This is the only Home Depot that gives me issues when picking up an online order, they never have the order ready and always have excuses of why. Super annoying so I will be going out on my way to Home Depot so if this doesn’t happen anymore. Do better.

I'm actually very impressed by the amazing costumer service I received on my visit to home Depot. I needed a few things and I didn't know the name of the items I needed, so I asked one of the employees there and they were very nice and helpful. I was able to find everything single item I need to complete my task. Thank you for the amazing service.

I have been to this Home Depot several times this month. Each time the store aisles located in the back are so cutter I was unable to get to the items that I needed without having to move items out of my way. Yesterday I had to step on a pallet to get to the item I needed. Went back today and that same pallet was there and the same aisles was still blocked.

I do some of my own home repair. I bought a TUFF shed back in August 2024. Store overall has improved this year (2025). Much better service, products, cleanliness, attitude, etc.

Home Depot sucks. They do not honor their promises on line. They send you around the damn world to try to get the services they offered! I sincerely will not EVER EVER EVER SHOP AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What happened to customer service? How long until we have to stock the shelves ourselves? I was in this store a couple of days ago and brought a large item on a cart to the checkout. They only do self checkout at this store, so i attempted to locate the correct barcode to scan. The 4- yes 4!- employees standing near the checkout made no attempt to help me. I finally asked one for help and she told me to take it to the "Pro" desk, like 10 feet away. I was finally able to purchase my item, but was unable to enter my number to get my Vet discount. The "cashier" said I would have to purchase it online for store pickup to get the discount, which I know is BS. If there is a next time for me to make a purchase from this store, I am just going to talk my cart to the customer service desk and have them check me out. If they refuse, I'm just going to let them restock whatever purchase I was going to make.

At first I gave this place a good rating only because I liked the garden center, but after today that all changed. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Bought $300 worth of merchandise at the self checkout. I was watched the whole time....that's fine. I understand that's the worker's job. Once I totaled out and paid, I walked the entire length of the store to leave because my Jeep was on the opposite end. I passed up 3 managers having a discussion, waited for a guy that had to move a pallet, and passed 2-3 other workers before I made it to the exit TO BE RUDELY STOPPED BY THE GREETER WHO EYEBALLED ME UNTIL I MADE IT HALFWAY PASS THE EXIT TO ASK FOR MY RECEIPT! I use to be a prison guard, so I know how questionable people act. I wasn't acting questionable at all. I was the only one he stopped and was the only one wearing a mask. He didn't even look at the entire receipt or try and match the receipt to the items. If this is protocol, then place a sign that says "please have your receipt ready when you leave." If I wanted this kind of treatment, I would have shopped at Walmart. After being humiliated, he said "come back." WHAT!? SERIOUSLY!? I don't think so.

We went to get a Christmas and the whole garden center was closed up with no one around. All the trees were wrapped and you couldn’t even tell what any would look like once they relaxed from being tied. Had to track someone down to get any help. Went to check out - there were 5 people just standing around offering no help and doing nothing. DONT COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR QUALITY PRODUCT!!!!

Great experience! Customer service was great. Jorge and Valerie not only helped me load my cart, but they also loaded my truck for me. It was also a very busy afternoon and they still took the time with great customer service attitude. I will not be returning to their competitor.

I really wish I had time to ask for a manager and express how thankful I was earlier today when shopping for my late aunts home at this location. If I had my own business, Mr.Chris, Ms.Cynthia and AJ would be in the very front! They were exceptional with helping me find what I needed, helped me load everything and even gave me tips and advice! This store is very lucky to have gems like them. May GOD bless them!

Shout out to Janaya from College Station Home Depot service desk for being the best help ever. We were getting the run around calling Home Depot customer service and FedEx talking to 4 different people. We decided to call the store for help and Janaya did not disappoint. Within a couple of minutes she got done what 4 people couldn't in the past day. She solved our problem, was very polite and pleasant to talk to. So if you are not getting anywhere calling Home Depot customer service, call in store and hope to get someone like Janaya on the phone because she was fabulous.

I always have a great experience at this Home Depot. I was in today looking for a part for my gate, and one of the managers (didn’t catch his name) went out of his way to help me track down exactly what I needed. Every time I shop here, the team is helpful, the selection is solid, and they almost always have what I’m looking for. And honestly, their prices usually beat Lowe’s. Highly recommend this location.

Store was clean and stocked, but when I walked in the entrance, I tried to find a shopping basket, and there were none to be found. I had to walk clear across the store to try to find one. I ended up asking an employee where the baskets were, and was told that they don’t have baskets, they only have shopping carts…. And that they are outside of the exit doors outside. Why would empty shopping carts be kept by the exit? The place that was built to keep unused baskets by the entrance had zero baskets there. They really need to take another look at their basket storage strategy again. It makes no sense to me.

I had an unusual experience. I bought a fridge...making sure the door could be reversed. I picked it up, got it home and proceeded to switch the door swing. They sent everything I needed except one part OR the part that should have been able to move from one side to the other could not be removed and I damaged it trying to get it out. I fought with the manufacturer for weeks. They did not have the part and weren't willing to do anything for me...absolutely nothing from them. My only option was to call the local store. I spoke to the manager Melissa and explained the situation. She had an employee try to switch the swing on an identical fridge, and they were successful. We then discussed options for me to swap out the fridge. I'm up in age and had just unloaded and set up the first one and now I'm looking at taking the bad one back and picking up the new one and setting it up. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me...I even offered to pay a delivery fee. She said they would handle it and now I'm not expecting to get my new fridge in a few days. I can't express how pleased I am with how this was handled. I still cannot believe the manufacturer did not lift a finger or even care that I was dissatisfied. In most businesses, customer service is non existent. Home Depot came through for me and I needed to share.
