I rarely use this wash and just did today for the 3rd and last time. I do not like this car wash. I tried it again today 2/1/25 and again was let down for the last time. Thos time I took my wifes small buick encore and got the simple wash and barely got any soap, the right side door brush wasnt spinning, the tire/wheel cleaner didnt clean the wheels and left alot of salt and dirt. Its crazy this place gets busniess still. At least the vaccums on one side were working. But this is definitely the last time going here

Review on business practice as I didn’t actually get the car wash I paid for! We were staying at the hotel near here and decided to stop for a car wash on our way home. Was surprised it was open because it was so cold out…we paid for the wash (no signage indicating wash wasn’t working)…got in line and the attendant came up to the car and said it was frozen, he didn’t know what to do and to wait a few he was trying to pour boiling water on it. We waited, we were 4th car in line…2 of the cars in front of us managed to get out of line and leave. We waited a while. Attendant finally came to the car stating it wasn’t going to be working any time soon…didn’t offer any refund, we had to ask him for that. He told us the guy in front of us just wasn’t getting it and refused to leave…honestly felt bad for the attendant, he almost seemed scared he was going to be in trouble for losing customers. He said he had already lost multiple customers that day but if we wanted a refund to come inside and write our information down and we would get a call back. Days go by…no call back, kept an eye on my bank thinking maybe the charge would just not go through. It ended up being processed so I called and left a message…no call back. Called a couple more times on different days leaving a voicemail. Finally got someone to answer the phone. He said the boss would call back. Never called back. Left another voicemail stating that I was trying to be patient but just really didn’t understand why I didn’t have my refund yet. Someone calls me back stating if I give my payment information over the phone they will refund it to my card or I could just have a free wash next time…I wasn’t comfortable with giving my card info after already having issues with this place and I do not live in the area so I asked if I could have a check or money order mailed to me if they couldn’t just process a refund in their system. Told me his boss would call me back. Boss never called back. Worker called me stating the boss refused to issue a refund check or send me a refund so my options were to have a free wash or dispute with my bank. So now, here I am, a super busy, tired, full time working mom, having to spend even more time and a huge inconvenience on my end to get my money back by disputing with my bank. I felt really bad for the worker here and can’t understand why the business would handle this situation this way when it was their issue. I would have at-least expected this mysterious boss I kept being told I would get a call from to pick up the phone and call me. They should have put signs up where you pay that it wasn’t working the second they noticed that and should have been able to refund in their system immediately.

This place is overpriced for the quality, take your money elsewhere. I agree with other reviewers…they’re either skimping on the soap they say you get with an upgraded wash or they’re giving everyone the basic wash. Also, there were multiple vacuums that were broken and/or had no suction. This car wash may have been good at one point but that’s not the case now.

Not good car wash at all and very very over priced. My car still has bird poop all over it after wash and the vaccines have almost no suction. There's way better cheaper options within a mile

First time, got the cheapest just to try it out $12 barely any water,lefted more scratches marks on paint, very pricey and limited washes, i am very disappointed, not coming back and going back to my previous car wash even if I have to drive a little more, JetBrite better prices and 1 wash per day with membership!!!!

Won’t be back. $20 car wash and it definitely did not give me the wash I paid for. I picked the tri color foam and absolutely no foam was used on my vehicle. Makes me wonder if they are just giving everyone the $10 wash? I went today when it wasn’t busy. Usually, the guys pre spray your car and they didn’t today. Not sure if they stopped that or I got a lazy worker. Wash on orchard by Walmart is so much better and cheaper and jiffy lube has a $5 wash - but that was broken today but I’ll just go there. I do like the vacuums here. Been coming here for years, but I’m done now that I splurged on a big wash and it was not was I got! Prices have escalated here—I know inflation, but other washes clean better and are cheaper.

Mehhh, cleaned the car ok, paid $5 extra for wheel cleaned and shine, didn't clean wheels very well, and didn't shine barely. Cost per value not so good, been through gas station car washes that did better

Negative 5 stars. Their cheapest wash is $5 but other places that charge $3 do 10X better. Negatives: soap and brush on the side or car but only soap on top, the price, and worst of all my passenger mirror got bent in the wrong direction somehow. Luckily I was able to adjust it back but I will never return again. Mind you I just have a sedan, the mirror wasn't protruding in any way. So if you're wise, I highly recommend going anywhere but to this new location. Update: the mirror fell off while driving due to the damage, thanks for nothing!!

This place is AWFUL!! I never thought I could be disappointed by a car wash but this wash truly did not do ANYTHING. My car was still dirty when I left. And the washes are WAY overpriced. Not to mention, I went into neutral when I was instructed to, all to have the worker start screaming at me 5 seconds later to “REVERSE! REVERSE!!” and he said I was going to “damage their equipment” ?!? Very weird. He had literally just told me I was aligned and good to go into neutral. It was scary and so weird. And a horrible wash. Never going back!

