Paid $244 for their "full detailing" service. I got a call from them 5 hours later to pick up the car. I could immediately notice dirt on the door jams so I told the guy to clean it. It was past 7pm and I was tired from working so I didn't perform thorough check on the spot. Next day morning I inspected their work and look what I found... Wheel has not been cleaned at all, door jam and sunroof jam were full of dirt, and the exterior had a lot of black grease spot all over the car as though they used a dirty cloth to apply wax(did they even apply wax? I couldn't tell really). Interior also had a lot of missed spots and the back seat belts were not cleaned. I feel sick that I paid $244 for this. This is your average $20 automatic car wash place. Do not pay any more than that for "premium" service that they are not capable of. Edit 1: Thanks for the free extra service offer Jose, but I already spent 4 hours cleaning all the spot you did not clean. I only recommend you to do better job on the next customer.

They keep destroying my seatbelt clips this is the second time. I am not going to this car wash ever again. My seatbelt clips are bent 90 degrees, this is done intentionally done

Great place I highly recommend it. The wash club is extremely convenient fast and efficient with a kind staff and cool owner who I have once observed physically working drying the cars while the other staff took their meal. break I’ve own 2 different vehicles since using this facility and I haven’t been failed yet

I stopped by here to get the oil change done on the way to a shopping mall. It is the first time that I’ve been here for checkups my car today and I’ve noticed that it comes with the complementary car wash service, including 18 points check-ups when you get the oil change or any car service done here. I really recommend it’s really worth paying for the stuff and waiting in line. it took me less 30 minutes to be done for oil change. All the staffs are really friendly and professional. There is one of staffs helping me know about my car happening or having problem and professionally explained about that in the easiest way possible. A lady at the front desk is so helpful and nice. The way they smile to their customers is impressive. Thanks.

Worst car wash ever I paid for the managers special and when I got home this is what my car looked like never going back to this place again! (I have 2021 Volvo ) it’s a new car it shouldn’t look like this after car wash there also was no line I went at 2 pm on a Monday ! And I left a 5$ tip

If I could give them 0 I would do it, terrible experience, they didn’t even clean the car properly, after they finish I had to clean the interior at home because that service is trash, first and last time coming in here. Just threw 28 dollars to the garbage.

Mike in their service department for oil changes is great with his customers and very pleasant to deal with. He helped us once with our car having brake issues and made it a priority to get it taken care of asap. Ask for him.

Friday 11/21/25. About 1130 ish I went through there car wash. About half way through it heard a gunshot loud bang almost. It turns out they scuffed my rim. Its not a big enough scuff to fuss about but I figure I'd let yall know. However not to take away from them if you catch them when there not busy they clean up alright. Spend some extra time and wash your car at home. That way the only person to blame is yourself

Honestly really disappointed. The car wasn’t dried properly (and yes, I get that it was freezing, so I won’t fully blame them for that), but everything else is on them. The package I paid for specifically included tire cleaning and they didn’t touch the tires at all. The interior vacuuming was extremely poor—missed obvious spots—and the dashboard wasn’t wiped down whatsoever. On top of that, they somehow managed to scratch multiple areas of my car, including the door handle and a door groove that’s barely ever used, which is unacceptable. To make it worse, the windows were left streaky. For the price and what was promised, this was nowhere near worth it. Won’t be coming back.

$26 and had to ask the. To clean the doors and then I got backs turned to me and to see my receipt. Then I look and see (see pictures).. On the other hand the staff inside are awesome. Just disappointed the last few times I've gone here.

If you want to be disappointed I would recommend you go here. I got the most expensive car wash and it barely looked like someone cleaned the inside of my car. I understand this was not a full detail but the floor of the car barely looked like it had been vacuumed. The center console was still very dirty. After expressing my frustration they attempted to clean the car again and it didn’t look like anything was done. The photos are after it was “cleaned” a second time. The only thing I would recommend this place for is a simple exterior wash to be honest.

Terrible service, horrible staff. Paid for “Gold Wash” and was about to pull off without any shine on tires, car was still dripping of water and the interior all they did was vacuum. I had to ask for a rag myself and dry off my car. They have a supervisor watching the carwash section of the business and he is clueless. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were free. My car dash was also untouched.

After washing my car here, I have found nails in my tires multiple times. This is not a one-time or accidental issue. I encourage other customers to assess the potential risk for themselves, and I hope the management takes the safety of the premises seriously and conducts a thorough inspection and cleanup.
