I am giving a 5 due to Jordan's kindness and help. My first experience there was this past Friday and had it not been for Jordan I would definitely not given 5*. When I went to dry my car it looked like the front grill was not even touched. Jordan had just finished drying a truck next to me, I asked him if it was normal to have all that mess still on my car. He explained that a soft brush was used as not to scratch. He offered to scrub it and he got ALL the bugs off! I am older with hand problems so his help was more than appreciated. I don't think I will be back since I can't scrub the car myself, I usually go to the full service wash but was in the area of this one. Please recognize JORDAN for his great service!

This establishment is by far the most crooked dishonest place I have ever encountered. I went in the tunnel and my back tail light was ripped out. I requested to file a claim and the manager responded with "I cant let you do that" after persistently requesting he finally let me make a claim. Long story short this claim was denied even with video evidence of the tunnel car wash damaging my truck.

Vacuums are poor and I paid for a 17 dollar wash that didn't clean my vehicle well, Drew's car wash is just a waste of money coming here , I'll never come back

We’ve been several times since it’s the closest car wash to our place. If we don’t explicitly ask them to scrub off the bird poop, it stays on after the wash. This time they missed a spot and there was still a giant splotch of bird poop on the door. We returned asking if we could go through one more time since the car was still dirty and they called out the manager. He was pretty defensive, shrugging and saying he didn’t really see anything. They wiped it off but when we came home we realized there were still bugs all over the front of our car. Essentially we paid to get talked down to since our car is still dirty. Not going back. :-(

If you would like for your vehicle to be damanged and recieve the run around for them to repair your vehicle and provide you a rental while your is vehicle is finally being repaired then this is the place to go. The only "nice" experience that I had was with a young lady with red curly hair. She was very helpful and understanding after she saw where staff 'TRIED' to repair my vehicle WITHOUT my permission with wires hanging.

Had the pleasure of working with the manager on duty named Matthew and the wonderful woman running the entrance of the car wash named Hayden to quickly resolve an issue I was having with the app on Google. Not only were they both very kind, they were very patient and both very prompt as well. I will definitely be back to this location in particular just for the customer service I received. Great job guys!

Not impressed with some of the workers. We have the pass and go through the car wash at least twice a week, and on several occasions we have been directed to pull in directly behind the car in front of us, where there is no gap between the cars. At the end of the car wash, when you are getting off of the conveyor belt, sometimes the car in front of you can’t go because of traffic and they are stopped, and you are moving on the belt and it is about to spit you off and you will hit the car that was in front of you. Then who is at fault?? No thank you. Tonight my husband and I were waiting to pull in and the workers were rushing us trying to get us to pull in directly behind the one car in front of us, when we held up our hands to wait the two workers looked at each and made faces and mocking gestures at us because we weren’t pulling forward and started trying to rush us more. When we pulled up, they were very dismissive of our concerns and extremely rude and suggested that we go to a different car wash if we didn’t like how it was done there. I would like for a member of management to please contact me or my husband. I’m sure the owner and management would not be very happy to learn that their workers were telling their loyal customers to go elsewhere.

After signing up for a monthly membership and using Drew’s automated touchless car wash for two or three months, I went through it this past weekend and it ripped my mirror off. (See pics). I didn’t do anything differently and then on the last pass, all the sudden the metal rod grabs the mirror, and just pulls and pulls until it pulls it off. You would think there’d be a safety mechanism to stop this car wash when something goes wrong. I told the general manager of Drew’s CarWash, Chase Congleton, who just happens to be the owner’s son, what had happened, and he refused to make things right. He said if I paid everybody who came through here for something that happened to their car I wouldn’t be able to... at that point I cut him off, and said “so you mean this happens all the time?” He responded “no”. I said, “so this is an anomaly?” And he replied, he was not liable for anyone’s vehicle that went through the car wash. My friend the moral of the story, enter at your own risk. I will not be returning, I value my vehicle too much, $400 dollars is a hard lesson to learn.

I had a 07 Ford fusion that I used for uber and wanted it to be clean for work. The regular car wash left scratches in front of the mirror. When I told the crew they just kinda shifted around uncomfortably. I asked if they had other similar complaints and they said no but now this has happened to 2 cars. Not sure how this can keep happening. Since it was a 2007 I didn't care too much. However, I just purchased a 2022 car and it left scratches the 1st time I went through so it wasn't just the shape of my other car. I'll just use the touchless wash which isn't great for the rest of the month. This is the one located near home depot.

My car was exceptionally dirty. Sap had dripped all over it. The attendants sprayed and scrubbed the car before it went into the car wash. I still had to use so.e elbow grease after but minimally. They were kind, helpful, and had supplies needed. There was a vacuum hose not in service but it was not hooked up. It was laying on the ground. Much better than going to.use it and finding out it doesn't work. Overall, I'd recommend. Fyi: they have a touch less wash and a brush wash. Pay attention to which wash you are entering.

November 2024 For $40/month, it’s better than doing my big girl myself—but, some of these kids on University are lazy. I always want a wipe down and tire dressing (all five, not just the main four). Also, when these kids spray tire shine on back—they do not notice the over spray is now on back window. I’m not really fond of now having to fix/wipe clean myself. As far as vacuum—top notch. Air spray thingy—top notch. Spray in bottles to use—WTH is in them, they are not clearly marked??!!?? Overall, I’d recommend the monthly package—despite a few hiccups here and there! 😊

Definitely not satisfied at all, paid for the brushless wash and definitely got that, there was just as much dirt on the truck when I left as when I pulled in. It left streaks all down the truck. Asked for someone to come and look at it. Was basically told since I did not use the brushes before hand that it was on me.

Wouldn't recommend. I'm newish to the area and my car needed a wash so I went here today as this was the closest place to me. Paid $12 for their basic wash, which, I'm used to paying less than that at other places and have never had issues. But here I paid for their basic wash all for my car to come out still dirty and with new scratches on the driver side. On top of all this the car wash exit is in a dangerous position since you exit right onto coming and going traffic and you are pushed off the car wash regardless even with cars also finishing their wash behind you. Potential for accudents. Never coming back here again. Waste of money for a mediocre wash and damage to my car.

I would never ever ever go to a Drew's car wash again. There system that they say they just replaced the brushes on, destroyed the appearance of my car. I have side moldings that color match. The Gizmo took a chunk into the moldings on both sides from front to back also got the back of the mirror and a few other locations including some spots on the hood. They did acknowledge their issue and responsibility. They had me take my car to the body shop of their choice. They gave me a rental car. And then 3 days later tell me that I need to turn the rental car in and pick up my car. When I asked if it was done they said no we're not going to fix it. I said you broke it and you're telling me you're not going to fix it and they said that the repair cost would be much higher than the value of the car. I said okay so what are you going to do about this because you just damaged my car and I don't care what the repair cost too value is this is my car and it wasn't this way when I brought it in. Basically they told me to just go get my car they're not doing anything end of story. Now every time I pass there I put my finger up in the air at them. I know that they're highly unlikely to even see it but I still feel better doing it. I've had my car for 21 years now. She was 1-year-old when I bought her. My Pontiac aztek is discontinued and i would have loved to keep her in the shape that she was in. And the photos I attached when looking at the moldings you will have to look closely and you will see like a sharp hard object was hitting about every 3 in on the part of the molding that comes out from the front all the way to the back. And the back of the mirror is pretty obvious as well. I don't have the pictures on my phone anymore so I just took pictures of them on my computer hopefully you can see that I reviewed them from my phone and they look like I can see him but then again I know what I'm looking for.
