Not impressed with the lack of professionalism. Soap drips were left running down my doors and the outside of the vehicle, old tint and razor blades left in the backseat and left over glue stuck in my window buttons.

My family and I have been going to here for years for our vehicles to be tinted. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional and rolled her eyes when questions were asked. I will no longer be using this company for my tinting needs!!

Well it is no longer Duke city glass it is Rio rancho glass and I wish that would of been vocalized but once I did find the correct location the service was great, great quality work n a reasonable time. I was even given a discount for the confusion with the address.

I was there for three hours past my appointment time just for them to go get the windshield, another two for them to place it on. I was told two hours, I had an appointment. Being a mother with a child, the waiting room was not to friendly.

Joke of a place won't call you back melted the side of my vehicle tint does not fit and cut my steering wheel with razor blade because tint was cut inside. Owner won't call back just ignores everything told.me while I was there the problems he had with another customer but of course was not his fault

I have had 2 of my vehicles done here and I would recommend them to everyone. Duke City window tinting answered all my questions, gave me a variety of choices to choose from, and completed the job in a timely manner. My wife's Porsche and my Toyota sequoia platinum are now much cooler to drive and that is saying alot New Mexico.

Horrible tint job!!! Cut over 1/2" from edge and huge bubbles!! Owner refuses to return calls and address the situation. Damaged the drivers door as well. Amateur work and very unprofessional! Do not waste your money, you will not be happy. Read all of the poor reviews, it's the same thing! Wish I would have read the reviews 1st. A BBB and Attorney General complaint will be filed. People like this should not be in business!

We made an appointment for 8a.m. they said the car would be ready no later than 2p.m. we called them at 11:30 they tell us the car hasn't even been started yet.. We asked why. We we're good none of the tinters showed up. Not s phone call to us letting us know this was happening. Very in professional..

What a horrible experience! We hired them to replace 3 windows in our home, one of which needed the stop as well. We paid in full before the service was provided...which was required. We went with them because the could install before new flooring was to go in. They came in and the technician Carlos broke 2 of the 3 windows during installation. He came back several days later and broke another window and didn't have the stop for the one that needed it. Took a sample of the original stop for the window that was missing it. He came back a third time and had lost the original so put in an unmatched mis-sized piece and was only willing to put in scrap materials for the front window that was missing the stop to begin with. He broke the window sill in the front room on the initial attempt to install. He didn't clean up and left glass on the floor in one of the rooms and my child stepped on and cut her foot on. Angelo, the 'owner', is unresponsive and rude when he finally does respond. Unwilling to take responsibility and fix the window properly. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

I ordered windows from Angelo the OWNER for my home and I paid him a deposit of $2600 on Feb 12, 2021. He and his crew was suppose to come back March 29, 2021 to install. The day of install he called 10 min before appointment and he made up an excuse about his employee getting into a wreck and breaking most of the windows. He was not clear on what windows broke or anything. He would speak very fast to me and always rush me off the phone with very confusing and outrageous stories. I was not comfortable with possible shattered and cracked windows so I asked for a full refund. He said he would refund me but he needed to get paid by insurance first. It seemed super shady but I was very patient. A few hours later he then said that he had to break the rest of the windows with a hammer so he could get the rest of the money because the insurance wanted to pictures?? I could not believe what he was saying to me!! Later that day he said that he just put some of the windows on craigslist and got some of the money back and already sold it. He started to not make any sense and I felt super unconformable. He kept telling me to call him the next week every week. Until I finally said I don't believe you I am getting a lawyer. He first told the lawyer that he didn't want any trouble and that he pay me after the insurance settlement. Well about a month later he said that the insurance denied him and that I would have to wait until June 11 2021 to get paid because that was his next "job" Well on June 11 no answer and no calls returned. I am now suing him in court. Do not give him your money!! What kind of business does that? The owner too!

I support and recommend this local business. I first had them work on my sedan in April/May of 2017 when I first moved to the 505. $290+ tax tinted my whole car at 5% DUB tint plus my windshield at 70%. I had to have my windshield replaced recently on the same sedan plus a chip fixed on my other vehicle. It was a similar deal as what I paid before, only I opted for the visor tint this time on my windshield at 5%. This business is professional, offer quality, timely and efficient scheduling and service AND pricing is competitive or better than the rest! Don't take my word for it! Give them a try!

I have taken two vehicles to be tinted here, the first time everything went well. Good work, affordable prices, work done in a timely manner. So when I had another vehicle to be tinted, I knew where to go. The tint was done and a couple of days later, we found a piece of debits was stuck between the glass and the film. I called to get it fixed, they pretty much said, sorry things happen. I paid for the service to be done right and it obviously wasn’t. It’s disappointing because I thought I found a good tint shop in my area. So I don’t know where to go in Rio Rancho for good tint work, but I definitely know where not to go.
