The only package that includes interior vacuum is $30. They didn’t even do a good job vacuuming, car still had leaves and dog hair. For that price it should be immaculate. Plus they barely wiped down the interior. The kids working here don’t care about their work. Way too expensive for a just ok job. Won’t come back.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR VACUUMING!!!! New to the area and wanted to vacuum the inside of my car and saw for $30 to get wash and vacuum absolutely. I just wasted $15 on just a wash after the screen said it had vacuuming as well. Major false advertising and need to update their screen as well as Google. Never going here again.

One of the worse automatic car washes I've gotten. Just mechanically not a good system. Huge dirty/soapy water spots underneath my mirrors, didn't get to some spots near the lower trunk. Otherwise the wash was...okay, if a bit expensive.

They need to rename this Simply the Worst Car Wash. I've been through hundreds of car washes and this is the worst! The cleaning is not good, the rinse is horrible and air blow off is ineffective. I had to spend 15 minutes fixing their mess! This was a horrible experience.

The car wash has declined significantly over the last 6-12 months. It used to be the most effective automatic wash around but now you're lucky if it even rinses the soap suds off your car. My last 3 visits have ended with the wash skipping the rinse cycle on either the front or back half of my vehicle. Dryers no longer perform as well as they did. 1 entrance lane has been out of service since winter leading to very long lines at peak wash times.
