I recently got my 2013 Honda Civic detailed at Pro & Local and am extremely pleased with the result! To start with, the exterior looks brand new! Shiny and slick and smooth to the touch. The windows are clear and free of streaks, including the hard to reach places. The cloth seats are fresh and clean, and the dashboard etc - again, just like brand new! Not to mention the wheels which look amazing and add a lot to the overall cleanliness of the vehicle. The process of drop off (9am) and pick up (2pm) went off without a hitch. Since they steamed the cloth seats vs shampoo, everything was completely dry when the car was ready to go. The guys that work at Pro & Local are very professional. They greet you with a warm, friendly smile and take their time to answer all your questions; never making you feel like a burden and like they need you to rush because they have a lot to do. (It’s amazing how poor customer service can be these days!) I highly recommend Pro & Local for detailing, ceramic coatings, and whatever other services they offer. They are truly one of a knond and I’d never consider taking my car anywhere else for the services they provide.

These guys don't mess around when it comes to vehicle detail work. Initially I was searching for a local Enfield detailer and these guys came up with Stellar reviews and I had to get a piece of that. 5 stars from me with zero doubt. Paul was very engaged via call/text off the rip. Paul's colleague Nick did a fantastic job managing the work and now my vehicle looks brand new. Highly recommend and will be make future appts with both of my suvs. Embedded water spots on the exterior are no more. You must get the full service wash/wax/buff+interior these guys know what they're doing. Be prepared to pay a premium as the workmanship is far beyond reproach! Well worth the cost!

Just picked up my car and it looks great... almost a different shade of red. These guys were great to deal with. I had the engine bay done while it was there and now can prop up the hood again at car shows/cruise nights to show off the supercharger. Would highly recommend.

From my first time reaching out, Paul was amazing to work with. I had many questions about the process, and tons of uncertainty (as it took a couple of months to get my hands on my Golf R), but Paul remained flexible and helpful (and patient!).. When it came to delivery finally, Paul and his team fit me into their schedule super quickly and took great care to make my R look how it should've looked from the factory! Great work all around, professional and considerate. I'm very protective over my vehicles, but at no point was I concerned about Paul and his team working on my R - I knew they'd treat it just like I would. No hesitations to recommend them 100% for detailing any vehicle you may have! Thanks Paul! Update 7/12: I had a few really small dust particles in the PPF and Tint and Paul without hesitation took care of it all. Just another reminder how the outstanding service they provide. Absolutely the best detail shop in the area bar none. Paul and his crew are true professionals who know their business and go the extra mile for complete customer service. I have used Pro & Local for three years now and have always been both satisfied and impressed with their results. I had my 2019 Mini Cooper detailed first this year and then I also had my 21 year old F150 detailed by Paul and the crew. Both turned out awesome! Particularly the shine and luster of my 21 year old paint on the truck came back with a great shine and the interior was professionally shampooed and cleaned perfectly. There is not another detail shop within 50 miles that I would give my business to other than Pro & Local, Paul Lasco and his crew. You will not be disappointed in what they provide for the cost.
