I recently had the pleasure of visiting Car wash and I must say, the service was outstanding! The car wash itself left my vehicle sparkling clean, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff, especially Hillary. She greeted me with a warm smile and guided me through the different car scents with patience and expertise. Hillary's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. Thanks to her, I felt valued as a customer, and I left with a clean car and a smile on my face. Best car wash in central Jersey. I have been going there for about 2 month now and no issues whatsoever. Very hardworking people. Owner of this shop actually cares about their customers. I highly recommend this car wash!

0 STARS!!!The WORST car wash experience ever! They DAMAGED MY car wrap and then refused to own up to it. I used to come here all the time and now it's under new ownership and at first the staff seemed very nice. I paid $50 to get the extra wash. They didn't even open my trunk to clean it although their sign clearly says that's part of this wash. When I got in the car I was confused as to whether the car was cleaned inside or no. For a 50$ wash you would think you would have a nice clean car. But to top this off.. I informed the owner that my car was wrapped and that I wanted to have a mark removed that wasn't coming off with regular wash. He said he would have his staff try but I would have to come back the next day because they were busy. So I came back the following day to see if they can remove the mark off my driver side and I did inform them the car has a wrap they acknowledged that. After 5-10 minutes of waiting while they try to work on getting the mark off, the guy comes back and says he couldn't get it off. So no big deal I said it's fine. I go home only to find that my passenger side has my original paint coming through the wrap!!! They burnt through my wrap and they didn't tell me they did. I don't even know why we're working on the passenger side when I clearly showed them it was the driver side. They tried to cover up and say that my car was like that already and that there was a patch there... I have time stamps and video showing my car in front of my house with no damage and when I come back from the car wash there's a black spot on my passenger side. The never of these people to lie. I wouldn't have made it a big deal if they were just honest and told me that they damaged the wrap. But they flat out lied and tried to cover it up. And on top of the the car wash the day before was just horrible. Be careful going here. If they cause damage to your car they will play dumband lie. Now I have to deal with small claims court to have the damages paid for.

Great place to get your car washed and cleaned inside out. They did a great job in hand washing the car and then cleaning it from inside with same attention to detail. Very satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a good hand car wash.

Friendly service. Everyone had a smile. Car looks great. Very thorough cleaning. Only reason for not getting the 5th star is because vacuuming of the back of my vehicle (Equinox) is not included. $4 upcharge is somewhat off putting.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. After the wash, I was forced to re-clean both the exterior and especially the interior on my own. The work was rushed, careless, and far below any professional standard. Windows and interior surfaces were wiped with visibly dirty cloths, leaving heavy streaks and a smeared appearance. The vehicle was not properly dried, with water dripping from multiple areas, causing it to look dirty again almost immediately. This reflects a complete lack of quality control and attention to detail. I cannot recommend this business and will not be returning.

After management changed, the quality of the car wash changed as well, but the price went up. They rushed through your car and don’t even clean the interior. They literally told me that my car was ready. I got in the car. None of the interior was wiped down. The marker that they write on your window for the car wash selection I was getting was still on my window and my interior was not dusted. I spoke with one of the owners and told him that ”Bronze” was still written on the window and even showed him. AFTER, I told him that soap was still on my car after the dried it off. He then goes to his front car wash manager and says there’s bronze written on the window. Meanwhile, he was in the middle of eating his sandwich. My whole trunk was still wet, and there was even more soap still on my car. I could see it standing all the way by the front door. My car was vacuumed, minimally. There is still soap on my mirror as I write this review right now. I don’t mind paying more, but the quality needs to match the payment. I continued to go here because I’ve been going here for a very long time since the original owners, but this is the third time that I have went after management has changed and it has been horrible every time yet, I’m still paying more for it. This will be the last. I would rather drive further for Quality than pay for convenience and an amateur job. Save your money and go somewhere where they’re actually gonna do their job and the owners are paying attention to what their workers are doing so that you can have quality service while paying a quality price. Look at the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one that has received this type of service.

Overpriced Paid for the highest platinum package but quality is way below standard. Windshield was dirty. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service The work was rushed, careless, and far below any professional standard. The vehicle was not properly dried, with water dripping from multiple areas, causing it to look dirty again almost immediately. I absolutely enjoy this place the sweetheart at the front desk is such a joy. The owner is such affair businessman. I came here for Thanksgiving and he was getting 10% off. I respect a guy who looks out for people, especially in this economy. I will never get my car washed anywhere else. I love this place. It’s always clean well cap and they do a great job.

I never want to complain or give a negative review. However I just want to know how do you clean 3 wheels on a 4 wheel vehicle? I still tipped the well because they did an amazing job on the inside! Worth the money! Tell me when I can come back to get the other wheel cleaned.
