Hands down the best car wash I've ever been to in my life and this is why: Only place that I've been that has compressed air to blast out anything getting caught in your carpet and also any debri in your engine! And also the only place I've gone to where you can use unlimited microfiber towels that they provide and wash for you and even a machine that washes and dries your floor mats! Like what??? You cannot find that anywhere. They have 2 different vacuum hoses to reach hard to reach corners of your car and if it can't reach it, then blast it with air to loosen and clear out dirt. Their "Signature Shine" car wash is thorough and my car came out gleaming. There is no time limit on the vacuum station and they are seriously equipped with any gadget and need to have your car looking brand spanking new. I will only come here to get car washes from now on and even brought 2 other vehicles my family owns. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area and visiting. If you're a perfectionist like me you'll love this place. They were so thoughtful about what people wanted to have available to them when cleaning their vehicles.

Like every Friday, today I went to wash my car at AQUA. Everything was great as always, but this time something happened that I just have to share—because it says so much about the people running this place, especially the manager, Grant. After finishing the car wash, I started cleaning the inside. I began on the driver's side and when I closed the door to move to the passenger side, I realized the doors were locked. My keys, purse, and phone were all inside! Total panic. No phone, no money, no way to call anyone. I tried everything I could to open it, but nothing worked, so I went to the office for help. That’s where I met Grant, the manager. I explained what had happened and even though he told me the person who might help with that wouldn't be in until later, he didn’t even hesitate—he asked where I lived and offered to drive me home to get my spare key (luckily I live just 6 miles away in Artavia). On the way, I told him this had never happened to me before, and he was so kind and reassuring, telling me there’s a first time for everything and helping me feel calmer. Thanks to him, I was able to pick up my key and get everything back on track. This experience reminded me that excellent service isn’t just about how well they wash your car—it’s about the kind of people who are there when you need them most. Thank you, Grant! AQUA is lucky to have someone like you—someone who goes the extra mile and leaves a lasting impression. Customers like me? With you, forever. 🙌🚗💙

I’ve been a loyal customer of Aqua and have always appreciated the quality of service. It’s been my go-to car wash for some time. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a major disappointment. My car sustained a deep chip during the wash. After reviewing footage from my vehicle’s Sentry Mode, I confirmed the damage occurred inside the wash and not due to external factors in the days before. What’s been more frustrating is the lack of response. I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone at the location or through other communication channels. I’m sharing this here in hopes of finally reaching someone who can help resolve this issue. Whether it was caused by loose debris or a mechanical issue, I hope Aqua will take this seriously and offer a fair resolution.

The car washes need to understand that you have to hose down the back of large SUVs or they done get clean. I literally have to wash my car when I’m done at the car wash. For the price they charge- I expect better

Went twice and both times there were no towels to dry the car. I walked all over looking for a towel and there were none. When I brought it up to Trent and mentioned that's what I paid for he said no, those are free. Didn't even offer to get a towel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and there were none, even though as Trent said, it is their busiest time. I'm still waiting for my call. Well, I cancelled my membership. If you can't take the time to call me, you don't get to keep my money either.

This is a MASSIVE place, with more vacuum stations than I could count (but I did and there are 34!) They also have 9 bug removal stations so you can pre-treat those summer love bugs BEFORE you enter the tunnel! The spinning shammys at the end of the wash tunnel is a nice touch to wipe off those water spots! The staff are very friendly and will help you select the best value wash and can answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Look, the place is huge and looks impressive. I brought my car in and it actually was not that dirty. I bought the second most expensive wash there is, a $20 wash. After going through, there was a significant amount of bug residue left on the front, there were two parts on the back that didn't get washed, and there were still dirt patches approximately 4 inch by 4 inch in size. I'm not saying this is a bad wash, it's just I've spent way less money at other car washes and not had these issues, or, at least not this bad. For dropping a $20 bill, I would think that it would clean much better in my opinion.

I just brought my 2022 BMW M-3 and it came out great. (All Wrappers retrieved off course). I like the fact that they have a bug station, and cleaning mat machines in addition to the typical vacuum and air hoses. It’s the longest tunnel Car Wash I have ever seen. So far so good. No scratches or rock chips on my paint and my car is black so I never wanted to take it anywhere. I was doing my own hand wash at home (Don’t have the time now). Customer service was excellent and the man that took me by the hand is Kyle. First thing was a tour of the facility and followed up with all my concerns and made sure I was happy after my car came out the tunnel. Excellent job Kyle!

This car was has the nicest people to help you! For Easter they gave out free hotdogs, chips, and a coke! This place makes it so easy to clean my big old truck and it does such a great job! I got the premium membership and just pull my truck through as many times as I want in a month. The wax and clear coat finish they use really does make my truck shine! My truck is six years old now and still to this day people always say my paint looks like new! I definitely recommend this car was to everyone! Great people running it!

Used this place about 4 times with two different vehicles. Alfa Romeo Guilia and a BMW X2. Each time, the entire back is missed of both cars, bmw front bumper gets missed, and this last time, rims now have a scratch. I check the BMW every time I get in and out of it. So this scratched rim is brand new. Waste of money especially getting the $30 wash.

I tried this place for the first time today. I bought a subscription for the highest level wash. This facility is huge. The wash was so-so. There are water-spots all over the car. I love the vacuum stations with compressed air and microfiber towels. The vacuums are very strong, much better than anything I can do at home. I’ll give this place another try in a couple of weeks. If there are water-spots again, I’ll cancel. 2/13/26: Second time no microfiber towels were available. Canceled. I’ll try the place across the street

It absolutely worth it! Membership pays back in 2 visits. Instead of buying a good vacuum cleaner and making a mess in your garage, buy a year membership. It took me 4 min to go through a wash with all fancy chemicals that really makes it feel like a brand new car. Multiple stations always have a spot for you. Strong vacuum cleaners from both sides make the job easy to clean inside without me sweating. Air pressure and clean microfiber towels equips me to finish nice where few water drops. Rhino Mat washer - o my gash! I love it! In the past, it took me 10 min to wash my mats. It’s now under 2 min for all 4. Guys I tell you, forget about mess at home. Do it here! No regrets. Best car wash experience. I am buying subscription as a gift for my wife on Christmas. She has minivan. I will let her focus on her beauty and not washing her car

Want to start this off by saying I’m not the type of guy to typically take my car through a car wash. I used to work at one and saw a lot of horror stories with cars so typically I’ll hand wash them myself by hand. This week was different for me though as we have had a lot of rain, and I wasn’t feeling up for it. Happened to be in the area and I saw the good reviews for this place and I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did as my car was absolutely filthy. I paid for the top wash which is $24 dollars but it’s well worth it as this wash got my Jaguar looking like a million dollars. Cleaned the chrome wheels extremely well, as well as tire shine applied correctly and looks good. It’s not typical for a car wash to apply tire shine correctly but I’m highly impressed. Will definitely be coming back here if I’m in the area and need a wash. Thank you!

I've only been there once and the wash was excellent. So far the only one thing that I was not so ok with was the tire shine application. There was hardly any on the tire shine on the tires, lots of it was on my rims and on the bottom side skirt of the car throughout the whole length of the car. My next visit I will be bringing this up to management because I believe it's just an adjustment issue. I love how they have microfiber towels for you to use free of charge included with the wash package. The mat washing station works great! I recommend it 100%.
