I am so mad! I went to Sonic on Texas Ave South and had a headache I was so hungry! I ordered a #3. $9.29. I had $11 on my cash app card. My total came up to $12.22. I have the carhop $2.22 cash and my cash app card to cover the $10 balance. He brought my cash and my card back to me and kept my food and said they won’t do that! Are you kidding me?! I will NEVER go there again! They denied my money! I’m furious!

Sonic was okay. I got a blue coconut cream slush, it was actually made well, quite creamy, however there were some strawberry chunks at the bottom......also we got shorted a few straws. I am however, very impressed with the line, it moved quickly, I wouldn't mind some music playing outside, perhaps a person fanning me while I wait

Went during lunch hour and they were super busy and I did have my concerns about the wait time. Only because I was on my lunch break but I was so wrong. The crew working were busting their a$$, had great team work, positive attitudes, my order came through perfectly. GREAT JOB TEAM 🏆!

I went through the drive-thru. I was at the speaker for over 5 minutes and no one took my order. The employee was talking to a person in a car at the window. I think they were known for not stopping laughing and throwing things at each other. So we decided to spend our money somewhere else.

Oreo blast looks like a cup of vanilla ice cream hardly any oreos and given to me melted and messy all over the cup. My hot fudge sundae is there on the ground because no one mentioned they were out of lids and they just placed a large lid on top to cover but not hold it.

I came to sonic tonight by the Walmart in college station, My bacon croissant has bacon that was slimy and mushy, the fries tasted like they have been sitting for hours weren’t even hot at all, and the Bacon burrito wasn’t bacon they put sausage, definitely won’t be back to this sonic

DO NOT GO TO SONIC!!! They are allowing a man with a colonoscopy bag cook in the kitchen. Which is not ok. Those things leak, break, pop, and need to be changed daily. That is absolutely disgusting that they would allow someone with such a delicate object attached to them. Near a stove or kitchen. I will never be going and I hope you don't either. The amount of disgust that builds up there is horrible.

I asked at the window to please make sure the onion rings were fresh. Hell even the tots are old. They never answer the phone. Next time I have stick my hand in the bag to ensure freshness

Service was great but the food was disappointing. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and there was very little egg, 1 strip of bacon, and a small dollop of cheese. This is the only thing I consistently order at sonic and this is by far the worse one. I feel the cook just scraped was was left from other orders and put them on a tortilla.Here I sit at the Welborn Rd. Sonic Drive-In steaming mad! My son returned from a Sonic run with three cups of basically vanilla ice cream that they claimed to be Blast mix-ins. I drove back to the store to get it straight with the manager. He assured me there were plenty of mixins in there so I asked him to show me. That's him showing me in the picture - take a look and you be the judge. Then he gave me another set of exactly the same thing and explained that's how they make them. Again, look at the ad and you be the judge. So now I have eaten them I can assure you their recipe includes very little Reese's cup or Oreo in there. I write this to encourage you to not stand for being ripped off. As much as these treats cost remember you have a right to get your money's worth so please complain if they treat you like they did me. Sadly, the store really does not care but I do and I will not be doing business there in the future. What's been going on for quite awhile could be false advertising, as these photos depict. There is no need to mention quality of meat or preparation, as the ad suggests strongly the presence of vegetables ... which never seem to appear and "the pickle" if present is a slice hidden somewhere. I would say this IS a deal if delivered as per photo, meat succulent and waiting a minimum BUT there's no deal here, burger fans, sorry for you this was a sorry deal to never repeat after 2 attempts in allowing them to prove themselves. They are out to cheat you. 20-something manager explanations include "out of meat", "must ask for veges (at extra price)", can't substitute instock double patties for single larger one inferred, then resorts to repeating self. No offer to make it right, discounts bait to lure customer back to try again, broken record retorts continue w/o ear, compassion, solutions. BTW, what others do to move a slow pickup line is to move the gabby, special orders, long waiters up away from the pickup window NOT continue to allow them to distract while you process orders behind them. Some there for only drinks might get a runner out to them early but still have to figure out how to get out of line past the bumper in front of them, while the rest of us wait to move up to the window. Brain power not at work here. TV ads suggest Sonic has lots to offer. This stagnant menu never seems to change. Specials/deals and new TV items do not appear, so your memory must serve + as the manager will explain, you also have to remember the rules as to which item has which options, which must be mentioned on the fly, if not offered through the speaker.

I am ABSOLUTELY dumbfounded by the manager on duty. First of all they tell me after all the years of me doing this I can no longer do a split payment. Then I picked up my online order and then carhop comes out and says the manager is asking if you have enough money to cover your second order. I told her it was placed on the app so it's already paid for. That made me feel completely stupid but the manager should not have asked that. Then as we get the online order which was two small tots and two rt 44 drinks... Most of the tots didn't make it into the boxes they were just loose at the bottom of the bag and then my drinks were not full at all. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN. When we called back we were told that they never said anything to me. I think that the manager needs to be demoted or have some sort of repercussion because of their actions today. When I went to order my in person ordered the lady that took my order did not understand what I was asking for and I had to repeat myself 14 times just to order. The location on 2818 next to Walmart in college Station has to be the worst location EVER.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Scammed by this location for the last time. Day crew has a lazy cook that will knowingly not fulfill orders because they don't want to prepare enough ingredients to complete the order correctly. Management and employees should be all fired and start fresh. Franchise should be taken from owner and given back to corporate so they can get this store back on track where it should be. Don't bother to call back about an issue either they'll avoid picking up the phone $8 burrito with less ingredients than a jack in the box taco

So three stars is giving them credit. This Sonic has gone downhill over the past year or so. The food half the time looks slapped together! We always do the mobile order because we love the app, it's easier than repeating yourself over a speaker. At this particular Sonic we always ask for 3-5 extra marinara because we never get ANY with our mozzerella sticks. Even when asking for extra we're lucky to get one. If we ask for any, they only bring a single pack. How is a single marinara going to serve a medium to large order of cheese sticks? My burger looks like mustard was put in a single spot and there is barely any ketchup at all. This Sonic needs new management with new training

I went @12:56 pm on 12/15/24 to this location. I am sooooo disappointed in the way I was treated- meaning my car hop (Hannah, was name on receipt) was super unfriendly. I tried to pay with my car prior to her bringing it out at the stall. It didn’t work- I tried it frontward, backwards, upside down & all- I let her know that my card didn’t get read. She asked for the receipt but in a way that expressed frustration & bothered. She took my receipt went to the little thing on the drive thru wall & charged my card. Came back & handed it to me - still with the same attitude. Idk if she was having a bad day or she was exhausted… either way it’s bad service. No excuse. You chose to work at a fast food restaurant & are essentially the face of the company. I got home & looked at my order- 2 breakfast sausage burritos. This portion I received is absolute robbery! I have Sonic breakfast burritos regularly & know this portion is usually decent. This whole visit was a horrible experience.
