Rude torta working today couldn't hand me a cup from behind the register (covid, they're not out on the counters) and I waited for 10 minutes while she handed a guy 20 different scratchers. Wouldn't tell me my total or say a word to me. Miserable female dog.

This place I’ve been going or visit for three years people are nice , until today, diciembre 22, when this employees was a black guy. I said the gender because I don’t know the name and, was very rude I brought a winner ticket scratcher ones for 20 dollars cost, and I won 30 dollars . I want the same ticket, and I mentioned to him I one the rest of the money which it was 10 dollars, and so I also purchased mega millón. 10 dollars, powerbal 10 dollars and 5 dollar super lotto , so when I was ready to purchased the guy decided to put the 10 dollars rest from the ticket scratchers tours the lottery tickets . I said where is my 10 dollars rest , and he said he put it tour the lottery tickets so I only owed 15 dollars. I said but who told you to do that, he came up with this rude and loud voice speech. I continued saying I want my 10 dollars in cash and the rest I’ll put it in my debit card. And another remolonee which I know he tried to avoid to started another transaction bit he couldn’t and the other. Black guys was. I can’t do this is already done. Nexte person, he said. And I said I will complain about this . Was so rude and talking with his slang. And loud. I do t think he should be there plus he needs to be trained learn how to be polite 🧐🧐🧐🧐

I was having trouble at my pump after I pre-paid for gas in the store. I called the young man who took my payment (Alan)to see if he could help figure it out. He helped me solve the problem and even pumped my gas for me too. Nice people working at this station! Thank you again!

I recall using my debit card at the pump here and later I had $900 missing from my account. Every time you come here there are new employees. Once hired they later they walk off the job with keys to the pump. That’s when they are able to replicate your debit card. Go to any other Shell Station but this one.
