The car wash is barely in working order. I went throught the wash twice and both times it failed to turn on and wash my car. I don't know if this is user error or faulty equipment but I definitely won't be coming back here ever again. Stay clear if your time is valuable to you.

Paid for the extreme works. My truck is still very dirty. It basically needs a full wash. Very disappointing. I realize I should have walked around it but I have never had my truck leave so dirty after paying for a wash. Normally I will find a few small issues and just wipe it down with detailers mist. Payed for the extreme wash and the extra interior wipe down. Needless to say the interior didn't get wiped down the inside of the windshield still have dust from before I came though the wash. Exterior was left to air dry leaving water spots all of errands the car. This place used to be my favorite place to go for a quality wash on my BMW but after 3 bad experiences one after another I'll just take my business elsewhere

Soooo I just came home from the car wash... and washed my car. After returning from a road trip, we had amassed the typical bug genocide that accompanies said trips. Since I feared retaliation from the Bug Rights Association (should one exist), I went to have all evidence of wrong doing removed from my car. I chose Star Car Wash based on the positive Google reviews. To make a long story short: they essentially just ran the car through their car wash, which is identical to the ones typically found at any gas station, and then Windexed the windows. As a result, very little dirt/bug bodies were removed. This isn't a big deal if you're using the relatively cheap car washes at said typical gas station. It *is* an issue if you're paying $20 for that service. When I got home, I grabbed a sponge from the kitchen sink and wiped everything off the car in one swipe. This says to me that they didn't even try or quality control their own work... for $20.00. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Either do it yourself or find a more competent car wash. This place was not worth the time or the money.

I'd been here twice before and all was well. Today I paid for the highest priced wash, and also left $5 in the tip receptacle. They didn't clean the inside of the door where the dirt was obvious, the car is bright yellow after all. I figured I'd go back next time and explicitly ask for this. But then when I got home and walked around the passenger's door, there were smudges that had not been cleaned. Complete waste of almost $35 and I won't be back. Too bad as it's not even a mile from where I live.

I love that they provide clean towels to wipe down your car after a wash. The suction of the vacuum is powerful. It gets my dog hair out of the back seat easily. I'm happy to support a new local business.

The place is clean and the vacuum is real suctiony and there are plenty of towels which you will need. The prices go from 8-21 dollars. For $21 I ran my car through the car wash and then spent the next 1.5 hours cleaning my car myself. The car wash will loosen the dirt for you. The plentiful rags and spray bottle and elbow grease will clean your car. Lesson learned. If you want to clean your car yourself, this will give you a place to do so. If you are looking for someone to clean your car for you, keep looking

I am giving them four star in spite of a very bad experience. For normal car wash, a good place with a big waiting area. Locally owned businesses but make sure if you are looking for a detailed service they charge you reasonably. They quote 80 buck for my sienna but ask me to come back as it requires 3 hours of service and I was late. When I visit there after couple of days they said it would be 120 as it is a minivan. Their owner was very rude. Ultimately I have done the same service at a nearby carwash and they charge me 80

First visit since remodel of car wash - all new equipment. Washed car, rinse cycle timing seems off. Some soap was left on the car. I think some tweaks to the wash/rinse system are needed. Also vacuum south side of building was very weak. North side vacuum was very strong. Towels are provided to dry spots which is a nice touch I'll give them another try in a month and report on the rinse/soap issue. this will be a deal breaker for me if not resolved

I got the basic car wash and it wasn’t great. I think the drive-through was broken because someone manually swiped on soapy water on the front & back windows of my car with a mop (no rubbing or wiping, just enough to get some soap on it), then they sprayed haphazardly with water. The top of my car was untouched. My car almost swerved to the right when it was moving through the belt because they didn’t properly direct me to the correct spot, so I had to hold the steering wheel to keep it from turning. I really hope my tires are ok. I’d recommend another place if you want a decent wash without any risks!

Well staffed. But all the car washes I go to seem to have a big strike against them in some area. This one gets dinged because the air dryers at the end of the tunnel are only pointing down, and are not evenly set up. So the passenger side of the car comes out very wet. They do have towels at each vacuum station, which is nice, but the towels were all damp so not great for drying the very wet car. It not for that, it would have been 5 stars for good equipment, clean, lots of trash cans, good vacuums.

Update 1/12/22: have now cancelled monthly subscription 3 times, last time “I guarantee it will be taken care of” and still getting charged, this place is a joke. Update 11/10/21: new car wash not much better. Signed up for monthly service, then cancelled prior to time, they charged me again. No one in office, no good working phone to chat, had to file a chargeback. Reason for cancel…wash doesn’t do well with large SUV, can never clean the back part properly. Geez. Good for the basic $6 wash, paying anything more is not worth it. Have gotten the $20+ wash and always disappointed. Last visit sealed the deal to never get more than a basic wash. Car was still dirty, back seat wasn’t vacuumed. My fault for not inspecting before I left, however was one of the first people there when they opened, seems like employees would do there best work. Oh well

Decided to walk in here for a car wash - I've been here before and have definitely liked their work. Brought my Toyota in for a basic was - decent price $16.99 for interior and exterior. Denise at checkout in specific is super sweet and you get a fragrance with your car wash! Every single person I've run into during my visit here have been super nice, helpful, and welcoming. This will definitely be my go to car wash from now on. :)

Prices were high for what they offer. Wash was sub-par. Soap was still left on my car and when I asked to get it rinsed off, they said they can just wipe it off or I can wait in line again and run my car through again. I asked why can't they use the water sprayer they are using to hand wash the attractive lady's Jeep to rinse my car off. That shows their priorities. Also, their signs say to go one way after the wash but you're supposed to go the other way to get your car dried. Towels provided for windows are wet and seem used. Vacuum suction worked on one but not the other side. I will be looking for another place to get my car washed. Only reason for 2 stars is the hard working staff that dries the car and does the tires.

I recently moved to the area and was pregnant when I found Clean N Shine. They made my experience worth returning; fast, easy, and uniquely mine. Each time I have an area I would like them to focus on and they have not let me down! My vehicle was cleaned a week ago and it still shines ✨️ and looks like new! They also speak Spanish! If you decide to wait for your vehicle they have a clean and quiet waiting area that offers water and coffee. However, if you'd rather meet with someone while you wait Starbucks is next door.

8/04/17 We've wash all of our vehicles here for the last 5 years (minimum). It just acured to me we have never left a review. This car wash is the best in our area! Beats all surrounding areas within a 20 mile radius going in either direction. Thank you! Worth every dollar! We appreciate the care that goes into detailing our vehicles.
