A very welcoming business. The employees provide top notch service and literally go above and beyond. Went in today and was nervous about the pressure of the scrubber on my sunroof that’s damaged and the employee offered to disable the scrubber that goes over the car which was awesome because I didn’t even know that was possible, I was so excited when I saw that it didn’t affect the quality of the wash.. loaded with excitement I went to use the free vacuums and no exaggerations they have to be the best vacuums in the area because the suction was so strong it sucked up some important documents just by passing over them.. for a second my heart sank but again the employees literally went above and beyond from the beginning to the end of my visit, and when we couldn’t find the documents immediately they took my number and told me they’d try to find them after they closed for the day. Long story short they were able to find my documents, and I honestly couldn’t thank the dedicated team enough. Great carwash, great vacuums 😂, great employees, and an all around great business. Would highly recommend

My car is the cleanest it’s been in awhile. Inside and out. The different processes in the wash take care of cleaning the spots you don’t see or think about. The vacuum suction is incredible. The mat wash and all the toys you need are available to clean the interior.

First time at this location, the 2 male employees i cannot remember the names but they started with a G and H. They were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kind. Loved the towels you offer. And the wash was great. I only wish you had 2 different size vacuums nozzles to get into those small areas, the (heard it will be coming soon) washing station for hard plastic mats and better lighting. I arrived around 6 and by 7 it was already dark. I couldn't see much it was only when I got gas afterwards did I notice I missed a large amount of vacuuming and cleaning the windows. I will definitely be coming back again soon

I went through the car wash I bought the second package n added shine for the tires. When I went to dry my car off I looked at my tires and saw they was not shinny at all they were still matte. So I went inside showed my receipt that I did pay for this extra service. The young ladies was very nice n said if I would mind running it through and they would upgrade my service. So I went through again. I went to dry my car looked at the tires again. The second time around my tires was still not shinny. A young man came over and said it's that better? I asked him do you see a shine? Because they are the same as before. He then said I'm sorry. I think it's complete BS because these days$5 is $5 and by no means was there a shine on those tires. I am highly disappointed.

A bit pricey, but an extremely clean and thorough car wash! My SUV was gleaming afterwards and I took advantage of the free vacuum and cleaning rags to wipe out my door jambs and interior. Very nice touch! The employees were friendly and patient with me, I appreciate that :)

My first time here and what a great experience! The attendant was more than helpful in explaining how it all works, and my car has never been more clean! I love the free vacuum and spray cleaning products after every wash. I vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car for almost an hour! It is sparkling clean! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making one of my most dreaded chores so much easier!

It is easy to get in and get a quick wash to get off the dirt and road salt. The was is too fast to get a good wash though. After exiting the wash my car was still wet with soap on it and it missed a few spots. I would use it again for a quick wash, but would need to go somewhere else to get a good quality wash. I got the best package, but I don't see the value in paying for the higher packages with the quality of the wash.

Well I got a free 24.00 car wash from Cloud10, I was excited to try it!! My truck was pretty dirty from recent snow storms, I went through car wash a lot of lights and bling going off while going through but my rear of truck was still pretty dirty, so I told the attendant he put me through a second time, back of truck and also side windows still dirty!! Maybe something wrong with something this day, but definitely not worth a 24.00 car wash!!! Vacuuming and air equipment was very good however.
