Customer service is terrible here. I got hung up on when I told the guy he was not acting professional. I don't recommend this place to no one. Don't know how they are still open with that type of service. Unfortunately I have to give them one star because they really don't deserve any.

Horrible, absolutely horrible, brought my car here for a complete recondition, I've never seen such sloppy work, dirt all over the floor and trunk, waxed right over all the spots of tree sap, dirt on the glass, one of four tires shined, Hvac vents untouched, door panels still filthy, b and c pillar plastic trim untouched, brake dust on the wheels, door jambs not wiped down, cupholders untouched, looks like he attempted to remove a stain on the rear seat and only made it worse, the website advertises full interior cleaning and disinfecting which is why I brought the vehicle here because we are expecting a baby soon and wanted the car clean, now I have to spend several hours doing the job myself after paying someone an extraordinary amount of money for a glorified car wash

Great customer service and amazing work. Went to another detailing place and they tried to charge me 4x the amount I paid here. I went in for buffing to get scratches off and it was done perfectly.

iMHO this shop should be fined for malpractice! I've never had such a terrible, low quality detail ever. Here are some examples: Many bug splats not removed and waxed over - tree sap not removed - minor scratches not buffed out - missed areas of leather not treated - dash done half assed - insignias dirty inside etc, etc. I had to spend two hours finishing the job the next day. I would NOT recommend this place.

Couldn't be happier with the service Shine Doctor performed. It had been too long since my last detail and I'm not very good at cleaning my car. I'm also a heavy smoker. They took the time to make my car shine again and somehow got rid of the smoke smell.

I dropped off my RAV 4 for service this morning. Having two young children the inside of my car was trashed and I do not have time in my schedule to deal with cleaning. I can not believe how amazing the inside of my car looks. The interior looks brand new and not a trace that I have twin 9 year olds in it. The exterior is even better they did such a great job my car is so shiny my windows crystal clear my car legit looks I just drove it out of the show room! Will def be going back and recommending my family members to come here as well!

I recently brought in my full-size SUV for a complete interior and exterior detail, and I am beyond impressed with the results! My vehicle is over a decade old and was previously owned by a smoker, so it needed a lot of work—but you would never know that now. The team absolutely transformed it. The interior looks and smells amazing, and the exterior? Jaw-dropping. Black paint is notoriously hard to bring back to life, but they made it shine like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The chrome rims look brand new again, and even the engine bay—after ten-plus years on the road—came out spotless. A special shoutout to Rob, the manager, who was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He even took the initiative to coordinate additional window services for me at a nearby shop, which was completely above and beyond what I expected. When they brought my SUV out, I honestly couldn’t stop smiling. The transformation was unbelievable. I’m thrilled with the service, the results, and the exceptional customer care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding detailing work and next-level service!
