This is my favorite go to place to get my car looking like new. I will admit sometimes everything’s not perfect whether it’s not washed completely, missed areas needing vacuumed, or interior needs retouched the customer service is great and they will redo whatever is not to your expectations without hesitation. I don’t mind the 30 minute drive to get serviced. Definitely recommend.

I’ve tolerated this place for a Few years because it does inside and outside car wash service. No longer. Unreal high prices for a car wash. Prices have doubled in a year. Awful vacuum service. Took three goes before they vacuumed under and around the mats (that I also paid to have washed…and had to send back). Topped off by a cashier who was coughing all over everyone. Will NOT be back.

They've GREATLY improved their conveyor system, specifically by replacing those hard-bristled brushes with the gentler foam/spongelike ones. Despite having an otherwise overwhelming flux of cars I was in and out of there within a reasonable time and the exterior/interior service was very satisfactory. Highly recommend! (btw, they've got a great deal on Groupon that you should check out!)

3 lines and 2 lines moved mine just sat. 4 cars from the other lines went on but not me. They need to make sure and take care of the cars in front row. People behind me were moving over to get service.

I have been there many times without issues. Last visit, which was March 13, 2024, not only had they raised their prices so a wash with tip is now over 50 bucks, when they removed my driver side floor mat to clean they did not rotate one of the OEM clips, rather forcing the mat out and ripping off the clip, which I just noticed today when I took the mat out to shake the dirt off of it. It was definitely on there when I took my car to Soft Touch. This was employee negligence, not the actual wash that could take out an antenna, mirrors, etc. Of course they say they are not responsible for such damage, but this was employee negligence, not the fault of some machine. When I called and talked to manager/owner, not sure who he was, seemed fixated on what brand of floor mats I had. What difference does it make? The floor mat retention was put in at the Honda factory, they did not come with the mats. He said they may have clips for Weathertech but unsure if they had any for Smartliner, which is the mats I have. Huh? The mats have round holes just like the factory mats, and once again the retainer clips come from the factory and NOT with my floor mats. They should have, at the very least, offered me a free wash AND to cover the cost of me taking my car to the Honda dealer and having them fix this. This place is also a rip off now that they raised their prices and no longer combine a Veterans discount with Groupon. That was the only way this place was affordable to me, and it was worth the drive from Englewood to Centerville. No more! Never going back, especially since they don’t seem to care about Veterans anymore, and don’t care if they damage your car, even if it is caused by negligence by their employees. Probably not worth it but consider taking them to small claims court and they can pay me for Honda dealer to repair the damage they caused.

Absolutely perfect job at doing an interior detailing for my SUV. They had found spots I didn't even realize were as dirty as they were. Everything was pristine. And to top it off, a car wash was given. I genuinely can't believe some of the negative reviews for the detailing service. I had 0 issues and no complaints on my end.

It just gets worse every time. Make sure you always double check the passenger side because that’s the side. They never pay attention to. The manager was completely rude as well. You’re better off taking it yourself to wash it for the price they charge

Always Top Notch since I was a kid going with my parents. Now 35 years later still the same, family owned type of feeling from start to finish! Remember to tip! Imagine car after car all day long and don't forget to tip the vacuum cleaners as we tend to naturally tip at the end!

Came on a Saturday after calling ahead and was assured a cleaning. Once arrived we pulled up, walked inside and asked how to get a car wash. They said to pull up and tell the attendant what we want. When we pulled up, the attendant said they were closed because of the weather. To be fair, it had stormed for 5 minutes very hard previous to our arrival, however the storming was finished by the time we arrived. I had planned my whole week around this moment as I am very busy. I wont be back and I will absolutely refer my network to other establishments.

I went to get information and to purchase a gift card and the front counter staff (an older women) was completely RUDE! If I did not need this as a gift I would not try this business! She definitely pushed me away from getting my car cleaned there! I would look into having friendlier staff to welcome consumers into your business.

Just left after paying over $30 for a car wash. Absolutely not worth it. There was pet hair on my seat, I don't have a pet. My mats weren't vacuumed. And places on my car that didn't even get washed. This used to be a great place with good service and value. But now the prices are up and service is down. Would not use them again.

Not very impressed. I paid for their best wash nearly $50 and was told it would be about 30 minutes from start to finish. I was told the car would be completely wiped down inside, Dash,Doors etc. and I was also told to tip the guys who wipe the car down because they make their money off tips. So all said and done $55 and my dash and interior got half assed wiped down. My wheels aren’t even clean I didn’t even see him wipe those off. My vehicle is a new car but still I mean clean the wheels, wipe in between the spokes. I came for the service I was told they offer and because I was in a hurry to head out of town and They did none of the stuff the said they did. I was there for over an hour when they said 30 minutes and that was mainly just waiting for my car to be ran through the wash. They took all of maybe 5 minutes wiping the interior and down. Definitely a waste of money. I will stick to Flying Ace and wiping the car down myself from now on. I won’t be returning here.

Not worth the $30 for a basic wash. Teenager who was taking care of car after the wash did not clean in the inside of the front windshield & did a terrible job on the back window (only did 1 area) nor did he clean the floor mats. Guys vacuuming didn't do under the front seats.

Got a detailed paid $150. They messed up my seat belt straps. One owner said I could get a couple free car washes if I brought a receipt..I bought the receipt back the other owner REFUSED to honor it. I'm a disabled veteran and have spent $$ here before.

Soft Touch has always been top notch and has great leadership that hits home with everyone that works there. I grew up down the street and remember when you would exit the wash onto Whipp Road. I'll continue to highly recommend and keep washing my vehicles with them. Shout out to Kevin who always does an A+ job on my vehicles.

Had a very disappointing experience. The truck was not cleaned properly at all, and I even sent the business pictures privately to show the issues. I was told to come in for a refund. When I went in, the owner acted like I was inconveniencing him. He asked what I paid ($80 with tax, plus I had tipped $20 to support the staff), yet only handed me back $75. No, I would never ask for my tip back, for the simple fact that I chose to give the guy a $20 tip due to him being the only one of at least ten people trying to work. On top of that, I was told they will no longer wash dually trucks because they are “big” and “a pain.” I suggested maybe posting a sign or letting customers know up front, and the response was, “Well, we don’t have a sign saying we do wash dually trucks either.” Not exactly the best customer service. Rather than argue, I just left. As a small business owner myself, I know things happen and hoped they would make it right. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Looking at their recent reviews, it seems I’m not alone. Because of this, I will no longer be bringing any of my company vehicles here (we have 16 total, many serviced weekly). Hopefully they make improvements and get back to the business they used to be, but for now I can’t recommend them
