Do not go here if you want them to close the lanes when you pull in. After that I pulled around to call and no answer. But someone came out and told me they were closed at 8:35PM when they don't close until 9Pm. Not happy just wanted to get a simple car wash in my only free time when they are supposed to be open. If I could give 0 stars I would I also asked him a simple question and hey asked why am I getting so mad about it and giving me attitude like yes I had a small attitude but when you drive 25-30 minutes to try to get a decent car wash just for them to close when I pull up would explain my attitude. Like I pulled up to green check marks and within a minute it went to a red X and then a girl seen me and flared her arms down . So ya not happy at all if you want a decent car wash or a car wash in general do NOT go here!

It is a "Luxury" auto wash so expect high prices. I noticed that the pink foam didn't cover my car just to the right of the top. I will not be spending $15 for an incomplete auto wash again.

Been using them daily for months while driving for Lyft, and they just informed me that they are lowering their membership pricing to the max wash for 40 bucks. That’s barely over a dollar a day. Hard to beat that pricing. The new manager seems like a good fit, he will probably compliment their assistant manager who’s been in charge for a little while. She’s done a great job by the way if her boss reads this.

Let me tell you this was the best service I've experienced, Terrance Jones cs is excellent, he made me aware of a pre scrub to get the bugs off before you go into the wash. All the years of getting service I never knew such a process exists. He answered all my questions and concerns, he made sure I understood the different washes and what there intended for so I could get the best wash for my car's need. My car had been neglected for 6 months and my car came out clean clean. If you can duplicate Mr. Jones work ethics and customer service skills this wash would be a power house. Thank you again Mr. Jones fir your 5 star service.

I paid 39.99 for the ultimate car wash membership. They are supposed to supply a towel kit that’s included in the membership. I never receive it unless I hunt someone down and ask. I have gotten multiple scratches on my car going through their wash. The back of my car is always dirty after. I canceled my membership and will be trying a new car wash. Vacuums are good though.

I went because of the free first wash promotion and everything was great. The staffs were nice and my car was very clean after it came out from the wash. The free vacuum is great as well. Recommend it.

This is where I’ve taken my cars for well over a year, but I’ll be finding a different one. The last 3-4 times I’ve gone recently, a staff member has come out when he sees me and makes very inappropriate comments and repeatedly asks for my phone number even after being told I wasn’t interested after the 1st time.. As a woman it’s not a comfortable situation, which is why I’ll be finding somewhere else to go.

Update! The new manager is awesome and so nice! System has been updated and he took care of my problem and was so friendly and personable. I may be giving a membership here another chance soon! Do not use!!! Vacuums are always broken. Worst part is they won’t cancel your auto pay when requested. Both my husband, neighbor and myself had to order whole new credit cards! We tried to cancel through them first month, chargeback the next month and they still keep trying to charge!

I dont know what's going on?? Place has been closed "for maintence" for weeks.I have a membership and try to call,messaged,left voicemails....NOTHING no return calls,no respondance.....The office onsite no one is there???

Well what can I say other than it's a automatic car wash. Your car comes out better not clean. Soap needs to dwell a minimum of 1-2 min before the car gets washed. This losens the dirt. Start to end your car is coming out the other end in about a min and 30 seconds in a High volume car wash. Rather than having people stand at the touch screen their should be one or 2 people standing at the end of the line to inspect and wipe down any dirt left behind. If needed send the driver back thru again. It's better the shop catches the dirt rather than the driver. The brushes at a automatic car was just smacks your car it doesn't scrub down the car. Hence why most of the time theirs dirt left behind. Now you can say your car needs to be washed once a week. 2x or even 3 times but that won't matter if it's not cleaned the right way the first time.

Good luck cancelling any memberships here! Because I no longer frequent the area of the carwash, I've both emailed and left a voicemail about cancelling, and because they apparently don't answer their phones or emails, they keep trying to debit my account for the monthly fee, which I also had to set up to reject the payments. I shouldn't have to drive out of my way to make contact in-person for this!

It was good while it lasted. It has been closed for several weeks. What will happen with my membership fees? When do you guys plan on reopening? Are you even going to reopen? Customers deserve answers. This is unprofessional and shows a lack of integrity.

I pay for a membership for my car & first - when I leave, my car is never even fully clean. Second - The employees always look bothered to have to do their jobs when I pull up. Third - I haven’t been able to use the car wash in the last 3 weeks, possibly this whole last month as they’ve been shut down for “maintenance”. I’ve tried to call many times to cancel my membership & I haven’t been able to get through to anyone in an office. It will say it’s transferring me to another location, but then tells me to leave a message.

Haven't been able to get my truck washed yet this month. Always says closed for maintenance. I get no response from multiple tries leaving voice messages and on line contacts. Trying to cancel my membership but no one responds. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and this is what I get??? WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!! Update: as of 11/26/25 Still no response. New update 12/9/25 After they replied to my post, I tried to get ahold of them as they requested, both by phone and on line. STILL NO RESPONSE! All I want is a refund for November since I wasn't able to get my truck washed ALL MONTH! I'M TIRED OF GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I would reduce rating to zero stars if it would let me. Another Update: 12/18/25. What is the point of asking me to contact them again and they still don't respond! Now the website says they are "temporarily closed ". B.S! ,they haven't been open nearly 2 months now.
