My first wash at Harv’s was so pleasant! The owner and staff are very nice. The wash tunnel is so quiet and peaceful that I could fall asleep in there, not like most washes that are loud and aggressive. They gave me a towel dry at the end. Thanks, will come back soon!

Great prices, friendly staff. Plenty of seating while you’re waiting. You can also go inside to get something to drink while you wait. These guys did an awesome job!

I will make this short. Overpriced , poor attitude . Low low quality. After 7 visits using a prepaid punch card I was more disappointed every time. Do not let the false advertisement of 7 dollar wash pull you in. Do not buy a membership or punch card. Any other car wash would be much better Good luck Update: To clarify. I did not purchase a 7 dollar wash. I paid over 100 for the punch card My last wash was 65 for hand wash. It was poorly done. Windows were still dirty This owners arrogant response shows the real business. The falsely advertised 7 dollar wash should be addressed by the lake forest city ordinance.

My 19-year old daughter, who has little experience paying to have her car washed, was attracted by the “$7 Car Wash” sign. The owners of Harv’s recommended a $27 “deluxe” wash (incl “suv up-charge”) for her *compact* Mazda cx3. That’s $27 for a student’s commuter car! She came home and said “I didn’t realize it was so expensive to get a car wash. I thought it was going to be $7.” BOTTOM LINE: the wash was a basic run thru the automated washer, with a few spots rubbed out during drying. That’s it. No interior vacuum or wipe down. No tire dressing. Perhaps unintentional, but it was a classic “bait and switch” of a young customer seeking an economical car wash. It pains me to write this review because I’m a small business owner, supportive of the community. PS I went to Harv’s with her to find out what happened. If the owners would have been *just a little* understanding and customer-oriented, I would have shrugged this off; instead, they were indignant and defensive. I sincerely hope they learn from this experience (I know my daughter has...), and wish them success.

I had some fluid come off the back of a truck so I needed to get my car washed quickly. This is an old school car wash where you sit in the car and go through the spinning brushes. However, and what turned me off, was they use nylon scrub brushes on your car before they send it through the wash. No way would I ever go back unless I just did not care about the finish on my car. I paid $45 for the express wax, which the emphasis should have been on express. It’s a waste of money. There was still dirt on the car, and honestly, it did not look any better than if I had done a quick hose off. The people were nice, but not the place to take a car you care about.

$10 for my 'large suv' Hyundai Santa Fe to take a trip through the wash. The vertical scrubbers were broken and just hung from the top of the machine while soap sprayed on them and the car. Both the pre-rinse and the spot-free rinse cycles cut off before car was all the way through. I know I only paid for an external wash, but I feel the car was cleaner when it went in than when it came out. 0 stars for the wash, 2 stars for being friendly.

My truck sat for 8 months in a very dusty area and needed a major clean inside and out. Had Harv's do an interior and exterior detail. The truck was returned to me immaculate! I had it detailed 100k miles ago at some other place, but Harv's had it looking nicer than my truck did back then. They will take years off your car and well worth the cost of a full detail. Thanks Harv's!

I came here for a car wash and left with a broken side-view mirror that cost me $500. Last week I went to Harv's Express Car Wash and ordered the $28 wash. After I paid, the cashier rotated my driver side mirror inwards and the another employee guided me into the wash bay. While I went through the wash one of the large vertical brushes knocked my mirror. Initially I thought it just snapped it back into place so I didn't pay much attention to it. Shortly after that I noticed that the mirror would not stay in place and was hanging off the vehicle. I asked the owner what can be done about the damage to my car and he told me it is not his responsibility. He then suggested that it was broken before I came and that I was trying to blame it on him. I explained that that wasn't possible because the cashier had been able to rotate my mirror without a problem. He refused to give me his insurance information and told me that if I have a problem I should take him to court. Eventually he refunded me the $28 for the wash and said sorry but that still puts me out $500. I wish I would have never come here.

