8:40am May 1st. I went to get air in my tires (thank you for the free air). Then go in to get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Go to check out NOT a hello, good morning, welcome to kwik trip. No, I get to listen To a conversation between the 2 employees about one use to have to carry a knife and had to let who ever know she would use it. she doesn't address me at all rings my stuff up doesn't tell me a total and doesn't tell me if I'm good to go or not. Not even a SEE YOU NEXT TIME, or have a nice day.worst trip there ever.

Second time I’ve put gas in my car here and the pump didn’t click off and spilled gas all over my car. Thankfully I was standing there and was able to click it off but it still made a huge mess all over my car. I’ve mentioned it and they still haven’t fixed the issue

This place is amazing! Stopped here on a trip and I was impressed! Spacious, clean restrooms. Huge variety of baked goods, drinks, and snacks - all at VERY reasonable prices! Friendly and efficient employees. Wish we had one of these where I live.

Health department or corporate REALLY needs to go step inside this store! So disgusting! There are layers of caked on crusty food and sticky filth on all of their hot food machines and coffee appliances. There were bees and several flies in the closed donut cabinet, and the lines in the Karuba coffee machine must never be cleaned as I have sludge and crystals of Caramel ?maybe? In my unflavored coffee. I tossed everything I purchased because I am not trying to get sick. I have never seen a kwik trip this filthy! I get there being a mess from customers but this is clearly machines and appliances being neglected. I will avoid this location in the future!

(as of 1/26/2025) Beware! Card Skimmer on one of the Machines! Made a series of visits to the store while down in green bay for a few weeks, and now have a bunch of suspicious purchases on the card used. Staff should inspect their in-store and pumps for potential card Skimmer machines.

This location is one of the worst Kwik trip you could go in. There is always a huge line and and enough employees to run all the register but they don’t. I went in there today 12/22/24 at 12:30pm and the line was to the beer cooler and there was a older lady and gentleman at the register while their assistant store leader short blonde woman just walked around looking busy then walking back and forth behind the counter instead assisting customers! I have worked for Kwik trip in the past so I know how much customers matter but not at this location. Assist store leader should be an example not lazy and waste of space like this chick is. Everytime i come in there and she is working she is doing absolutely nothing!

First time at this Kwik Trip. I have frequented them daily for years. This one was very dirty. The garbage ms were overflowing and it was only 11:00. I grabbed a fountain drink which turned out to be at room temperature and had no fizz (yes I had ice in the cup). I had to dump it and changed to diet pepsi. It is very hard to believe with that many people working in the store the floors can't be kept clean and the garbage emptied.

I'd do less than 1 star if I could. I generally love Kwik Trips and we go often. But on this last occasion I was floored by how awful the service was. We attempted to use the vacuums after going through the car wash, and vacuum #2 ate 5 quarters. It takes $1. I wondered if maybe one of the 4 quarters I put in didn't register because it never turned on. Same thing after #5. So I went inside, waited in line with 8-10 people, before getting to a cashier. When I said I'd lost 5 quarters he responds, "Oh so you just kept jamming them in there!?" Like a Dad scolding a child in front of a backed up line of other customers. Absolutely embarrassing. I'd have left at that point but there was no sign on the machine to warn anyone else, and it's principal at this point. They had a guy come out to fix the machine. He made us stand around while he went back and forth from the store to the machine no less than 3x, no communication, and didn't give us the money back till he had it fixed. Stood around for nearly half an hour and was almost late to an appointment we'd originally had plenty of time to get to. Did not get to use vacuum and will not be trying to at Kwik Trip again.

Ordered delivery, but order itself was 1/3 wrong. Paid 4.50 extra because I didn't get the right sandwichs, tried to call and just kept ringing. Please read the slip carefully especially when a category has more than one option. Otherwise order was fine and delivery was fast.

I love this Kwik Trip and have had so many fantastic experiences with the staff. Despite management creating dangerous situations for their night staff and long wait times for customers by egregiously lean-staffing the store, most of the employees go above and beyond, and are always friendly and helpful. Because of this, I was very hesitant to dock a star, but Carl has lost that star for the store. This man is unfriendly at best, and outright rude most of the time. I have had many transactions with him at this point, and always approach him as friendly as possible, and his outright hostility is exhausting. When I see Carl at the register, I spend my entire time in line hoping the other cashier can take me. Management seems unwilling to look out for their excellent staff, but hopefully they will be willing to correct the one man on their team that is NOT being friendly or helpful to their customers.

07/15/2025 my daughter and I came in. She has just had a medical procedure done and was having a hard time walking. I was carrying the basket with our stuff in it. We were checking out with an older lady named Rita. She was pulled everything out of the basket then demanded that my daughter put the basket away by the door. Then proceeds to laugh and say she didn’t feel like doing it and she loves giving her customers work to do when she was getting paid for it. She announced this in front of all the customers quite proudly. My daughter who on top of having a medical procedure also has social anxiety and left in tears. Do better Rita. If making fun of customers makes you that happy you probably shouldn’t be in customer service.

Love this place but unfortunately an experience with one of the old woman worker here named Rita ruined that .. I asked for a product behind the counter , asked about the date on the package as I have gotten an expired product here before ... So I figured I would ask this time.. the product was once again expired .. I asked her if I could get one in the new box that wasn't expired she turned to look at the box sitting right behind her , sighed.. and told me she didn't have time to open a new box as if I was irritating her.. I'm sorry but as a paying customer I shouldn't have to pay for a product that is expired if you have fresh product sitting there .. if you aren't capable of doing your job then you shouldnt be there

Extremely rude person at the counter. She was short with my wife who was waiting in line Apparently he wasn't standing in the correct place where the line starts and told the person after her to come up. The other customer waiting even acknowledged that my wife was already there waiting before he got in line. No thank you. No have a good day. No see you next time. Just rude behavior. Not what I expect from a Kwik Trip.

If I could give this Kwik trip zero stars I would I have had multiple bad interactions with employees there first and second shift employees half of them are very rude. Rita Carl & Ashley are the rude employees Rita and Carl are rude! RITA made slick comments too me then when asked to repeat herself I was told to get out of the store. Interaction with Carl I came in for a propane exchange checked out with him. He told me someone or he would be out there in two minutes while standing out there for five minutes I come back in Carl had no line and he was just standing there when I asked if someone was coming he said oh yes just a minute and continued to stand there took 11 minutes for me to get propane exchange . And my incident with Ashley she grabbed the wrong cigarettes three times and got attitude with me and rolled her eyes at me because she couldn’t find the cigarettes I was telling her. The management there is ridiculous. I overheard the kitchen people saying that there boss Bill gave a female employee $500 for an ankle bracelet. I will be going to corporate because the stuff I overheard was ridiculous and if management is really like that, then that store needs help. Whenever I stop in late at night that’s when I get the best service pretty sad because I rarely go late at night.
