Did an great job on the car cleaning but someone went through my center console and stole an item. Prior to the visit, I was curious if rumors about car washers stealing items is true, I took note of what was in my console and where it was placed. Sure enough, when I returned to my car and checked, items had been moved and an item stolen. When I contacted the manager I was reassured that they don't clean the console, told they probably threw it away by accident when cleaning the console, told the person washing my car denied doing anything, told the cleaner found the item and put it in the glove box (it wasn't there) to than told they found my item. Lots of excuses and lack of accountability. Like I said, they did a nice job on the wash but proceed with caution.

They took long but are very detailed when they clean. My car looked brand new. I didn't mind the wait after the results. I am usually really picky and I've spent twice the money and had better results here. I should have tipped more then $7 for the detailed work that was done. I got the $29 platinum level

The employees are great. They don't mess around here. My truck has never been washed like this. They clean everything, the guy got under my truck and wiped off the shocks.......... plan on being here for a hour and a half maybe two but your car will be the cleanest its ever been. My truck is lifted and they had to hand wash it. It was $50 and at first i didn't want to pay that much but i decided to go for it anyway cause i was already there. Im glad i did.

I always use this car wash because I feel they do a good job detailing the interior. Came here this afternoon to get an interior detail and shampoo. Watched as multiple cars were pulled through the wash and began getting detailed. I had now been waiting for 1.5 hours. Still my car sat without being touched. After the third car and 1.5 hours I went inside and asked for a refund because my car had not been started on while 3 others that arrived after me were getting finished. At this point I just wanted to leave. I was told that they are not allowed to give refunds at all. Apparently, management at this facility feels that poor service is acceptable. The girl behind the counter shrugged her shoulders and smirked like, “too bad”. I voiced that I will never return to this car wash again and magically two people started to work on my car right away. I will never return to this car wash again after this treatment. If I could do it over again I would hold my ticket and not pay until the job is done. I hope this review helps someone in the future.

They seem to be under new ownership since the last time l went there. They did an EXCELLENT job. Very fast service. I will be going back. Got platinum service and thought it was worth the extra $10.00. Just a few helpful hints: 1. They will give you cash back for a tip in the Nextdoor store if you buy something. It must be a debit card, not a credit card (l had my CC , not debit with me 🙁). 2. Hours listed on Google are incorrect. Monday through Thursday they open at 9:00 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, I have to rate it at least a 1 star when it truly deserves ZERO stars. This is by far the worst place I've ever been to. Don't know if all the workers are on work release, but it sure seems like it. The main reason for going was so that they could vacuum and wipe the interior, and they literally didn't even make an effort to wipe the crumbs off the seat. I regret giving a $10 tip. First and last time going to this place!

I arrived at this car wash at 2:20 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and purchased a Silver Car Wash. At 4:15 pm, my car was done. Upon inspection of the car, I found it was not clean in many places, water spots along the sides and light scratches on the truck and side, which were not there when I arrived. I approached a woman who stated that she was in charge and explained to her that the car was not clean and it was scratched. She looked at the scratches and stated they were not new scratches. She also stated that because I only purchased the Silver Car Wash, the drip marks and places not clean were to be expected. She offered to have the car washed again, except they were getting ready to close so she would not do it on that day. She had the person who dried the car go over a few spots. It was still not clean. Be warned of up to two hour waits, along with a car that is not clean and that is scratched. Will never return.

I am truly baffled. I spent over $120 for clean fabric seats, carpets, and vinyl (not including tip). They literally barely wiped down the flat surfaces. I called back. I went back. Spoke to a manager. They had two guys tackle the sections I mentioned. The pictures are the end result. Just. Wow.

Ray did my car detailing and did an amazing job! I have a dog and his hair was everywhere and I'm traveling for family matters, no time to keep things clean and ohh man my car was a project. Typical on the road with a pet kind of car. They did my mats, all the inside leather, dash and the wheels shine! 30 bucks and a tip later my car is back to being clean! Highly recommend this place.

BEWARE! I took my truck here and upon arrival it was clear that the guy who was taking my detail order was drunk and there was some drama going on with the Carwash staff here. I noticed two white males arguing back and forth but decided to mind my own business. I own a security company and my truck has cameras installed inside. Once they parked my truck I made it clear I had cameras in my truck and to not unplugged them or mess with them. The gentlemen who was arguing with the other white male gos by the name Greg Marxen. He was the first one to work on my truck, I witnessed him taking my stuff out to do an interior detail on my truck. I arrived at 2:50pm by 3:30 pm Greg was being escorted off the premises by Murrieta Police. I guess he was fired and not allowed back onto the property. After waiting 2 hrs and 45 mins my detail was done. And to my surprise guess what was ripped out and damaged? My security cameras. As well as my surround sound system. I was able to hook back up my surround sound system but my cameras are done. I'm now waiting for the Murrieta PD to come to file a report against Greg. When I asked the manager for his bosses number to let him know he didn't want to give me his information but took mine down to give to the owner. Owner, if you are reading this, hire new guys they are drunk on the job and probably doing drugs. I want my camera paid for. I gave your manager my number, call me back asap. Or I'll see you in court. Thanks.

This place isn’t a good place to get your car washed for several reasons. I came here because my regular place was jammed back. It’s off Murrieta Hot Springs and Alta Murrieta. This place drags dirty vacuum hoses all over the ground and then vacuum inside your car with all the filthy hoses rubbing inside your car seats. There work station are a reflection of how cleanliness they care for there tools. I got the $24.99 wash which was the middle priced and the bugs on side mirrors and front emblem were still present. The section below my windshield was nasty still and untouched. They have one person per car (which takes a lot longer) my location has two per vacuum and two per cleaning windows, tires, drying and wiping down. There top priced service is $5 more than my location. The attitude of the workers walking around showed frustration and whatever attitude. Just watching for the 30 mins or so waiting for my truck was shown loudly. I would not come here unless you don’t care about your vehicles overall cleanliness.

I cannot complain. These people work hard. There are not many full service car wash services near here. I asked for a full service, and hand wash may I add. It was $55, plus I tipped both workers. This was well worth the money. I'll be back.
