Have the Membership and always leave my Car looking new Each time. Awesome crew and truly put in the effort to make sure car looks great. For those saying my cup holders weren’t cleaned or stain left on carpet; that is called a detailing and they offer that here as well for a different price.

For 48.24 with the supreme cleaning, trunk vacuumed, and floor mats soaped, I expected my car to be a bit cleaner than it is. Water spots and swirls around my car. Especially around my mirrors and lower trim where there’s no paint, as well as my tires (which will likely wipe off during the next rain). My driver’s side window feels dirtier than it did before coming but that’s probably because they didn’t lower it to dry the water at the very top, it’ll rinse away next rain. Black residue from rubber above window caked on but easily wiped away. Dirt and wax still caked on in spots in small clumps. Had to use my own detailing spray to clean up at home and revacuum in areas that were not provided close attention to. Was not provided a free air freshener, but I prefer to use chem-guys anyway. I would try again because they did clean my car, I just expected it to be more thorough based on all of the raving reviews on here.

Iv’e been using Showroom forever. This new ownership is absolutely fantastic. I own a local bicycle business and it’s the only car wash I trust with my truck. The attention to detail is second to none. The entire staff top to bottom is great. I live in Clark and always worth the drive. Cheers!

Took my brand new exotic car there for a quick clean. They basically hosed it down and sprayed wax over all the dirt and wiped it off with a dirty rag. Not only did my car look like crap for a photo shoot, but now all the paint is scratched up. Called the owner Ralph and he told me he didn’t know what to tell me. Next time I go there, it’ll be with a lawyer. As per your response… This is asinine. It is YOUR job to monitor YOUR Employees and critique YOUR employees work. Not mine. There is no way I’m not letting you guys ever go near my car again.

car came on with streaks and missed some spots. The rear wasn’t completely clean. Interior wasn’t vacuumed very well. Just a cheap quick wash for $30. I would go back if I’m just looking for something cheap and fast.

Showroom Hand Carwash offers exceptional service and is open seven days a week. This is by far the best car wash that I've used over the years. I will only take my car to a hand carwash because there is a difference to your car's paint vs. a traditional carwash. They offer individual washes or monthly unlimited plans. I use the monthly supreme unlimited wash. The package includes hand carwash, vacuum, (wash my rubber car mats), windows in/out, underbody wash, tire shine, sealer wax, Rain-X, and triple foam wax. They also wipe down my leather interior and dashboard. Another thing to note, is that my windows never have streaks! There's about 10 people who work on your car during the start to finish, including the owners of the carwash. If you're in the Westfield and Scotch Plains area it's well worth taking your car to Showroom Hand Carwash. They keep my car looking new and save me time in the process.

Known Ralph for years and just as thorough as he was running his bakery he’s even better running his car wash! Showroom is hands down the best car wash in union county let alone one of the best in NJ. I frequent here once per week and I have always had a phenomenal experience l. My 2025 black S5 always comes out crisp, dry and spotless. Black cars are not as easy to clean and I have always known that, but they manage to always catch every spot in handwashing and drying . Ralph or one of the other owners is always out with their team inspecting every vehicle that passes through as the final touch.

I've used showroom for years. Its always been solid despite ownership changes. However my recent experience following a detail service on a 2 door coupe left me very disappointed. At first glance the car looked great. However on closer review the detailing lacked "detail" I noticed the cigarette housing was filthy, and the armrest housing was full of trash. Typically the trash is bagged and put aside. I expect a lot more for a $300.00 plus fee. Very disappointing.

I’ve been going to these guys for about a year and they do a pretty decent job. I decided with all the salt on the road to pay the extra cost for the underside wash (I think it was $3 extra). I drove about a mile down the road after to see for myself since it was really busy. Lo and behold it was bone dry with salt still on the underside. Save your money and just get a basic wash if you go here. Also they aren’t the best at drying off cars so to avoid streaks, especially on windows, my advice would be to go over the car once or twice when you get home with a microfiber towel

First off let me tell you there is no other car wash I have been to that not only takes such excellent care of their customers but also of the cars. The entire team is knowledgeable about what they do and how to do it in a way that is efficient and thorough. I would trust this place with any car I have and highly highly recommend you visit. Their prices are also extremely competitive considering the high level of service they offer. Take your car here!!!

Basic exterior wash. Showroom used to be the car wash I trusted to clean my cars. I used to get a full wash interior and exterior until I watched the crew overlook cleaning my interior rear window of my sedan a couple of times on different occasions. So I stopped having the interior of my cars serviced at Showroom. I suggest not going there when they get a little busy. Today I went there for a basic exterior wash (2/9/26). I watched the crew apply the agitation chemical to the rims. He seemed to just concentrate on the center lugs and not spray the whole rim on front driver side. He didn’t even agitate the driver rear rim. I had to ask the guy’s up front to go over the rims again. When they get behind with cars it seems like they are just about the money. Perhaps they might want to think about changing the name of the business. I’m done with Showroom.

Okay here we go… So I’m super critical about any services especially when you spend your money for it. Spending $35 bucks on an exterior car wash for a Wrangler just feels expensive but I took a chance. I expect close attention to detail, and not getting perfection sits a bit odd for me. Then you ask hey can you shine up the bummer and trim and one person says one things and Ralph says nope it’s $50 bucks. While the people are nice I thought the cleaning was just OK and I’m being nice stating that. I could have done this job at home and saved $35 bucks and guaranteed hit all the areas they missed initially. Again, nice folks but a bit lacking on the details. There should be no spots left on a freshly clean vehicle! It’s true what they say if you want something done right, do it yourself. No one will care as much for your things as you do… that’s just a fact. They also left smudge on my driver window of which I couldn’t get. What should have happened was hey first time customer let me do this over for you and make this right. You don’t want a first time customer walking away not feeling satisfied with there purchase. New customers are hard to gain and retaining customers when there 1000 plus car washes in NJ is another….

Would like to share my experience as very professional business. Nick, John & Ralph detailed and applied the coat to protect the paint. They also did tints and got our rims blacked out! Been going to this car wash for years and they always do an amazing job. Prices have slightly increased since last year but still reasonably priced. I always make sure to bring a microfiber towel for minor spots they may have missed wiping down. Other than that, still worth going here compared to other car washes.

After a really rough situation where someone got sick in my car, I was desperate for a deep clean. I went to another car wash first and it barely helped, but Showtime Car Wash completely saved my car. They did a full deep cleaning. Leather seats, carpeted floors, and everything in between. My car came out spotless and smelled amazing, like nothing ever happened. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, and every employee I interacted with was amazing. The owners were also so helpful and clearly care about their customers. I can’t recommend Showtime Car Wash in Scotch Plains enough! Truly outstanding service.
