Dhanta!!! Wow he is a very professional young man. I asked a question not only did he answer wirh kindness but he went above and beyond and assisted me with what I was questioning. Yes he even applied a lil elbow grease to help me. Will definitely look for Dhanta when I come back! FYI he would not accept a monetary tip. So instead I said a prayer over him without him knowing. Outstanding job by the Manager (Dontae) at the Cedar Hill location...I received an express wash when I paid for the platinum wash instead so I brought it to the attention of the manager Dontae and he quickly rectified the situation and even took the time out to enlighten me on how the system work and what could've caused the error...will definitely continue being a repeat customer for the professionalism, attentiveness and service that was displayed by Dontae.

Let’s start with brand new rims on a 7 year old mint condition car now damaged by Snap Clean Car Wash of Cedar Hill .. I contacted the manager Mike Rios and filled out a claim form that was then forwarded to Upper Management . Was then informed that because the car is greater than 5 years old they are not responsible for damage as posted on their sign prior to entering the car wash , so my warning to y’all , if your car is more than 5 years old DO NOT go this car wash or risk no reimbursement for damages caused by Snap Clean … The 2 bangs on my rims while in the car were quite intense .. as you’ll see in the gouging of my 2 driver side rims . I had monthly subscriptions which have now been cancelled . I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint as well …

⸻ Hello, Today my sister visited your location and left feeling uncomfortable and harassed. She was by herself, and the employee assisting her — a Black male who mentioned he was 34 years old (unfortunately we did not get his name) — repeatedly pushed promotions for the car wash even after she clearly told him multiple times that she did not need help and was not interested. She felt unsafe due to his persistence. When a customer says “no,” that should be the end of the interaction. No one should feel pressured or harassed. My parents went to the location afterward to speak with management, but no manager was available. This situation needs to be addressed to ensure your customers feel safe and respected.

I have 4 whips that I take to snap. The Vette I do not run through the wash but utilize the vacs. My whips are old but the paint is wet because of snap helping me keep them clean. I love their mat cleaning machine, towels, and free vacs.... Keep up the good work.

Dhanta came by to introduce himself and make sure things were going well with the whole operation of the car wash as well as any suggestions I may have. This is the first time I’ve ever had anyone personally care about my experience at this location so that says A LOT about this place. Definitely come check them out and get your car cleaned up. The vacuums work great and the customer service is top tier.

First time visitor… Experience with the equipment was cool (although I did recommend having the towels a bit damp, to prevent potential scratches) BUT the customer experience, Dhanta especially, was exceptional. His attentiveness was enough to make me return!! If he hasn’t received a pay raise or bump in position, it is definitely warranted!!

This is the only car wash I use but because they have great prices, complimentary cleaning products and vacuums, and very respectful team members. I wanted to take the time to shout out a team member who went above and beyond during my last visit. When the closing staff didn’t communicate that the vacuums were being turned off while multiple cars were still actively using them, Kylan took the initiative to wash the floor mat I didn’t have a chance to vacuum. Very appreciate to this young man for his outstanding customer service and will continue to use this location!

Went through the car wash heard something scrape and saw my car paint chipped off my door. Made a claim about it and was told because there was damage before it they didn’t want to cover it even though the damage that I pointed out had nothing to do with the one I told them about. They were showing damages I didn’t say were caused by them. Mind you my car is from 2020, you can obviously tell the paint was chipped and scratched. Lady next to me also experienced the same issue what does my fender being damaged have to do with the paint being chipped from the machines have to do with anything. Just an excuse not to cover for your personal damages. Don’t bother coming here guys.

Dhanta was very professional and cared how I felt about the service I received today. He stated he cares about how each customer feels about their experience good or bad. I appreciate that because I have never received ed that level of service at any of the car washes in the area. I am a member already but if I weren’t I would have signed up today. I will be recommending Snap Clean to my family and friends. Janet did a great as well. She was standing at the booth ready to help when I pulled up. I wanted to upgrade my wash and I wasn’t able to do so from the kiosk. She made sure I was taken care of right away! Excellent service all around.

I LEFT A GREAT REVIEW BEFORE BECAUSE OF HOW POLITE AND AMAZING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES BUT TODAY I WALKED IN TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE AND THE YOUNG MAN WHO LOOKS AFRICAN WITH THE DREADLOCKS/TWIST AND A HAT ON WAS FOLDING TOWELS AND DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME HE NEVER SAID A WORD AND I WAS STANDING DIRECTLY IN HIS FACE WAITING TO BE HELPED IT WASNT UNTIL THE HISPANIC YOUNG MAN CAME IN THAT I WAS EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED… THAT WAS THE MOST INSANE EXPERIENCE EVER ESPECIALLY COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO SPENDS MONEY ON A MEMBERSHIP EVERY SINGLE MONTH… I WENT AHEAD AND CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER THAT

I was driving by and figured let me give this wash a chance since it had 4.5 stars. Never again! I paid 25 for the platinum and went through the first time, I get out and notice there are no one there to wipe your car down, then I noticed there was not tire shine on the car even though it was included. I go talk to the employee and he says the passenger side tire shire inside the wash is not working, I still see all the smudges still on the window and dirt on the car, the employee was real nice and said I can go through again so I proceed to do so. Go through again and get home and the window is not clean at all. Hard pass next time around.
