Stay away from this place, damaged my vehicle and the owner looked at it and said to bad for you turn it in to your insurance and this is on a brand new vehicle if that is what the residents of wilkes-barre pa are willing too deal with and accept from a local establishment god bless but I personally will never use this place again

First time going here. Got Platinum wash $15.00 . Rim's were still dirty , went in to ask for a rag to clean them & showed the dirt. Was told ,"Well we dont do them by hand!" And was charged $1.00 for a paper towel! Not going back!

Spake Brite is my go to spot especilly in the winter. I am there almost every week. Never had an issue or any damage. After they wash and dry, I usually stop at the Arena plaza to shop and when I pull in... I spend a few minutes wiping down the water that shakes loose from the drive. I have never spotted any damage or scratches on my vehicle.

‼️BEWARE‼️ My husbands brand new truck was damaged at this establishment and the owner was definitely lacking in the professionalism department‼️ Obviously uneducated on business management! Please beware and find another more deserving business to spend your hard earned money.

My friend Pete runs the place and keeps it up. He constantly finds new ways to improve the car wash and it is the best "automatic" car wash you will ever find. They towel dry your car at the end.

Free vac do you hear me FREE VAC LOL. NO TOWEL SERVICE FOR 27 BUCKS place is good I purchase the 27 dollar pak for 1 month and the car came out nice. In the 1 month the young guy never ever presprayed the passenger side other than that BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL..

Outstanding experience on a constant basis for YEARS! Pete, the owner is very meticulous, detailed and thorough. The wash itself is GENTLE but powerful enough to be super effective! I am a VERY fussy owner of an alpine white VW Touareg and I ONLY trust Pete and his Staff at Sparkle Brite to get the job done right if/when I dont have time to hand wash/dry my baby myself! They are not liable for any damage that their machine's may cause! The tracks that your wheels go into, to bring car down the car wash bay, the skirts of the wheel track scratched and took paint off my $2000 trims. I showed them and they began to argue. Last time I take a decent car there with work and money put into it jus so it can be ruined by them and not be held liable!😡

I like the ability to purchase unlimited washes and free vacuuming, especially since I drive rideshare. I wish they had expanded hours. It would be awesome if they opened at 7. That and having all the vacuums operational would give them 5 stars. :)

Got a wash and a vacuum there. The wash was fairly cheap and it was well worth it. Automatic wash so it was super quick and easy, and it did a really great job. My car was shining at the end. The attendant was informative and helpful. They give you a free vacuum with your wash, which was awesome. It allowed me to fully clean out my car. Great place overall.

I have been using this service for 3 years now, excellent value for money.. I love that it is unlimited washes and you don’t have to worry about paying a lot to see your car clean every day. I just had once ran into an employee who was rude but 99.99999% polite guys.. it is also very easy to start, stop or pause the membership when you want.. There are a couple new ones that opened in the area but can’t beat this place..

I love going there Can’t beat the monthly prices fir a month price it would cost me for only 2 washes . The service is always great , there are very pleasant and have a smile on their faces. The was it as good if not better then the ones that charge an arm and leg for one wash. Plus they also have a free vacuum service you can us with the wash. Highly recommend this place!! Ps don’t forget to tip just throwing that in these guys work hard

Hate Getting car washed: too expensive and too lazy to do it myself. Drove from FL. Have Bug specimens from several states on my hood and thought I'd have to go through twice. Nope, it was one and done. Get the Platinum (don't be cheap, It's less than $30). I love you, Sparkle Brite. I think this is going to be a long term relationship. Wanna get married? Horrific! Caused $800 worth of body DAMAGE to my car when I paid for the $11 Deluxe Wash. When confronted, the owner told me it was impossible and I should get a lawyer before hanging up the phone on me. He did not even want to see the damage or accept the possibility that his car wash had malfunctioned. THIS CAR WASH IS NOT WORTH THE RISK TO YOUR VEHICLE. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this facility, please contact me and share your story.
