Great place. Don’t mind all of the people complaining, it’s a drive through car wash. Their staff is very friendly, the vacuums have really good pressure, and if you lose anything to the vacuum they’ll help you find it by checking the collection bins. The washer is a drive through car wash. It’s great for what it is. The prices are fair and the monthly subscription is worth it if you’re local 👍

I’m an Uber driver. I’ve had my membership of $29 for almost 4 years. Definitely I get lots of value from washing my car almost every other day. My car comes out of the tunnel almost dry which saves me time. Only thing I don't like is that you have to bring your own towel or purchase it.

Been going to this car wash for over 3 years now. Nothing but good things to say about this car wash. Fast, easy and reliable. If you get Chris to greet you at the beginning of the car wash .. be ready for his big smile to make your day. Highly recommend!!

Drove through the wash twice on 9/19/21 and spent 45 min wiping hydraulic grease off of my car. The employees were not helpful and didn’t care about the situation. However, they were kind enough to offer me a free car wash. Yeah, no thanks.

Absolute garbage car wash. $14 for my truck to look like it was maybe sprayed with a hose. Residue and dirt everywhere. That's their high end wash? Manager blamed the bad wash on my roof rack cross bars and said the attendant turned off the brushes. If those brushes can damage 500lb capacity roof cross bars, they would likely damage your whole car.

Just look at the photos. This was AFTER a "normal wash" (not the cheapest not the most expensive ~$15). It would be cleaner if I just drove it in the rain. To be fair, the car was dirty with pollen and hadn't been washed in ~3 months but come on. I had to stop at a gas station autowash and it's a huge improvement compared to this place.

I was initially happy with this car wash place washing my older car so when i got my new bmw 5 series, i got silver club membership to keep it clean. After each time i wash there, i noticed some fine scratches. At one time after washing the car and drying it outside i saw quite noticeable scratch. I got mad but because i was super busy at that time i couldn't complain on the spot. When i complained later they wouldn't care. Use this place only if you don't mind getting fine scratches on your car and water drop marks everywhere. I cancelled my membership and won't be returning there

Interesting take on subscription car washes. It’s DIY so if you want someone else to vacuum your car and wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces you probably should try a conventional wash.

First time using this carwash and it broke my mirror. Car was not very clean either. Use with caution. Update: Wife called management at their request and the person she spoke with was very argumentative. He was upset I made a review instead of calling them first and questioned whether we even used their carwash. This place continues to impress and lives up to their 1 star review. Their machines and management team seem to be of the same 1 star quality.

dryer’s here do not work so if you’re OK with getting out and wiping down the remnants of the wash, then it’s fine but otherwise it’s gonna leave water spots. They need to fix this.

Pretty good car wash, we have a membership for two cars. My only feedback, the tire dressing machine gets the polish on the lower door panels.

Went here for the first time Sunday 8/27 - paid for the Platinum wash. After getting home I noticed a pink purple stain on my white car. Tried washing it off more and buffing, it out it’s not coming off. I shouldn’t have to spend more time washing and cleaning my car when i get home after doing it at Fast5. Whatever cheap soap they use has now stained my car. Still hoping this will come off. There should also be a wax coating in the platinum option, but to the touch it is very apparent there is no wax coating. The car should feel slick, it does not. I’ve used plenty of car washes to know when there is wax or not. Will be going back to ask for a refund and a solution to the stain on my car. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend.

I’ve been a member of this car wash for about 2 years or so, and they’ve always been great. Top to bottom good staff. Today, I had to cancel my membership, not for any faults of this car wash, but for personal reasons. I have to give a special shout out to Nathan here (and it’s not just because he has the same name as me) because he was extremely accommodating, helpful, and clear when assisting me. I initially attempted to cancel through their website a few days ago, but I never received a confirmation that it was cancelled, so I ended up calling and speaking to Nathan today. He was able to fix everything for me on the spot! Great energy over the phone and very personable. I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone and everyone. They were always good to me until the very end.

Amazing! My sister and I are very happy with our first trip. We had a physical coupon and weren't sure how we'd input it into the machine, but we're thankful that they had a separate lane with an actual worker to assist us. We handed it to him, he scanned it, and we were allowed access in. Everything went really well and it cleaned nearly all the stains on our car! - Silver Wash: 8/10 - triple foam wash was my favorite part Compared to the other companies, their prices are very affordable. We also really like how their memberships allow for multi-cars and not just a single car. The workers are very nice and helpful which made our experience that much smoother. The vacuum was strong and the location of the place is actually very convenient. We'll definitely become a member soon!

It's hard for me to give them a 3 because they should be a 5. They have extra drying clothes after the air dryer and handheld air sprayers near the self-serve vacuums, which I've never seen at a reasonably priced car wash. The reason I gave a low rating is that my SUV had a dirty stripe down the back and all around the back hatch after two trips through the wash. And, it still had dried bugs on the entire front grill after two trips through. I gave up after two tries and left. If you are local and don't get your vehicle very dirty, this car wash would be a great option. The extras and the staff are great.
