Their lightning car wash, and i know it's theirs because it comes up on my credit card as "Shell," didn't wash under my car even though that's what it says. $11 wasted. That's a scam.

I bought a car wash code that didn’t work. Brought the paper in and the managers response was “how do I know you didn’t use this already” completely unprofessional way to handle this. I have now canceled my monthly lightning wash subscription. Screw you shell.

This review is strictly for the car wash. Undercarriage wash at the carwash hasn't worked for months but they still charge for it. If you're coming here for a car wash go somewhere else if you want your undercarriage washed.

I shouldn't have to hear catty nobody cashiers whine that I just came in to use the bathroom without buying anything.... let me spell this out clear for their GED education. I purchased gas. And even if I didn't, if I need to come in to pee, I dam well will. Keep your mouth shut. 1150a.m. July 13th.

One of the worst car wash I have ever used. Paid for under body flush that it didn't do. It hardly put any soap on the car. I pulled up right by the building, looked at my car and I could still write on all the salt still on the sides. Don't waste your money. Better off going to woodman's or fleet farm for a wash.

I had a very good experience at this place, it is very clean and staff is super helpful and freindly. I stopped in for gas and went inside to use the bathroom and was happy to find the area clean and neat. I had accidentally left my wallet while washing my hands and was so pleased that a young woman found and brought it to the front desk. My faith in humanity was lifted a bit higher that day!! Thanks for the kind words she'll employees!!
