I usually am very satisfied with my car wash at Flying Ace. This time, my ceramic wash left my car spotty and streaky.

I have a membership to clean my car bi weekly and the vacuums help me keep it nice and clean. The employees there are also attentive and helpful.

Always great, highly recommend getting the unlimited membership. I typically drive through twice a trip for a real good clean. 1 run is a rinse and 2nd run and a fill clean off.

Tire shine will cut your tire, use at your own risk. After I reached out to employee, they did not seem to be informed about the claim process, and did not seem to care. Had to replace all 4 tires afterwards.

This car wash does a great job. If you have any problem, they will make it right. On one of my washes, my fuel door popped open and fell off from the air pressure of the drying fans. I told them about it and they went and retrieved it very quickly. On one of my next passes thru, an employee recognized my truck and watched it pass by the fans and when it came open again, he was right there to close it for me. You don’t get any better service than that !

I was a loyal Flying Aces car wash member every since the location on Far Hills Ave in Centerville, Ohio opened. However, around March 9. 2025; I had a very costly experience while using the car wash in Centerville, Ohio Flying Aces. My driver side tire was puncher while using the car wash. My tire immediately lost 50% of my air tire pressure on the driver's side immediately after the wash as I was driving to the area where you vacuum. My tire pressure sensor light came on alerting me to a lost in air. My pressure went from 48lbs to 25lbs in that short time and distance. Had to put some of their air in the tire so I could make to a location where I could get assistance in switching out my tire to the spare in my vehicle which was donut. I immediately informed the worker on duty of the situation. He didn't believe me and said that my tire already must had been low in air and that never happened before to any of customers. So, I completed a insurance damaged claim under Flying Aces car wash. I never received a call, email or text from the manager nor their insurance company. I spent $2000 in repairing and towing in order to get my tire issue resolved for I was attending my brother funeral in a few days. They never issued an apology or inquire further. Within approximately 14 days, I received some correspondence from the insurance claim. It denied my claim stating not their fault. At your own risk continue to use this service, if your vehicle get any damage. They will not assist you. They will not call to discuss the issue. They do not care and on top that you will not be reimbursed for any repairs charges. Not one penny, nickel or dime. No manager on duty to assist you. They will not take any responsibility for any damages you may have incurred from using their automatic car wash. Their system is perfect and according to them no one has ever experienced any hardship or damage to their vehicle while using the wash services. Go figure, literally no one. Use it at your own risk. I suggest stop paying their monthly membership cost and find you a merchant that cares if their wash system damages your tires or vehicle. Try a monthly hand car wash service. I did. It's only $120.00 monthly and it's an unlimited full car detailing service. Use at your own risk. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Flying Aces car washes.

I had an incident today at a flying ace location. The manager was very helpful and polite. I appreciate all the help she was able to provide me with. Unfortunately there is a 72 hour process and I understand that I have to wait until it's resolved. I respect that. But what I don't understand is why they don't respect us as customers enough to shut down the car wash for 5-10 minutes to check for debris when a vehicle looses it's front clip in the middle of the wash lane. I watched an employee carry the front clip out of the wash bay. As you can see from the photo's that I provided it must of left some debris. This is not the first time I have seen this happen, nor the only location.

Starting off I have been very pleased with the service. My automobile has been cleaned with no damage to it. I did experience several times the water wasn't blown off very good. I had to get out and 'DRY' it myself, before driving off 🤔. I have vacuumed several times. I am the only one in the Car so much isn't needed. The vacuums have great power and suck up the few leaves very well. I 'HIGHLY' recommend this company to clear your vehicle's. I have not received any scraps, scratches, dents or cleaner residues on Windows or Body of my automobile. I receive a great cleaning, and drive away with a very "Clear and Shiny" automobile. Check out the SHINE on the Car, and this is an overcast day 🤗 with very little sunshine. A great buy for the monthly price . . . Try it and ENJOY your experiences...I did and still do weekly. Thanks to all the Staff at your location 💕.

I purchased the $22 wash recently. This car wash did not wash my car very well at all. Smearing from bugs remained on my windshield after the wash, which is responsible as sometimes a good elbow grease is needed. But after I got home I did some touch up cleaning (windows, bumper, hood). There was so much road grime still on my car after getting it "washed" that my towel was black. Do not recommend. Flying Ace is a waste of money.

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve gone here for a couple years and this is the second time my car has been damaged. Last time it messed up the bumper pretty bad. This time it shattered my windshield. I went inside immediately to confront them and they were unprofessional and rude at first. The manager eventually just said to file a claim and they will see if they will cover the repairs. They eventually after over a month got back with me to admit they were liable for the damage. They are only covering half the cost of the damage and have been extremely rude through the whole process and won’t even answer their phones to deal with the problem. My lawyer will be reaching out!

