I stopped by to get a quote for painting a new passenger side mirror. I had the part in hand and figured it would be easier to paint before installing. They told me that, "we can't paint parts we didn't order," without any sort of explanation. My guess is that they only want business from insurance companies.

This was my 2nd time of having my car repaired at Car Crafters in Rio Rancho. They are a very friendly bunch of people and they keep you informed of everything.Illiana is the front desk gal and she is just a sweetheart of a lady. Paul the head guy kept me informed of every detail. They were cheaper than the other car repair shops and they get the car done very quick. If you need a car repair, then this is the place.

The shop's quality control is poor at best. There is 3 problems with my vehicle, I had to point out, with my vehicle, and then I had to wait an 2 hour before the repairs were done. Not big problems, but the shop's quality control is pore at best. They should have caught the problems before returning the vehicle to me.

After my accident, (no injuries and not my fault), I was happy to hear that unlike the two other vehicles involved, my car would not be totaled and would be repaired. Car Crafters was selected as the repair shop. Just received my car back after two months, and I am very satisfied with the completed work and would highly recommend this shop. Originally, the work would have been completed in a couple of weeks, but what with the tarifs, shipping logistics, difficulty in finding the parts, it took a couple of months to get the job done. This however, is not Car Crafters fault. Also, they informed me at least once per week of their progress, the reasons for delay, and when I could expect to receive my vehicle. The staff is professional, and friendly. Solid shop, and highly recomended.

I went through my insurance company for this repair and my car was done very quickly. The service was good and the repair turned out well. I do think the paint was not 100% match but very very very close. I don’t think anyone would notice it except for me because it’s my car. I was surprised when they returned the car that it was washed very thoroughly and looked detailed. it was a nice professional touch

Unfortunately, the insurance company for the person who hit me sent my vehicle to this shop. The damage was a minor dent on the bumper. Initially, I was pleased that the repair was completed in less than 48 hours. However, that satisfaction was short lived. When I picked up my vehicle, the trailer plug was broken and the backup sensors were not working. I brought the vehicle back for repairs, but the fix lasted less than five hours. Upon further inspection, I discovered that duct tape and zip ties had been used as a so called repair. Since then, the vehicle has been back three additional times, and the issue is still not resolved. The shop now claims the damage was not caused by them, despite the fact that everything was fully functional and essentially brand new before they replaced the bumper. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected professional workmanship, but instead received repeated temporary fixes and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

This is going to be good bad and ugly. So I turned my car in for repairs and they said 3-4 weeks. I received it in the time frame! I noticed that the part that was fixed was detached and not fitting properly. It looked bootleg and raggedy! Definitely not what it should look like. I took it back and showed them where I was not impressed and they took care of it right away. I now have a car that was fixed that looks decent. I learned that if I don’t like something, speak up and say something or else I would be driving around with a busted looking car! Thank you Car Crafters for all your support, help, and patience during the process. You never doubted only cared that I got my car fixed and that it was done right! Never settle, speak up, and things will work out.
