My Mercedes C300 was covered in some road paint and I was looking for a good detailer when I came across Jeff from ShineWorks. After discussing with him on what needs to be done, I dropped off the car on a Sunday morning. Jeff kept me posted through the process as well as the time it would take. I went to collect the car the next day half expecting some missed spots but Jeff did a brilliant job. The paint shone like never before and the road paint was all gone everywhere. Jeff was very attentive and professional. Drove over to his shop and he took the time to look at my black 2016 Toyota Rav4. He initially asked what my goal was for my car. He took into consideration what I wanted and with his expertise, he was able to construct a reasonable service plan for my car and my needs. I received a 5 year ceramic coating, headlight restoration, and interior restoration-midsize suv. He walked me through every step of this process. I'm a 25 year-old female and I felt confident that I could trust him. He never pressured me into other services like some places do. As for my car, it was so clean and the headlights look amazing!! I've haven't seen my car this clean and shinny! I can't wait to start using my new carseat covers with my newly cleaned car :) Thank you Jeff P.S: I've added pictures to my review. Please don't mind the chipped paint near my headlights and the wear & tear on my steering wheel. I bought this as a pre-owned car when I was 21. I never really took care of my car until now. My 12 year old BMW needed a lot of TLC. Jeff was incredibly detailed with his work! My wheels were cleaner than I ever remember. The exterior of my car was glossy; the shine was back and years of scratches were gone! The interior was like new with the carpet and mats cleaned and plush again. The engine bay was sparkling too! I purchased a whole car ceramic coating package on my new Tesla Model 3 and am very pleased with the results. It was clear from the beginning that Jeff is very detail oriented and a good communicator. After the initial wash he went over the whole car and identified some paint touchups from the Tesla Service Center that I had not even noticed before. I appreciated that let me know before this kind of detail BEFORE starting the coating process so there would be no surprises. This was my first time getting a car ceramic coated but I wouldn’t hesitate to get another ceramic coating, or another service for that matter, from ShineWorks. Excellent service and results! Photos were taken on a cloudy day but the car looks slick like glass and the coating really accentuates the lines.

Easy 5-star service from Jeff at ShineWorks Detailing Studio. I took my new BMW M340i to him for a ceramic coating about a week ago. I opted for "The Works" package that included paint, wheels, windows, trim, etc using the C6 Ceramics Hydro coating. I was amazed how incredible it came out! Jeff did a fantastic job with the coating. I just did a quick detail to lift the layer of dust off and it was by far the EASIEST quick detail I've ever performed. The dust just slid right off with virtually no pressure. The pictures do not do it justice. If you're on the fence about having Jeff install a coating, I would easily recommend him 100%. He's very respectful and a true professional. He'll listen to what your needs are and will make appropriate recommendations. He'll do an amazing job!
