I have never had an issue with SPSC. Both Jims are very nice and professional and always try to give me the best deals on repairs for my car. On a family trip to DC, we experienced "low pressure" on our tires. Thank God we found this place, as they found two tires punctured! They fixed them speedily and sent us on our way with handshakes. It was an amazing experience. BTW, the tires are still fine!

They replaced my alternator. Unfortunately, the brand new alternator experienced infant mortality within 3 weeks. Luckily, South Potomac Service Center honored the warranty and replaced the alternator again, no charge. Replacing an alternator on my vehicle is a much more involved and time consuming effort than it is on many other vehicles. So much so that Toyota quotes this effort as requiring a minimum of 3 1/2 hours labor. They stepped up and took care of my vehicle - pleased with the outcome so far!

Tech scratched all 4 rims when putting on new tires on my F150. They were symmetrical circles scratched in each rim about two inches from the outer rim. This was caused by the machine they used to pop off the old tires and put on the new ones. I spoke to the owner/manager, Jim, and he said he has seen this before because he had done this to a car in his younger years as a mechanic. He then said that his tech admitted to doing this and that he fired him. I didn't ask for him to be fired just that they replace my rims with the same ones or ones of my choice but, not costing more than the ones I had on. He said he would definitely do that because it was his fault. Well, he never paid for them, never even acknowledged my calls or texts after about the first month or two of trying to get this done. Very bad business model. Stay away, far away from this place.

I don't know where to start you try to support small businesses who blame things on the economy, government but in reality they are just struggling because not having constant good help and maybe it may have been a good shop sometime ago it shows in the work they may fix something but the next time you're like what and world!!!!! I'm going to stop there so much I can say so I will leave you with this if don't have to come Don't!!!