Great car wash! My car came out super clean, and the staff was friendly—though they did try to push a membership we weren’t interested in. The free vacuums are a big plus, and they even gave us a dash wipe and an air freshener. The scent wasn’t too strong, which I appreciated since I’m sensitive to overpowering smells. Overall, a great experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at the car wash , mid car wash me and my passenger were rear ended by the vehicle behind us, the car wash stops mid wash and the staff lets us know that we need to pull by the office and the white nissan that hit us will be meet us there , instead the white nissan goes back through the car wash through the vip lane and peels out after their second car wash. we had no opportunity to swap information, and i was given this barcode to fill out this form, Justin Taylor the manager on duty comes to look at our car and tells us to stop filling out this form since there was no physical damage and offers us to go back though the car wash , since we just went through the wash i asked if we could just get a gift card for a free wash another time as compensation for getting hit , he says they only do same day rewash. I asked for a higher manager and he said he’s the manager on duty so i ask for corporates number where i will ask for proper compensation for this horrible experience, i told him that i would still go through the car wash again and call corporate since there’s nothing else it seems he will do for us and he told me that i there’s no point to call corporate if i go through the car wash, i said i absolutely should because my car was hit mid wash and couldn’t exchange any information with the other vehicle where he then says “well i didn’t hit your car” well someone did and it seems like no one wants to take accountability or apologize for the situation. i’m deeply upset on how the staff handle this situation.

I paid $12 and my car is still dirty , stains still on my car. the car was went too fast 💨 that might be why it didn’t get cleaned, they don’t have clothes to wipe off nor do they have stuff to clean the Matt’s nor do they have sprays to clean the car but they have a store to buy stuff !! Other locations have all that included. So now I have to go home and clean on top of this, not a win win but a loss loss for me. Waisted my $12 and my time !

I want to start this review by saying I’ve had a membership with Take 5 for the past two years. I’ve always driven older black cars, so I never really cared too much if there were still bugs left behind after a wash. Recently though, I purchased a new Acura in pearl white—which I absolutely love—but it has been a nightmare with bugs, especially during this season. Because of that, I’ve been going through the Take 5 Car Wash in Troy weekly, but I’ve been really unhappy with the results. No matter how many times I went through, the bugs never came off. Half the time, I’d leave with soap still dripping down my car, even on the windshield. I pay for one of the more expensive washes, so I expect my car to feel clean when I leave, but it never did. Today, I finally decided to try something new. On my way home from work, I stopped at Flying Ace Express in Englewood to give it a shot. From the very beginning, my experience was completely different. I was greeted by Justin, the kindest employee I’ve ever met at a car wash. He started by telling me about the membership program, and I explained that I already had one elsewhere but just wasn’t happy with it. I told him I wanted to give Flying Ace a chance. He wasn’t pushy at all—just super kind, funny, and personable. He even complimented my car, which was such a nice gesture. Then he said something that immediately stuck with me: he was so confident in their wash that if the bugs didn’t come off, he’d personally refund me. That type of confidence and customer service is rare, and it instantly set a different tone than what I was used to. When I went through the wash, I noticed right away that the whole team carried that same friendliness. The employee working at the wash itself gave me a wave and a smile, and a lady outside checking the parking lot even came over just to chat and be kind. These may seem like small things, but in today’s fast-paced world, those little moments of friendliness really stood out to me. After the wash, I checked my car and noticed there were still some bugs left on the front. It’s a pearl white car, so I expect there will always be a few, and I didn’t want a refund—I just asked the lady at the front if I could go back through. She was so friendly and told me I could hop right back in line. She also explained that if they still didn’t come off, they’d give me a complimentary bug wipe. Again, just another thoughtful gesture. When I went back through, I was helped this time by Antoine. Just like Justin, he was incredibly kind and professional. I explained that I had a few bugs left, and he reassured me that if they didn’t come off this time, they’d be happy to help with a wipe down. His kindness and helpfulness matched the same positive attitude I’d already seen from the other employees. And then came the moment that completely sealed the deal for me—Justin noticed me coming back through, and instead of just handing me a bug wipe, he came out himself and wiped my car down. He even explained to me what the wipes were for. That personal effort made a huge difference. It wasn’t just about giving me a product—it was about taking the time to actually care about my experience. Customer service is not an easy job, especially at a busy car wash. But all three of these employees took the time to be friendly, helpful, and genuine when it would’ve been easy to just rush people through. Justin even met me at the end of my wash with a microfiber towel and explained their towel program, which was another small but thoughtful touch. I truly believe these employees deserve recognition for how kind and attentive they were. They are incredible assets to Flying Ace, and I’m so glad I stopped in today. Thank you for not only delivering a great car wash, but also top-tier customer service. Because of these employees, you’ve gained a new loyal customer.
