Took the most expensive "best wash" option and I got the worst wash. Didn't vacuum the trunk and lots of dirty spots.

Don’t waste your money here, it won’t clean your car. I spent $24 here, it only took less than 10 mins to went through,and still not clean.

If you care about your car, DO NOT take it to Smart Car Wash! The staff here recklessly revs customer cars’ engines and has a completely disrespectful attitude toward customers. I went there for a simple car wash, but the employee revved my engine multiple times while wiping the car down. When I told him to stop, he casually responded, “It’s fine, the car won’t have any problems.” To make things worse, he then had the audacity to say, “It’s not even your car, it’s the dealer’s.” Excuse me? Whether it’s financed, leased, or owned outright, it’s still my car—who gave him the right to treat it like his own toy? When I confronted him, he smugly said, “Are you going to call the police?” His attitude was unbelievably arrogant. No professionalism, no customer service—just an employee who doesn’t care about respecting customers’ property. This place is clearly mismanaged, and the staff lacks proper training.

For the amount of money that you paid, $20 for The Best package, they do a pretty bad job in cleaning both the inside and the outside of the car. The cup holders were still dusty and the top of the car looks unwashed.

Vacuum job was horrible. Exterior wash was fine. Then, to pay $5 to wash the mats that literally took them 30 seconds to (clean) is rediculous. I’ll keep going to my favorite spot…too bad the line was a block long today and didn’t want to wait at my regular place.

what a waste of $30. I live right down the street from this car wash. Am I going to it for 25 years? I went on Sunday 20 minutes before they close as the lines here are usually extremely long. I paid $30 for a super Wash and Matt’s. I was so disappointed when I left. They didn’t vacuum the trunk even though I asked them to and left it open and there were drip marks everywhere as well as several areas that weren’t even Washed. on top of all that the cashier was super rude. She laughed in my face when she told me that my loyalty card was expired and showed me the very very fine print on the card that said it only lasts one year but nowhere does it say that in any of the large postings at the cashier Why would anyone wanna go Here after being treated that way .What a waste of money.

Paid for The Best package.+ Floor mats RAV4 has a cargo bay mat. They charge $2 more to wash it but never bother to tell me. So. They didn't vacuum the cargo bay carpet. The driver side mat wasn't put back on the anti-slip hooks. To be fair. I saw the guy wiping clear my rear view mirror. Come when they are not busy. Come when you can speak Spanish, which I am learning for my job. I had paid a good tip of $15 for who I thought were my hardworking amigos. ( I am such a sucker for hardworking blue color, regardless of where they come from. Union indoctrination. But they don't all reciprocate. I will still be true to myself.) I tipped the cashier $3 for taking my money out of respect. At least I got a smile for that. Be kind. Communicate.

Been going to this car wash since the 80’s. It was always pretty good until the last 6 months. I pay for a full wash and they don’t even take a rag to the upholstery in the dashboard I pay for a full wash and they don’t even take a rag to the dashboard.if and when they do the windows There are streaks all over the place If you’re gonna vacuum the front, try to actually get the dirt out Avoid this place at all costs

It blows my mind that they can overcharge this much and do a terrible job. Very disappointing. I paid for the best and they didn't even vacuum.

I just went to get my car washed and the back windshield wiper broke off. The staff was rude and every time we asked to speak to management about the damage they clearly caused, they refused. They claimed that the windshield wiper breaking off is our fault but we had just got this car less than a year ago!!! Look at the photos below, they are extremely unprofessional, they put a flimsy duct tape over the wiper before the wash and when our car came out, the wiper was fully falling off. If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not come here unless you want rude service and coming home with broken parts of your car.

This use to be a good car wash But for some reason when you get to the cashier the price change for higher. Charge 55, when I get up there to the cashier it becomes 65. Owner kindly look into your business.

