Carpet wasn’t shampooed and clean poor job vacuuming inside door jam was still dirty and cleaning engine was half done .....and that was 140$ detail

I paid for a full detail the interior of my car was still dirty ... doors , arm rest , radio , cup holders etc. also my drivers seat wasn’t shampoo at all . I highly wouldn’t recommend I’m really disappointed.

Horrible Job! Rims not cleaned. Seats still nasty. Supposed to clean under hood, doubt that they even lifted the hood, dirt still present. Never will they see me again. Basically they stole $148.50. Vehicle as dirty as it was when I dropped it off.

I used this service for a couple years and they were very good. They come to your location. However toward the end I was unhappy with some things, they left some trash around once or twice, one of the workers asked me for a birthday present, then finally they left with my ignition key and didn't return it fir more than a day. I think they lost one of the workers who always made sure all was good

I do not recommend Spankys detail in Breaux Bridge. Dropped off my car at 8am and was called at 11am to say it was ready, which was great. I came around 2 to pick it up - when trying to pay I was told it would be an extra $20 because my car was “extra dirty” (keep in mind my car was cleaned not even 2 weeks ago and I am the only one who rides in my vehicle). So I did not pay the extra $20. When I went to get in my car the steering wheel- blinker - shift- window buttons - shift area - door handles - center console - rear view mirror wasn’t even whipped off or cleaned (they still had dirt and grime on them from hand oils). I told the lady working that they needed to finish cleaning it (after I already paid $170 !!!!). When I left I noticed the rearview mirror still was not whipped off and the console still was not clean but I was over it at this point. When I got home I open my console to get something and I find the wrappers from candy and straws that were In front of my shift when I dropped off the vehicle were shoved into my console. I had to go back once again to make them clean my center console and mirror once again. PS - Didn’t get any pictures of the steering wheel/blinker because I was already so annoyed after paying what I did then seeing that. Spanky (the owner) does amazing work but his crew in breaux bridge not so much.
