sufficient so they messed up with some cleaning materials or procedures). I usually took a look at my car after my wash carefully and I remember each noticeable scratches on my car. My car was only several years old. Usually after a decent car wash, it looked like new and shining. After this wash, I saw my car getting several years older. I regretted going there a lot: just for saving a few bucks, I ended up with potential spending hundred of dollars to restore my car to the condition before this wash. This is worst experience I ever had with a car wash, quality wise and attitude/service wise. Do not put your car in potential risk of getting scratched in this wash facility.

Best Car Wash Ever!!! Amazing service, the manager was very nice. I first went there to get my car fixed ( there's a car repair next door and by the way they're are not owned by the same). After my car was fixed I washed my car there and let me tell you my car came out new. The price was also very reasonable.

My Dog peed all over my backseat . I pointed out the spot to the manager and my car came out very clean. The manager dude is young in his 20s and very dilligent. The wash was fast cheap and really good service. Cheaper than other places. The staff were friendly and its a wash 5 times get sixth free. Great bargain.

Going to be completely transparent. I looked at the review before coming here, and i've seen some that i didn't like, but i've seen some good ones with pictures that i do like. So i decided to give it a try. I got to say, I'm impressed. They really did a good job. I make sure they vacuum and clean each and every corner, and they did so. The wash they utilize is really good and makes my car shiny as if it was detailed. Especially the tire shine. Even though the area is a little outdated but what matters is the service they do and what they can do for your car. I've seen in other reviews about scratches. I don't see any scratches as i inspect the car everything seemed fine to me. I had scratches before coming here, but it's the area i park at and other cars keep scratching it! In conclusion If you ever want to give this place a try, despite the negative reviews.. Please pay attention to how they clean and dry and make sure it's dried and clean up to your standards. The workers shouldn't complain because we give them business if they meet our standards. We always want our car clean and shiny as it should be, no? I would come back if it will stay consistent.

Only been here once but it was super quick and smooth. The prices were also fair. Not sure about a lot of other reviews but I experienced no issues - and I’m very picky with my Lexus. This place used to be the best place to clean vehicle but Not any more. I asked for total clean - inside & out. The workers at the entrance were not properly cleaning. They just pretended. Even the machine cleaning outside didn't seem to work properly. Reason is that the dirt on the roof was not washed at all and white tissues were left inside the door pocket and dirty still on the floor and stains on the cover remain same. It looks like they just sprinkle the water on outside then dry it. Never go back

I paid $28 for vip car wash. They didn’t even brother to open the glass hood to wipe the dust around. I was their first customer when they reopened 6 years ago. The price was reasonable and service was good. I don’t know if they changed ownership or not. Now The price jumped but the quality of service declined.

I took my new car to this place for a super wash and noted a few scratches. Car still has stains and they refused to run another round. One guy wiped it around and then said it can’t be wiped because it’ll leave scratches to my car… so I asked how I can wash off the stains, they told me to buy the stain remover and hand wipe it myself😲. This car wash left streaks around window which I can neglect to see, but it hurts to see the scratches. My car is only 2 month old. So sad ….

Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars. Even though I paid $50, They just put the car through the machine and said it is ready. There were scratches all around the car and it was not clean at all. If you want your car to get damaged and not to get cleaned at all, you can go there. The worst car washing place ever.

I have been a customer of this establishment for years, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. When I went to have my car washed, the employee who usually cleans the interior — according to the other staff — damaged the screen of my vehicle. When I asked him for an explanation, he immediately denied any responsibility, and it was clear from his breath that he had been drinking. I then approached the person at the counter for assistance in resolving the issue, and they also refused to help. They claimed it was an internal malfunction and suggested the radio might have already been in that condition, which is simply not true. I know exactly how I brought my car in, and I absolutely have the right to report damage caused by your staff. It is unacceptable that an employee working in that condition is handling customers’ vehicles, and even more concerning that management seems unaware and unwilling to take responsibility. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly.

queens car wash is cheap for a reason. two stars and that’s charity. the workers move like someone off screen is holding them hostage. could be the guy constantly playing games on his phone at the front desk. no spark. no pep. just a slow sad wipe that makes you question your life choices. the place is filthy. i’m pretty sure they’re using water from the dirty bay across the road. the whole thing feels like a bad baptism. and somehow my car comes out feeling less clean on the inside than when it went in. like the place steals shine instead of giving it.

I had gone here in the past with previous cars and have always had a great experience. It has been a few years since I’ve been there but I needed a quick wash on the car I just recently got and decided to go. I asked for an interior and exterior clean. The interior was barely cleaned and to be honest I doubt they even ran the vacuum through it. They used the same rags from the interior on the windows of the car and ended up chipping the tints on my window. I assume with something abrasive on the already used microfiber towels. The workers are clearly unhappy at this establishment and it shows. If you value your car and are looking for a decent wash I would not recommend going here.

I went to this car wash although it had some bad reviews you truly don't know the experience till you go and in my opinion this car wash was not only good they also washed the mats as well and they wiped down the whole car the workers take their time and yes they take card payments and apple pay and google pay this place looks like its rundown but never judge a book by its cover. I will come again exceptional service and good attention to detail
