I was disappointed with the quality of service at this car wash. The washing process was rushed and poorly done. Despite paying a fair amount, my vehicle was still dirty, with visible dirt and sand on the mats even after they "cleaned" them—using what appeared to be dirty water. For the price, I expected a much more thorough job. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

This is the third car they’ve ruined after an oil change, but this time, I won’t stop until they’re shut down. My previous cars weren’t brand new, but this one is, and I haven’t even had it for a month. Not only did they overcharge me for an oil change which I gladly paid because I am willing to spend on my vehicle, but they messed it up too. I took it (my 2024 Integra so they will know who I am) in for its first oil change, and they completely messed it up. When I confronted them about it, they had the nerve to laugh in my face. This time, they’re not getting away with it. Count your days ‘Shiny car damagers’!! I wish I had the opportunity to give them zero star. I will update with pictures and receipts.

They didn’t bother to clean out the cup holder and front area of my car! I didn’t notice it until I was half way home so I just bought wipes and cleaned it myself! I am extra aggravated because I paid an EXTRA $13 dollars to get the “Super wash”! 😡

Always my late night car wash spot when I'm in the area! They have special late night pricing and nobody will bother you if you want to take some extra time to give your car a once over after the wash! Nighttime guys are nice and thorough and will give you a towel to borrow if you want to wipe anything extra after the car wash!

They’re truly the best. The most friendly service, they always do a good job with oil changes and car cleaning. Highly recommend. If they can’t help, they recommend other places that can help solve your problem. Also you get a free car wash with all oil changes.

Excellent level of service and attention to quality. I got the Express package, and received what was basically a full detailing for $73 - they took 45 minutes to go over each aspect of interior and exterior cleaning, with full vacuuming and mat cleaning/washing. Make sure to bring cash for the tip 👍👌🤌

I’m surprised my friend recommended them in my second visit after I told the guy only an oil change after they offer extra stuff I had done by my mechanic not even 2 months ago. I went to the Bronx next day when I open my hood I notice my oil filling cap was left completely off I’m not going back be careful. Update I went to another shop they told me that the “Honda” filter they used on my vehicle was fake and showed me the difference I was shocked

This place is the best in Brooklyn. I got a full service synthetic oil change and a free full service car wash for only $69. Can't beat that. And I was there less than 30 minutes.

They need a better customer service and more client satisfaction oriented it seems like a very cold franchise, specially because the cashier was with zero attention to customer and all the time talking on her personal phone with AirPods. The car washers and oil changers were amazing and had a good attitude.

I'm pleased. Basic wash gives a decent wash & vacuum ($18.50 inc tax for SUV). Didn't clean windows & had to ask for a rag to wipe my interior console, but will pay closer attention & speak up next time. Inside facilty is large & clean. Has restroom. They sell lots of car accessories. Most attendees wear masks. Best way to enter is via Sheffield. Takes you to Atlantic where can join line for car wash entrance.

Never again will I come here they did not vacuum the rite way as u can see in the pictures and only one person wipe down my car and he left with soap all over the place... Ask the guy who is the manager an he point to the only African American guy there and said him the black guy over there wow.... Came here along time ago it was good but not no more I spend my $32 some where else

Staff didn’t clean car as expected. Cashier was sassy/ rude and spoke profanity language in Spanish. I don’t recommend this place of business to anyone

Saw reviews for the night service. Was definitely meaning to check it out and since I needed a wash. It was prwtty fast since there were no lines. Paid $12 in cash. I wanted a spot that had bird droppings cleaned and still had to clean it myself after. I didn't think to tell them to make sure it's clean there since you see the white droppings on my red car.

Went there for a wash yesterday… there is STILL dirt on my car. By the plate is dirty… And the wheels were barely lubed! Tried to call today but couldn’t get in contact with anyone. 👎👎👎

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Scratched my car up beyond recognition. The wash equipment looks filthy as if they haven’t changed/serviced or cleaned their equipment. The workers could not understand what I wanted despite pointing at the board with their services. The cashier was dismissive. The interior of the vehicle was not properly vacuumed or cleaned. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Shiny car wash and lube did a great job. My oil change was fast very important because I had my toddler son with me. They washed and cleaned my car so good looked like I got it shampooed but I didn’t. I highly recommend and will be back.
