Price is fair for what is provided. They have a family plan discount for multiple cars. Employees have always been pleasant. They interior cleaning, even do detailing also if that is needed. Car always looks clean afterward, and that's the point of it. Saves me the "hard" work of always hand washing.

The worst car wash ever. For $100 it was suppose to include floor mat shampooing, tar removal and hand applied wax. The pictures speak for themselves, it was barely cleaned. Everything was just simply wiped down. Don’t not come here to clean your car, they are not professionals.

Traveling for the holidays with two young kids, so you know they destroyed the back seat of my car. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Found Carnations and they took care of me. We paid 24.00 for the car wash and my car still has dead bugs on the front and on the grill. There are still several dirty spots around the rest of the vehicle. We didn't realize how bad it was until we got out to eat dinner.

I was there on wensday and paid for the show room detail. Was a little upset that they left tar from the road still on sides of truck front bumper did not look cleaned and multiple stains still all in seats looked as if it was from them not completing or forgetting . Also windshield was all smudged and had to clean as well also what ever was sprayed on plastic around cup holder has left it white film all over would no suggest paying so high for a messed up job i dont know what they sprayed but messed up plastic all on cup holder etc

I had a very frustrating experience trying to cancel my membership. The website would not allow the cancellation and repeatedly showed an error message. After several attempts and leaving a voicemail with management and corporate , I still had no resolution. Canceling should not be this difficult. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

My car came out sparkling like it just rolled off the showroom floor – flawless paint, spotless wheels, and the interior was vacuumed and wiped down to perfection. The attention to detail is unreal. Huge shoutout to John, who went above and beyond today. Super friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was informed on what exactly came with every full service detail package. It is currently 5:42 on Thursday Oct 9 and this place is worst carnation I’ve been to no towels in any of boxes no window cleaner half stuff don’t work n there’s only 3 cars including mine in place so no excuse needs better management
