I had an awful experience at Shoreline QuickLube, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. I went in for a simple oil change, and they claimed the oil pan bolt was “worn out” and had to be replaced. My regular mechanic had NEVER mentioned any issue like this, but they pushed it, so I agreed. When I got home, my car was leaking oil. I went back, and the person in charge was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even bother to apologize. Their “fix” was to shove in a bigger bolt — basically a shortcut instead of doing the job correctly. I just went to my regular mechanic for my next oil change, and he confirmed what I suspected: Shoreline QuickLube damaged my oil pan by using that oversized bolt. Now the entire oil pan has to be replaced because of their careless, unprofessional work. This place cost me money, time, and frustration. Completely unacceptable. I will NEVER return, and I highly recommend avoiding Shoreline QuickLube altogether

I'm careful about leaving reviews. That said, for 3 years I have been getting my oil changed here and it has been consistently excellent: friendly, experienced, honest (you don't need to change the cabin filter yet - it's still good), and efficient. Family & staff provide a necessary service in a professional manner. I Highly recommend!
