The worst car wash I have ever been too. The person in charged named Petter is the most rude and racist person I’ve ever meet. Terrible customer service DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for. A car to be redone and Peter refuses to do so followed by a racist comment. First and last time !!!

Nice place to clean your cars however you want at your own pace after a wash they have clean towels and staff are great. They walking around asking if you need anything to make your ride shine.. definitely go there.

Typical shady car wash. Wouldn't accept the coupon on their website because I hadn't printed it out. Car wash + interior vacuum and cleaning package gets up-charged by $3 for small SUV (Honda CR-V), but they won't vacuum the way-back unless you pay another $4. Otherwise fine, but I won't be back.

I paid 39 dollars and some change for the best car wash. My car was still dirty. I told the man and owner about the problem, and I was ignored. My windows were so smeared that I had to clean them myself. This was a complete waste of time and money!

You really have to micromanage them in order to get a thorough cleaning/ detail they will miss everything!!! They were rough with my car and scraped the bottom and sides playing and jerking my car through the wash!! They didnt do the inside of my back window and when i asked him to do it he said I already did it but I will do it again which was a blatant lie!! They must forget you can see everything they do!! They left oil or whatever it is they use to shine the dash dripping everywhere! I paid $40 just to get home and redo my car!!I told them I will not be back!!

I chose the "Lord Baltimore" service. This includes exterior wash and wax; cleaning vinyl interior surfaces; Rainer; and vacuuming. White the mean were working; I used the restroom; which was clean. Fantastic results!

I would not recommend my enemy to get there car wash at this place. Over the years since ownership change the quality of service has gone down hill. The current ownership don't care and they seem to get upset when you have a complaint or concern and are very reluctant to correct any issues. They will take your money and car will look worse than when you take it in to have it washed. You will have water spots all over and your windows will be so bad, you will have to clean them yourself.

Needed a quick and inexpensive exterior wash while in Baltimore from out of town. This place did the trick! Wonderful attendants to give it a final wipe down.

This was a great place to go but now the staff are more interested if the supervisor is watching. This way they can do a quick wipe down if they are not. The supervisors on duty of course are never watching the quality of staff members performance. They use to do a great job inside of your car. Now you lucky if you fine only a couple chemical strikes on you inside windshield and forget about your review mirror. Be prepared to clean your inside again. I wouldn't give a tip until you check out your car when they are done I mean come on for $30.00 and up for a car wash they should give a much a better service. Douglass

Expensive for what it is, however, they did a decent job cleaning not great but decent. It cost me $32 for a Basic in an out wash of charging me five dollars just to vacuum the truck by the way the car was already 95% clean. I just needed a refresh because I was trading the car in.

I was charged for a full SUV for a Kia Soul. In addition, the car wasn't wiped out or vacuumed properly. When I complained, I was instructed I needed a detail sevice instead. I will never come back & prior to this I was a regular with all of my vehicles! Customer sevice is awful to say the least!

Please do NOT come here! On Sat 7/25 … my sister and I took both of our cars to be washed and hand waxed . My sister asked for $199 detailing service . I wanted the $89.99 clean and wax service . We were told that it was near closing time and would need to come another day. As a result we both got the most expensive car wash option. They did Not do a good job at all! I went back on Monday to resolve the issues and got spoken to like a CHILD. I said “sir I am a grown woman that works in customer service and would never talk to anyone like this!” The manger/owner told me that I should have check before leaving while pointing and shouting what the policy is as he spoke down to me while seated in my vehicle . Well I did however it was closing time and the team looked exhausted from the heat! Once the eve hit I was able to see the issues clearly . He later goes on to say that he saw us chatting on camera prior to closing . In other words we should have been checking for issues! Well sir we did but missed a few. Very unprofessional ! They were once really good but I guess management changed! Issues: Cleaned ALL glass with greasy rag! Touch Screen panels Greasy too! Poor Vac Job! Leather Doors did not get wiped! Leather seats did not get wiped! Entry door light panel still dirty! The sad part is that my car just needed a refresh however I got the most expensive wash. I should have just gotten the basic service. NEVER again!!!

Honestly not great. I paid $28 for the second tier wash which included the interior and tire waxing. I was honestly surprised how quickly it took them—the car was ready to go about three minutes after coming out of the wash. Looking at the car after, I think they just dried it off, not actually putting in any care to remove the dirt. Here are some photos of my car after. I doubt I'll be coming back.
