This Shell is so convenient it's right across the Vons parking. They also have an Alberto's inside the gas station.

I have been coming here for years. After going to another shell gas station. It took $30 less to fill up my suv then here. I don't know how but they are scamming on gas. Go to a different location fact check me

More than half of the sprayers that dispense water and soap in the car wash are not working. I'm paying full price for the car wash though. Update 6/12/21: For weeks the car wash has smelled like something died in it. It has to be contaminated by somethng, and is probably some sort of health hazard.

I was filling my car with gas and I went to use the restroom. The girl(Jocelyn)cleaning the restroom was rude a closed the door on me and rudely stated that I could wait. I asked her if I could use the girls restroom and again she rudely stated that I should wait until she was finished cleaning the men's restroom. She was very rude! The lady attending the the register allowed me to use the girls restroom. It was a relief since I had to really use the restroom. I will not go back to this gas station as long as Jocelyn is working there. I get that it's tough to clean a dirty bathroom but she didn't have to be so rude. The gas stations I have been to have always allowed me to use whatever bathroom was available at the time of cleaning.

Half the pump card readers are broken. They NEVER have soap to wash your windshield, only water. The pump TVs are almost all broken. The only saving grace is the Mexican food inside.

My family and I have had our card information stolen from here multiple times. As a teenager, I had a card that I used only for gas at this exact shell, and I had my information stolen three times in one year. Once my dad informed them about a missing label on the pump, and without even checking the system they just slapped a new label on. Go to USA gas on foothill. They change their card systems regularly and have $3 car washes on tues and thurs.

I never give one star reviews but one rainy night 2 pumps wouldn't pump gas. I have entered all my payment cards and all approved then no gas is pumping. I went instead across the street at chevron and got gas with no problem. Thanks Shell for none working pumps.

I went to get my car washed last week and the machine cracked my windshield. I made a report and every time I call the manager is “conveniently” not there. I have not received a call back on my claim. Looks like my lawyer will be calling next!!

New Car Wash is nice. But parts are problematic. According to the attendant inside, who was very professional and did everything he had to do, the car wash was installed about a week before I came here. And knowing what I do about car washes, I am aware that these systems can tend to have bugs that need to be ironed out in the programming or in the system itself, Particularly when they are brand new. The actual soft touch system itself is very well functional. The problem I had was with the blowers. They are not very strong and tend to live a lot of water on top of the car. On top of that, when I tried to back up to get the front dried again, the blower would strangely turn on and off when I backed up. I think that's a sensor issue, so seeing as it's brand new, I'm not gonna dock too many points because it can be fixed, especially at an early stage. Whether or not they will, I don't know. I purchased the $9 express package. It was basically just a soft touch cycle and a rinse/dry. I'm not a fan of the pricing all that much Especially considering the blowers sucked. The bay is HUGE. I like the lighting effects that they've added. Overall, it's a mixed bag and if you're looking for a high quality clean, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Based on my experience, you'll get a mid-tier result.
