The car wash itself is nice. It actually cleans the car quite well. The reason why I give only one star is because the broom that they use: a rough brush/broom to scrap off bugs and stuff off the front hood. It’s a good idea but that ruined my paint. I had just bought the car one week before the incident, and no one had even touched the hood. The scratches across the hood is localized to the very front and matches the back-and-forth scraping action of the broom exactly. There’re also marks in the back, which I didn’t take pictures. Again, these are exactly the area where the brush has touched, which are also mentioned by other reviewers. I kindly reported to them about this incident so that they don’t use that broom again, which may cause damage to the car, and didn’t even ask for compensation, but later on they sent me an email denying everything. I would let it go if they can acknowledge the fault and replace the broom to something softer on the paint, but the denial attitude makes me very disappointed and decide to leave a comment here to warn other customers: if they still use that broom, there’s a chance your paint will get heavily marked.

Just got back home from taking my car and honestly was not impressed. Just got back from a long road trip and normally I hand wash the car myself but figured I’d give them a shot. Still have splattered bug marks and dirt all over the front of my car, and you can barely tell it even went through the wash. Furthermore, upon a physical inspection I ran my hand across the hood and it took the finish off the paint!! Now I’m going to have to take a few hours off of my day to PROPERLY clean and refinish the car. If you want it done right do it urself; for the 25$ they want for the “premium” wash u can get everything u need to detail the car multiple times yourself

I can't say enough good things! The service is consistently outstanding, and I always leave with my car looking brand new. One of the standout features for me is the car never leaves the wash soaked and the soft drying towels they provide really help to wipe away any remaining water droplets and prevent those annoying water spots. Plus, the vacuums are top-notch! They actually work, unlike some other places where you leave with crumbs still stuck in the crevices. Every time I go to Smitty’s, my car feels like it’s just rolled off the showroom floor. Highly recommend!

It is excellent place to clean up your car. The clean machine is quite long with bubbling 3 times through the tunnel. After that, you can use vacuum, cleanser, and towel for free! And the staff in office was so kindly let us know how to use the facilities. I will absolutely revisit this wash shop.

I really wanted to like Smitty's Car Wash because the amenities and the staff are both top-notch. The employees were friendly, and the place has a nice setup with everything you’d expect. Unfortunately, the actual car wash didn’t live up to the hype. I paid for the most expensive wash, but the results were disappointing. After leaving, I noticed some noticeable scratches on my vehicle that weren’t there before. On top of that, I didn’t get any tire shine despite it being advertised, and my rims were still filthy. For what I paid, I expected much better attention to detail. Overall, I think they’ve got great potential, but I’ll probably be looking elsewhere next time.

I wanted to like this car wash being that it’s newer, quick, and nice looking. However after the 3rd wash I’m now seeing very extensive roof scratches (I can even feel them) and the front half my roof even looks dull now. I know getting any car wash to cover these types of issues is usually next to impossible, so I’m probably just gonna get the roof wrapped to cover the damage, but this is very disappointing as my car has an awesome blue metallic finish.

This is now the ONLY place I wash my car. Those that say this is a waste are full of it! I've never had anything but a clean car coming here. If it wasn't, they'd take care to make sure it was. My husband is old school about washing his car and after going through with me and my car, he's actually impressed. It takes a lot for that to happen. I wish they had another here in town, but until then, I'll keep coming here. And yes, I brag on them!
