Really enjoy coming to place to get my car washed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I’ve had the monthly car wash pass since they opened and access this car wash weekly to get my car washed. So far, I’ve had no real big issues. My front license plate did get bent once, but I was able to unbend it, and I have not had this issue come up again. The car wash location is very convenient to access. I usually stop when I’m in the area doing errands, but from time to time I do use the vacuums. They usually have a lot of vacuums open during the week, when they’re not that busy.

I just tried out this relatively new Solar Car Wash location today after attempting to go to the location on University Ave, but the line was backed up for whatever reason (I think the automatic car wash was broken?). I chose the Basic Wash for $12. You can add a self-vacuum service for $3 but I didn’t need it. But the area for this seems very neat and spacious! I was super impressed with the employee who seemed to be on deck and available to answer any questions. She was very helpful, especially since it was my first time. Then, another employee helped me get onto the conveyor belt properly and clearly told me to put the car in neutral. I was then carried through the car wash with ease and I found it to be very thorough cleaning process! The University Ave location doesn’t have a drying function so I was pleased to see that this one did. And to top it all off, an employee was at the end of the car wash with towels and he proceeded to wipe down my car! I did not expect this extra step at all, but highly appreciate it because usually that’s something I’d do on my own once I get home. I’ll definitely be back again for my next car wash and highly recommend this to anyone! Great value for the service, organization, and excellent results!

Best car wash in the east bay, period. I like to bring a couple extra towels to help with the water droplets. Shout out to Taylor, who is very a friendly employee that complimented my car. It doesn’t get any better than this I’m telling you. There’s so many places to shop and eat nearby too.

This is a really really thorough automatic wash. Way longer and with more sections than a gas station wash. Great for getting all the salt & dirt off after a ski weekend in Tahoe. They even finish with a hand dry of the mirrors and lights! (I need to bring some cash next time for a small tip) Will be using again!

Love this place! Get free vacuum time with the most expensive wash, which is only $24 and it does great job cleaning my car quickly (even though my car is usually pretty dirty by the time I bring it in). Nice touch to have someone dry off your windows and mirrors at the end. Staff are proactive, nice, and helpful. Never had to wait yet and I’ve been there a few times. Highly recommend!

The place is JUST ok, if you feel lazy to go to a self wash and want to spare the dry.. go here. The vaccumms are very poor quality, the drying tunnel leaves your car 95% dry and the wash quality... Is just fine. If I had another option close by, I would go instead. Would I recommend this place? Well no if you have other options.

Weak car wash, vacuums (which you pay for!) don’t work. Their quick fix for the vacuums only lasts 15 seconds. Didn’t get services I paid for. Go somewhere else.

My wife brought her new car through this car wash and now has multiple light and slightly deeper scratches to the hood, sides, and back. When she brought this to their attention via email, they stated that when people get their cars washed, that scratches are "often discovered" (as in it wasn't their car wash that did it). Her car was new and had not been washed yet. All the scratched are in a "swirl" pattern, just like how the brushes go in the car wash. As she was in the car, she said that the brushes were so aggressive that they were shaking the car a lot. Got a refund for the package she bought, but let this be a warning to anyone who wants to use this establishment.

Towel dryer refuses to dry windshield, used to be a regular here certainly will not be back Update: don’t know why the owner reaches out for feedback then refuses to actually listen. Owner needs a serious lesson in customer service. Imagine if I had a serious issue like a paint scratch. Definitely avoid this car wash. Owner also thinks it’s acceptable that he has an employee unable to dry a standard truck windshield, like stop being cheap and provide a stool.

I got screamed at by the attendant here for beeping at a stopped car. Who would employ a person like this? Horrible experience. See the business response. I wondered who would hire someone like the person I encountered yesterday, and the allegations made that I went on a racist tirade answers my question. That's an easy place to go when you don't want to take accountability for the person you hired. You have no audio to make such an accusation is libelous and violates Google's terms. Recall that your employee started my encounter by screaming at me. For beeping at a stopped car. Why was that his response? Do you encourage staff to yell at customers? Race had nothing to do with my sad experience at your business. I didn't even mention how overpriced you are for the poor quality of wash one gets. I hope everyone avoids this business.

Positives: Friendly and helpful staff! And there's someone hand drying the car after the wash (albeit the "drying" was very casual) Negatives: Very harsh car wash. My front plate frame got torn apart and the frame bracket was pulled out from the bumper. First time experiencing such damage from an automated car wash. And despite the harshness, it couldn't clean bug residue and stains on the front bumper; staff offered a second wash but still needed some elbow grease to get those off (shout out to the staff, otherwise 0 stars)

Service was good but giving 3 stars due to the actual wash being horrible. I did the most expensive wash for $24 so that I can also get a credit for the vacuum. I thought it was unlimited time on the vacuum but that wasn’t the case. I have a truck and it’s a lot to vacuum. As for the wash… I felt like the wash didn’t even “wash” my front bumper or mirrors. It was still covered in bugs. Idk maybe it’s just a truck issue but it was pretty bad. And yes those are bugs and not paint chips. I ended up having to get some wipes and manually wiping it down.

I paid for the wash with free vacuum, the kiosk didn’t given me a coin. When I told the guy he basically called me a liar told me that there was no way it didn’t give me a coin. He asked me if I picked correct car wash. I said I did. He said there was no way. I don’t do well with conflict so I pulled away, I stopped and asked him if I could pay at the vacuum. He said he didn’t even wanna talk to me anymore and to get out.

For a first time going through an automated car wash on my own. I needed assistance figuring out how to put my Ioniq 6 into neutral, and even though it took 2 staff members to figure it out, I was able to go through. The car wash plan I took was reasonably priced and the came out beautiful. After going through the wash, there is a worker to wipe down the car. Next time after they wipe down, I’ll do a second wipe and use my own hand vac (because I have physical issues using it). I will keep coming back and I hope other people will take their car there too.

The service was horrible, the washer didn’t clean the front and rear of my car. The lady who was supposed to wipe after wash. She just walked around and didn’t wipe. The vacuum didn’t work and no suction pressure. Overall zero.

Horrible. Didn’t even clean my car. I paid for the most expensive service. It involves the ceramic coating. The ceramic made little white dots all over my car (see photo provided). It looks terrible. Never go here. I just got my car washed here yesterday and I’m going to have to take it to another spot today to clean these gross micro dots off of it.

Got the wash and shine , be careful if your front license plate is lifting at the bottom it was lifted more during wash causing it to bend. The side scrubbers hit the vehicle when it was coming by and deep stains won’t come out, but shine is nice I guess
