Did not have them clean my carpets, but they parked in my driveway while cleaning a neighbors’ house without permission which blocked me from getting out.

Our experience was not so hot. We had 2 rooms supposedly cleaned. One was the master bedroom and our shepard also sleeps there as well. I kept fans going in the bedroom all night, we slept elsewhere. Next morning I opened the door and it reeked of wet dog, the carpet was still damp. I called they came out, I wanted the carpet recleaned. They would not do it, so the mixed up a very strong solutions of deodorizer and sprayed the carpet. 2 days later the carpet felt dry, so I again vacuumed the carpet. The dog had not been allowed in that room since the cleaning. Here is a picture of what I got out, dirt and dog hair. I wrote to the owner on their web site. It was a Spokane address. It came back twice, as there were 2 different addresses. I called and found out they are now located in Post Falls. I resent the letter again. It's been 2 weeks and I have not received any word from the owner. I am having the carpets recleaned by a different company. I would not recommend Shur-Kleen to anyone.
