Very happy with the quality of this car wash. Vacuums were powerful and had good access. Only thing missing air hoses to blow off the access water. If they had those this would certainly be a 5 Star review! Actually it's a 4.5 Star but there's no way to show that. Their prices are fair especially for the quality of the wash. The property is well kept and the equipment is state of the art. We will be back!

For periodic car washes, this is our go-to place. It's a super convenient location and we've never had to wait long to get through. The employees I've interacted with have all been personable. Admittedly, I'm not a "car person" - give me the basic $8 wash and I'm happy! So for that, it's been great.

Great price for a do it your self wash. Plenty of space for vacuuming and cleaning your car, and I never feel rushed. Recently went on 9/24/24 and they added clean towels available as an added extra, I thought it was cool! Also a family monthly plan now available and think it's a steal. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. (Only reason I keep coming back). Check it out for yourself!

Wife loves this place. We just recently moved here and missed our old place. One note, our old self service car wash had a restroom which she was allowed to use. She's disabled and under ADA law access to a restroom is a requirement. Who can she speak to while there next time. Thanks in advance

Not too impressed with EcoExpress Car Wash in Temecula. I feel like the prices are on the higher side for what you’re getting — especially considering that one of the main rollers in the wash bay (the top roller) wasn’t working. There was just a small sign saying “sorry, top roller not working,” which felt like a weak response. If part of the wash system is down, they should be offering a discount or at least communicating how quickly they plan to fix it. It doesn’t seem like a priority for them, which is frustrating when you’re paying full price for a partial service. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a good value. There are plenty of other car wash options in Temecula, and I’ll probably go elsewhere next time — even though this one is the most convenient to where I usually am.

This location is especially great. Affordable & my car comes out clean. They have towels for $1 and you can trade them in and get another tall the next time you come. Just a really good place to go. Everybody's friendly all the time. They only take credit and debit cards. No cash.

Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and did not try to upsell or put me in a membership. I appreciate that! We opted for the $12.00 time saver wash which included some polish and wax as well as tire cleaner. The process is quick and easy and the light show going through the wash is fun. As you exit the wash there are several vacuum bays to pull into to wipe down the vehicle and vacuum the inside. They do not provide free towels or chemicals for cleaning the inside or dressing the tires. This is the only reason I did not award them 5 stars. It is worth the $12.00 considering the carwash on Jefferson has raised its rates to $15.00 for just a wash and dry. We got our moneys worth and well return next time we need to wash one of our vehicles.

Don’t waste your money on the membership. Been by several times this Month during supposed business hours and it’s closed. Today came 30 minutes before closing and they are shut down because of a conveyor belt. Hard to use the membership when the place is closed when it should be open.

Eco Car Wash is seriously the best car wash I’ve ever been to! The service is incredible, the vacuums are super strong, and my car came out sparkling clean inside and out. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work, and it shows. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and I have to give a special shoutout to Katie. She went above and beyond to help me out when I had a little accident with the vacuum (totally my fault). She was so calm, helpful, and just genuinely amazing. You don’t find customer service like that everywhere. It’s rare to find a place that takes care of both your car and you—but Eco Car Wash does exactly that. I left with a clean car and a huge smile. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

During the wash the machines broke my mirror cover !! The staff found the broken part in the car wash and brought it to me. They fill out a report and they told me that the management will contact me in 72 hr to compensate the damage . It has been a week and no one has contacted me yet. Worst management team ever.

Update 4-22-23: The ownership and management of this car wash proved me wrong. They did step up and take ownership of damage caused by the buffing wheel and more importantly, made it right. Their integrity and genuine desire to fix the damage was consistently demonstrated throughout the repair process. My Ram has now been restored to its original condition and I want to warmly thank the site manager, Katie, for all she did to make this happen. I am now a customer again! Original review 11/13/22: My Ram 2500 was damaged in the car wash bay yesterday (11/13/22). As it moved on the conveyor past the wax station it moved to the air dryers and buffer. The drying and buffing wheel got stuck on my front end and tore my front hood / grill molding off. So far, the folks at this location are not communicating with me. They seem to be avoiding the issue. I'd be careful with driving your expensive vehicles through a car wash like this with owners / managers are not willing to own the damage they cause.

Expensive damage to our 2024 Grand highlander making the vehicle not safe to drive at highway speeds. We ran our car through this automated car this morning, and as we exited car wash, we heard loud bang and binding sound near the tires. The vehicle was also pushed sideways a bit by the wheel guides. My wife and I were both present in the vehicle at the time of the incident, and of course, we were both startled with the loud noise of breaking metal. The first thing my wife said to me after we heard the loud bang was get out and make sure to check for any damage. The sound was unlike anything we'd heard before. We've run this particular vehicle through this car through this car wash dozens of times. Once I got home and stepped out of the vehicle, I realized the car wash mechanical guides had caused severe damage to her both driver's side wheels. The front driver's side wheel had a large chunk of metal, ripped out of it the size of a dime near the bead of the tire. Also, large gashes and deep scrapes of metal were removed from both drivers' side wheels. The bottom line today is we canceled our membership right away. We've have to file a claim against the insurance company to fight for our repair. This was clearly caused by the mechanical moving parts of the car wash. Meanwhile, my wife's vehicle is not safe to drive and this particular incident ruined her day. It's not fun, so beware if you care about your vehicle. If you go through this car, wash and you hear a loud bang noise, please do yourself a favor and make sure to thoroughly check your vehicle for damage right away.
