They have an ID policy that doesn’t recognize valid driver’s licenses extension granted to military service members when combined with a active duty ID card. I was denied an alcohol purchase despite presenting my valid active duty ID and being over 21.

Terrible customer service on Mother's day. My son bought me a bouquet of flowers/roses for Mother's day gift to me. When we took them out of plastic cover the roses were all welting & dying already. Unfortunately my son threw the receipt away after he bought the flowers right before giving them to me. We took the flowers back to Smith's, to the customer service counter two female employees were talking one of them acknowledged me but the other kept her back towards me continued talking. When they stopped they looked at me like if I was rudely interrupting their conversation I even apologized. The female that had her back turned to me turned around I began to explain the flowers, she interrupted me looked at the other female said "oh I don't do anything with flowers; that's you" the other female than quickly asked me "do you have the receipt? If not there's nothing we can do for you because we have people coming in here with flowers over 2 weeks old trying to get fresh ones" I tried explaining my son just bought this morning threw the receipt away before giving them to me for Mother's day. If he would have known he would have kept the receipt. She just shrugged said "there's nothing we can do". This is very upsetting to receive this type of customer service on Mother's day. When I bought fruit that turned moldy a day after purchase, when I brought back they didn't even question or ask for a receipt they told me to grab a new fresh one. I will never buy flowers from Smith's again after today. Also the flowers were still in the color wrap & the stems were not even cut, plus if they were 2 weeks old they would be gone.

Bad experience every time I come here . This time Alma was not just rude but ot helpful and condescending. The self checkout called her over when I selected no thanks than she said in a rude tone that's because you need a number than I let her know it was not taking my number but as I was telling her that she walked away mid sentence turning her back towards me not answering my question .

Went in super early after my run at maybe 6/7 am and everyone was amazing! Greeting me with good morning's and asking if I need help and I've never seen everything so perfectly stocked and faced forward, I will definitely be going at this hour more often, either way, this location is always my go to for great service and prices!

The workers ignore people when they walk by instead of asking them if they need help. They usually have what I'm looking for, but not so much in the customer service section. The only help you get is the deli counter.

This company is trash. They sell trash. A waste of money, I feel sorry for my garbage can for having to take one for the team and deal with the disgusting produce and playdough like cinnamon rolls. And syrup instead of jelly, it was syrup. I feel for these employees.

Smith's has a great variety of international foods. Also some meatless alternatives that are very tasty. The deli food are good too. My husband loves the Texas donuts😆. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was not able to shop with my puppy in a harness and in a sack for pups they didn't let me in they are not nice at this smith's. Even tho I live somewhat across the street from there I will travel to go shopping somewhere else. And I've told all my people to stop going to this location. I know it doesn't matter to them cuz they have lots of customers but I will no longer go there.

This has to be the best grocery store in this area. Clean, great customer experience, wonderful staff. Other than small towns, I've never been in a grocery store where the customers know each other and the employees know the customers by name . Big city shopping availability, small town feel. Had a truly wonderful experience at Smiths today. First off, I did my shopping early, not as busy and more relaxing. The deals I found were fantastic! Buy one get free in the mandarin oranges, buy 2, get one on spices, and several other great deals. The fine cheese selection is amazing. When I was through checking out, I left for home and had left my wallet behind. When returning to Smiths, the cashier had turned it in , and store personnel had tried to phone me. Thank you for your kindness , and looking out for your customers. I will be shopping here more often. 😎👌💜

My wife and I were in the store doing our shopping with digital coupons for the first time. When it was time to checkout, we had problems when it came time to redeem the digital coupons and needed help. There was a young man by the name of Nik who helped us get things right. I love this Smith's grocery store. Everyone's always so friendly and kind. I REALLY love how it has a whole vegan section. I can even find Ezekiel 4:9 bread at this store. Their fruits and vegetables are delicious and fresh. Last week I bought some strawberries there, and they were the reddest, most sweetest, most delicious strawberries I'd had in years!! They have one those little fruit stands for children to have a free piece of fruit, very thoughtful and generous of them. The store is clean and organized. The only downfall is their parking lot is a bit small for how wonderful this store is. They also have a gas station at this location which is very convenient. This is my favorite Smith's grocery store thus far.

**** Freindly staff, staff is helpful if needed. The fruit is almost always fresh. I shop here at least 4-5 times a week. I don't like how they now have digital coupons. The price should automatically be that price by using your phone number, it would make it so much easier. I'm not going to download a app to get that price, and I know alot of people that won't do this as well.
