Not only is he a hard worker but his kind personality makes it easy to talk to him and critique his work and let him know what you might want him to give more attention to or spend more time on. Wish I could rate a 0/5 stars, but I can’t. After scheduling a 230$ detail, Sergio failed to show up on time and to send a cancellation text. After calling numerous times, 17 minutes into our detail he finally responded. After sounding intoxicated he said he could be there in a hour and a half. Terrible customer service, and will not be returning. Keep in mind the previous detail he made a mistake on my family members car, resulting in additional work being done on the paint. 0/5 do not recommend.

Sergio was very good about scheduling. I came in with 3 other cars and he took care of all of us. This was my first time getting work done from him and I will be 100% going back best job that has been done on my car ever. Every product he put on the car was quality product and he even asked me questions if had preferences on a certain brand In his inventory I would like used. The car looked like I had just picked it up from the lot after he was done with it.

I don't find any pleasure in leaving this review because Sergio seems like a really nice guy however, there were so many mistakes. My white car had black debris marks down the front of the hood, on the trunk, and on the side mirrors. The carpet and mats were placed back in the car when they were still wet. Debris from the material that was sprayed in my trunk was not removed. The interior windows were not cleaned including the panoramic roof, and the wheels were dirty. He offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience of arriving an hour and a half late and all the errors. However, what precipitated this review were the horrible swirl marks that I just noticed on the entire vehicle left from buffering 😫My car was beautiful and now I have to find someone to fix this damage. So disappointed.