Went here because the sign says $7 car wash. Pull up and the lady said the $11.99 wash is the cheapest…. I reluctantly got my car washed thinking maybe the sign was for the gas station next door (usually I go somewhere much cheaper). Left the car wash and sure enough it does say $7 for this place! Drive back in and a guy who said he’s ’the operator’ came over and when I mentioned the $7 wash he instantly looked irritated and became highly animated. Said it’s mainly for Uber drivers and tried to give some analogy about McDonald’s having a dollar menu and nobody would come if they said a $20 burger people come in because they advertise a $1 burger. Lot of words and hand waving later he explains the $7 wash of for cars that ‘aren’t very dirty’ (which my car wasn’t that dirty) and that they aren’t getting rich off my $5 extra…. They assess how dirty your car is when you pull up then choose which option would clean your car best based on their car wash…. So in other words their $7 is boarder-line useless and they use it to lure customers in. If it can’t do a basic level of cleaning like any car wash in the country, it’s misleading customers and shouldn’t be advertised. Period. That’s very shady and sneaky. Least to say I will never go back. There are countless other car washes in the area that can do a basic level wash for much cheaper (almost any gas station car wash can do it for cheaper and have good results in my opinion).

Imagine leaving a car wash and immediately searching for another car wash. I saw bad reviews, but it was the closest to my house, so I decided to give it a chance (I wish I hadn’t). They wiped the inside of the car with a dirty cloth and now the car smells like dead fish (I do Uber, and my car must smell clean). They say they will clean the car in n out, but this does not include the floor mats. They didn't even lift the mat when vacuuming, leaving the dirt underneath and on top as it was. It's disrespectful to leave this the mat like this;

Absolutely horrendous experience. Rims scratched and chipped. Had to fight for a refund and even when refunded, they refunded the wrong customer. This place is just the worst … STAY AWAY!

They are liars and misbehave. The entrance says ($7 car wash) but when you go inside they charge you about $12 and say that $7 is just for Uber. The billboard does not mention the type of cars with the $7 part and is a trap and lie to attract customers. The wash is very poor and the car was not cleaned at all. When I pointed this out to them they said you have to pay extra. I will never go back here.

Place is great, never a long wait. Owner is very nice and likes to converse with his patrons. The employees are very attentive to detail and do a great job. Car always looks new when leaving this place. Review from a Dad with 2 kids (car is definitely dirty every time I come and leaves looking great. Get the Ultimate wash package)

Good prices. Friendly staff. Excellent service! This team does a better job washing and detailing your car than other car washes I've been to, and their prices are better too! I don't wash my car often, so you can imagine it gets pretty dirty (especially the wheels). They actually spent quite a bit of time working on my car. When they finished up, I checked out my car and it was pretty near perfect. Initially, I was going to give them a 4 star review because I did notice a slight bit of dirt in the crevices of the wheels, but later I tried getting that off myself and discovered that it had been so long since I washed my car that that was no longer dirt but really just stains on the chrome. Yikes! I should really take my car in more often. I will say though, that my tires have never shined so bright as they do now. I will definitely use this car wash again and highly recommend them to all in the area!

Absolutely the worst. It was my first time there and I wanted to get my truck cleaned. And detail in the inside. First off he lost my debt card!!!!!!! I never got back my debt card and he kept telling me that he gave it to me when clearly I don’t have it and now I have order a new one! Just shady! Not enough workers at all. He charges extra for a bigger vehicle and that’s insane and was not told to me before hand. 40 dollars extra it was ridiculous!!!!! Also they were trying to take off my antenna without my permission and it was so weird to me that was the first time anyone crash was has done that! The job detail inside was not great at all. I watched the whole time and he used the same towels for the OUTSIDE on the INSIDE! It looked shiny but I don’t even know what products they used but he got it all over my seats and it’s stained some kind of oil. The bottle was clear with no name!!!!! Just all around shady business and they were super rude and didn’t even care! My card literally just went missing???? He kept insisting he gave it to me and that’s a lie. He rushed me so much it was horrible. Just horrible. Do not go here at all. I would leave 0 stars if I could! Oh and the guy had the audacity to ask for a tip! I don’t have my debt card???? No way!!! Ridiculous! Horrible place. Don’t go.

Take a LOOK at the PHOTOS! And you’ll get if you want to wash your car there or NOT! Please don’t waste your money on this Carwash; it's the worst service I’ve ever received so far! I paid $71.99 to do the Exterior and Interior, but literally, they did nothing interior, and they didn’t vacuum the car. There was so much dust left inside the car that I had to tell them to vacuum again and clear all the dust. The guy was just trying to show everything normal and telling me: you’ll be happy with the results at the end of the day. Dude, you can’t even offer a good service. I’m not even satisfied with their service. Don’t go there because you’ll just waste your money and time, and you’ll get mad, but they don’t even apologize for their terrible service.