I would give zero stars if there was the option. This place used to be a very good car wash several years ago. It has been in decline and is now worthless. Today was the last time I will ever use it. Paid $27 for their best wash which supposedly includes everything. It provided nothing but water and not even much of that. I was worried my paint would be scratched! Tire shine didn't work either. Parked and talked to the punk working there who said he was the manager. He admitted there are broken parts and it wouldn't be fixed for another week but incredibly kept the business open despite this. Wouldn't provide a refund or even the opportunity to come back AFTER IT IS FIXED! Don't know who owns this place but your business has been run into the ground. I have patronized this business the last six years but NEVER AGAIN! Do not go there.

This carwash has option to clean rims and they charge extra for it but there system dont work. Also dont wash good and they are way overpriced.

Priced way above what other companies charge with similar technology charge. I usually go to a location just south of Aurora but thought I didn't want to make the drive south. I got the basic wash is $10.00 but with all the owner comments regarding stare of the art technology, I thought I would give it a try. I have a Hyundai Elantra which is not a large car but the wash still managed to bend my mirror forward. Not a good sign for those with larger vehicles. Bird droppings on the hood were not cleaned. Vacuums were okay and did an adequate job. No water spots on the paint which is good considering the hard water around here. I can't say that I'll ever be returning because I just don't feel that I should have to pay $16 + dollars to have bird poop removed from my vehicle. Also charges a convenience fee for using a debit card which should be against their merchant agreement with visa/MasterCard

Average wash but the price and service given is not worth it. They have over 10 vacuum areas but only two work. The nozzle of my vacuum fell off and the other side completely detached and had zero suction, real let down

Do not use this car wash! Damaged my vehicle and took no responsibility. Manager told me the owner would call in a week, he never did. Manager I talked with called back after a week and said they didn’t feel they were responsible so nothing would be done. No recourse so I turned the issue over to my insurance company to pursue. Their sign clearly speaks to their issues-they damage vehicles and are not responsible ever. They will simply continue to add items to the sign!

I brought my car here last weekend and while I was in the wash one of their massive brushes dropped on my hood and couldn't be moved. I had to reverse through the wash to roll it off, per their instruction. They kept running the wash even after what it did to my car. It was a Sunday so it's understandable that no management was there but I left my contact information expecting a call. I also called the manager and left him a voice mail. I went back on Monday, the manager was there working on the wash but even after they got it back running, he did not come talk to me. He sent his maintenance guy to tell me that they were aware of what happened and would be responsible for the damage. I told them I would get an estimate and bring it to them. I went in today (Tuesday) with an estimate from a reputable body shop. This time the car wash was closed, but there were employees working. Again, their maintenance guy informed me that the manager was there, but he was "greasy" and couldn't talk to me. They didn't provide me with an email address to forward the estimate and instead took pictures of my phone where the estimate was. I still have not received any communication from management or ownership. Considering the damage that was caused and the fact that they said this has "never happened before," I would think that management would want to contact me ASAP to at least touch base. Obviously I'm still working on this so I will update this review if they take responsibility like they said they would.

Came and paid for the best wash they offer only to leave with a dirty car still. A gas station wash would do a better job it was complete waste of money. Will not be returning.

Came here due to being in town for a wedding. After an hour and a half drive off the expressway, my SUV was dirty, so I figured this would be a great place to wash my vehicle. The car wash I paid for was their "best" wash, for $25. This was was suppose to come with the works, a high gloss shine on the vehicle, Lava wash, shined tires, etc. When the vehicle was done, there was still residue on the vehicle, and soap on the undercarriage. What upset me the most is for $25, I paid for tire shine. NO TIRE SHINE WHATSOEVER! I would NOT RECOMMEND this location, and would suggest you take your money elsewhere. My vehicle was clean on the right side, and semi dirty on the left side. NEVER AGAIN!

I visited the Orchard Road, Aurora location. I pushed a wrong button, and apparently selected a monthly plan without knowing. When auto charge a month later, I explained to them, and since I haven't used it since that day requested I be refunded which I feel is reasonable. This request was ignored so instead of being respectable Shine Bright would rather keep my $29.99 and lose my business all together forever. Seems like a pretty bad choice on their part, but if that's how they do business I suppose it's OK with me too.

So I paid $27 for the Gold wash, which is supposed to be their "top tier" option. Only the sides of my car were even sprayed with water. The front of my car looked dirtier than it did before the wash. I had to get out and clean the bugs off of my windshield myself. Half of the spinning brushes weren't working and only two of the vacuums tubes were even on. I'm disputing this with my bank. Do not go here.