This car wash has no respect for the local residents. Besides the noise and traffic they cause, and their employees getting drunk and leaving beer cans on the streets, They've now begun using the streets on 192st and crocheron as their personnel parking garage for illegally parked commercial vehicles. They register business vehicles as personel vehicles to abuse the free parking, leaving the local residents with no parking. I've made complaints with the city, I've contacted the state, and trying to get local residents together for a lawyer. Pictured are just two of the vehicles. There's also a white diesel truck, a van and a BMW they use to block two spots at a time to save the parking for the bigger vehicles.

Location is good, but not sure if it has the value. Their best clean for cars (26 bucks with card) still leaves bumpers dirty. Interior wise, they don't really vacuum cleanly either. Still see particles left over on the carpet. Sometimes I see small scratches left by the wash. I have an old used car, so I personally don't care, but if you care about scratches, wash the car yourself by hand. (Self wash station located at Mobil gas station at northern blvd and utopia is a good deal for 10 bucks)

I watched with my own eyes — a worker hit and broke my car doll on purpose while drying my car. He didn’t even notice I was standing right behind him! When I confronted him, he lied, saying “oh, the towel just touched it.” 👉 That’s not true. It was clearly intentional. So rude. So dishonest. Never coming back. 👎

I have been going to this car wash for the past 20 years. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied but today made me realize that there’s no customer appreciation. The gentleman that I dealt with has been there for a very long time - at least 10 years. He is an older Hispanic gentleman. I saw that my vehicle was not receiving the services that I paid for as no polish wax was being dispensed. I alerted him as he was covering for the cashier. He stopped the conveyor belt . My vehicle had already gone through the polish wax without any wax being dispensed past the halfway point. He added in some buttons and was able to complete the rest of the process, but the polish wax was only applied to the rear quarter panel area of my vehicle. When I asked him if he would take the car back around and provide the service that I paid for, he said that the polish wax had been applied somewhat and it was OK. I responded by stating it was not OK for me. I again told him that I paying for a partial car wash. The car was washed properly, and the other items were added in except for the polish wax. However, that is one of the main items that I paid for. It’s just amazing how there’s no sense of responsibility even when they acknowledge an error. It’s very disappointing and I’m sure that ownership will not respond to this in anyway.

Every time I get a car wash here the quality is worse and worse. I keep saying I’m not gonna come here anymore, but the accessibility makes it the easiest option but this was truly my last time getting a car wash there. the inside was not wiped down basically at all, The outside had snow and dirt marks still, and I think they raised their prices.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I just purchased a brand new Lexus, and today was the first wash. After the wash, the screen inside my car was scratched. I immediately spoke to the manager, but instead of taking responsibility, he claimed the scratches were already there—which is absolutely not true. The car is brand new. He simply wiped the car and dismissed my concern. What upset me even more was how careless the cleaning was. They appeared to use old, dirty cloths, barely wiping—just touching the surfaces—and that caused scratches. When I opened the back door, there was still dirt left inside, clearly not cleaned at all. Despite the poor service and damage, I was still charged, and the price was even increased. If you truly care about your car—I strongly recommend not coming here. The lack of care, responsibility, and professionalism is unacceptable.

Today I went to get my car washed at 6:00 p.m. When I tried to put my heavy belongings in the trunk, the employees started rushing me and didn't even have the courtesy to help me. My car wash was the worst ever. They did it in 5 minutes, didn't vacuum the back or front properly, and didn't even take the time to move things inside of my car to vacuum my car mats they just did a rushed job, with no attention to detail. The exterior of my car had marks and traces of dirt they couldn't even remove. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or my family at this car wash. The customer service is terrible, the wash is rushed and poor... I didn't ask for anything extra or anything that wasn't included in my payment; it was the basics, like vacuuming and soaping my car properly, that they couldn't do. Is it fair to have to come home and wash the car myself after I've paid? Absolutely not! I thought about coming back and complaining, but I know with a review maybe I can help someone else... Hopefully you can do something about it!
