Ernesto was very rude and with unnecessary aggression. I previously spoke with him a few weeks ago regarding getting my car detailed and everything seemed fine. He told me to come back anytime with exact cash. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day however it does not justify the level of rudeness I experienced. His customer service was not worthy of even one star. I prefer my car to be detailed by some one who is not disrespectful. I do not recommend.

Def come here if you need your car cleaned or detailed. Why? Because it is a locally owned mom & pop business, and they truly value every customer as their own blood sweat and tears have went into their business. I couldn’t be more pleased with how clean my car was inside & out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating!

Took my SUV and had to drop it off due to the two and a half hour wait. Being that I’ve been there before and had trust built with them, I felt comfortable in doing so. When I went to pick it up my vehicle looked pretty decent. BUT my battery had died..... before I dropped it off I didn’t have any issues with my battery. When I put the new battery in and turned on the car my radio was turned on to Hispanic music, mind you, I do not speak Spanish.... they decided to use my vehicle as a radio and ran down my battery.... thanks guys! You’ve lost my business, thought you were better then that!!!!

My wife and I had an unfortunate incident caused by this car wash. It took some effort to get the issue resolved, but ultimately the owner Oscar Ramirez Robles Jr accepted responsibility for the mishap and made things right. With that being said, this place actually does an outstanding job washing and detailing vehicles. Sometimes things happen...However, we will not be back...Good luck.

They did a great job on my Van they cleaned it inside and out for 55.00 dollars. they only take cash that is a bit of a hard ship I don't normally have cash on me. They did an excellent job on my DOG MOBILE yes it if full of dog hair cat hair and other related items. they never balked at the amount of work they just got in there and started cleaning. I tipped each one five because they did such a great job.

Absolutely outstanding. I had heavy interior cleaning needed (Farm truck that I had to use to pick up my in-laws from the airport) and these guys got all the hay, mud and dog hair out, it smelled fabulous and the hard surfaces were literally sparkling. They were fast and very reasonably priced for the level of service needed. First experience with them and I will never go anywhere else.

Took them maybe 15 minutes to complete the wash. Definitely was not worth the $60 I paid. Lots of areas inside were missed under the seats were not even attempted. They practically didn't even wash the bottom half of the car. Just spent 20 mins in a parking lot with quick detailer wiping down what they missed. The leather treatment I paid for just included them slapping on some conditioner without even cleaning the seats. Would not recommend. Edit: Decided to give these guys another chance and try them out with my other vehicle. Was quoted almost $200 just for the inside. You can tell they just make up the prices because when I mentioned how he charged me $60 last time in my BMW he quickly changed his price. This dude is a crook! Anyone that operates a cash only business is obviously up to no good. I feel bad for the ladies he has working for him.

Absolutely stunned! My only regret is that I didn't get before and after photos because they did such an amazing job on the white mini van we brought in today. It literally looked like a different vehicle. The van sat under trees for three years and was covered in sap, moss, and pollen. When they pulled the van out in front of us, we didn't even realize it was the car we brought in. We delivered a nice looking, clean vehicle to my parents, and I can not thank Solution Hand Detail enough for making this car look good again! Everyone was very nice and helpful. We also got an oil change and windshield wipers while we were there, super convenient.

This place is absolutely amazing! Best detailing service around by far. In my honest opinion they charge way less than they should doing $300-$400 style detailing for $120-$225! Check them out!
