Went in for a quick oil change with no check oil light on and left with my check oil light on with no resolution from the staff, just excuses. SMH

I have had all good experiences with Fuller’s. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. If you have a high-end car and choose to get an oil change, please note that they will not know how to reset the oil gauge. However, that is to be expected. The only thing I’d suggest for improvement for the car wash is allowing customers to purchase a monthly pass without going into the store. Tipping should also be able to be added without putting it on a card separately when you already have fast-pass.

This car wash its a joke I have SUV(audi) and 1/4 of my car wash untouched by the brush,never head any problems at another's car washes (just letting you know I wash my car twise a week) I call manager and he told me get the towel and wipe off by your self. I got 10$ car wash with wheels deal ,only 30% of tires got tire shine and rims are dirty Just avoid this unprofessional people and save ur money and time Congratulations fuller's car wash people!!! u just lost a customer

Terrible terrible wash and service! Came through the wash and when I pulled aside to dry it myself cause the auto dryers do a terrible job, I noticed the car was still dirty. Went inside and spoke to the lady at the counter. She walks out with me to see the car and tells me I drove it in the mud!? I told her I just came out of the wash and didn't go anywhere. She proceeds to wipe it with her finger and tells me someone will wipe it down. I asked if I can go through the wash again because I don't want anyone to wipe down the mud cause it can scratch my paint and she says "it's just mud". I asked again if I can go through the wash and she says "no I don't have tickets and the owner isn't here". I will not be coming back here and would not recommend this car wash! Beware! Do not go to Fuller’s Car Wash in Aurora. The passenger side of my truck got messed up from the car wash. The owner of the car wash swore it wasn’t their problem. Also, I highly recommend Cooley Details. He was able to get all the dried in iridescent soap stains out of my car and I didn’t have to file an insurance claim or get the car repainted.

Guys are crooks, unfair business practices. I signed up for carwash on a rental I had for 3 weeks. When I signed up I specifically asked and told them it's a rental and I want to sign up for just a month the lady who took my information said no problem we will just cancel it next month and it's $9.99 for unlimited wash. I signed up thinking it's $9.99 but saw a charge for $14.99 on my card I really didn't care extra $5 they changed me. Here a month later I am looking @ my credit card statement and I see $34.99 charge!!! I go to the store told the whole story the guy behind the register tell me the card was charged 4 days ago and nothing he can do but to just keep using the service I told him it was a rental I signed up just for a month and it's supposed to be $9.99 to begin with he was not helpful cancel the membership but refused to refund. UNETHICAL PEOPLE & BUSINESS more of a SCAM

PHENOMENAL!!! I brought our F450 landscape truck in for a hand washing and interior detailing. It was caked with dirt from a busy 2023 landscape season and it came out of Fuller's cleaner than when I bought it brand new! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman and man who worked SO hard on cleaning this truck! I could eat off the floorboards! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I bought a car wash subscription, and it was pretty nice, but decided to cancel it and go back to my old usual location in naperville. Here’s the picture of my mats after full service and that was a loss. I tried going for an oil change, was very unpleasant. The workers are trying to rip you off

I wish I could put less than 1 star but I can’t. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO SPEND MONEY HERE go somewhere else and you will have better service. I’ve been a customer for 2 years straight paying the most expensive membership $34.99 a month today I went to wash my truck because I had a very important work meeting and also I like my car clean that’s why I was paying this amount every month but when I was gonna pay my membership it was a problem with the machine that takes the payment I waited for about 5 min and the machine keep saying “waiting payment in proses” so a guy approached me and told to keep waiting so I was in a hurry i called the office inside to ask for help a different guy came out and said he was going to rest the machine after another 5 min the manager came out and ask for my card so she took my credit card inside because she couldn’t pay for my membership with my card at the machine so she went inside after another 10 min she came out saying my card was not working and I had to use a different credit card I told her I don’t have another credit card she told me if I don’t have a different credit card I had to go I felt really bad so I asked for my credit card back and left like I said I’ve been a customer for 2 years paying 34.99 per month I feel this type of person doesn’t deserve to work in customer service never coming back here

The worst experience ever! Purchased $15 car wash. Three tires went completely flat during the washing process because their equipment broke the tire steam valve. The manager claimed they were not responsible and refused to offer any assistance. Very irresponsible person, he should not be in a manager position. The guys at the repair center help by lifting the car, removing the tires, inflating them, and balancing them. We spent four hours in that place. Paid $50 for the work.

Absolutely fantastic service! I decided to upgrade my wash today, and it was worth every penny. The truck came out looking spotless—front, sides, and every detail shining like new. The process was quick, efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I could see the extra care they put into making sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my washes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their vehicle looking its best!

If I could do a 3.5, I would. Not a bad car wash, but not a great one. In the past I have done the basic car wash, today it's been awhile so I thought I would do an upgrade which is twice the amount. I didn't see the brushes really contacting the sides and there was quite a bit of dirt still left on the truck. The front of the truck seemed to be done very well. I think I will go back to the basic car wash.

Would not recommend. Husband took our van here to have it detailed yesterday. I went to take a look at it today, the center ceiling console was absolutely disgusting. They didn’t even bother to wipe it down. The 3rd row cup holders were still full of liquid… smelled like water, that no one bothered to wipe out, all of the ceiling air vent covers were still dirty and the side of the front seat console was still dirty. Not worth the money when they can’t even do the job right. I ended up cleaning it again myself.

Walked in after was, as my entire passenger side was covered in grease. Guy at desk said I should have purchased a different wash? My truck did not have grease smeared on it before the wash to a walk past others at the vacuums and each on had the same spots. I have used Fullers in LaGrange for years. Never had a problem, won't be going back
