I just visited PDQ and had the extreme wash shine package for $41 and I must say I am very dissatisfied. Vehicle still had soap on it when I left and the seats and interior were not cleaned good at all.

You can tell the workers at this xpress wash are efficient, washing what looks like 1000+ cars a day, which is amazing 😮. Water jets can usually remove all the salt and grime on my car. I've haven't had a problem with customer service, even when super busy the workers do what they can to help. Sometimes you must have patience, as other drivers slow down the lines, but employees seem to be on the lookout and come assist.

I have learned my lesson. I used to go in for the superior interior and maybe once in 5 years they did a good job. There rest of the time I had to redo it and I'm really not that picky. I stopped that and started doing it myself. Now I've been through just the automatic wash a few times and I couldn't be any more disappointed. Went last night and paid 16 dollars for the automatic wash. The guy that signaled me in didn't scrub the windshield it front of the vehicle like they normally do. Car came out with bugs still all over the front and the back window still dirt along with most of the rest of the vehicle. Kwik Trip does a better job. I won't be returning to PDQ.

The last time I was there they made me feel bad about how messy my car was. It's like this costs me 40 dollars. If I wanted to clean the garbage out myself I'd take the exterior to a 9 dollar drive thru car wash. Overall though I'm normally very satisfied with their service.

Sadly they don’t train their employees how the car wash works. They pull you half way in then the car wash stops ( only because the employee doesn’t want to use the brush) then you drive forward the machine doesn’t know where you are so you need to estimate everything yourself. Of course you do it wrong then said employee comes and tells you what the customer supposedly did wrong yea sure honestly it goes downhill, definitely looking for someplace else.

A friend asked me to pick up her car and bring it through the wash while she was out of town because she has a pass for unlimited washes. She had bugs on the front of her car sitting there for over a week and when I passed through the wash, it was completely spotless. Great experience. Plan on going there myself and getting a pass for my car!!

Just because the place is busy...you should expect the same car wash as if it's not. It was too fast. My car didn't even get the soap off the back window and tailgate. Disappointed. And I paid for the $20. Wash

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for years now. We're very satisfied. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Free vacuums and an excellent wash system. We'll keep coming back. * * Thanks to all. Keep up the good work!! * *

I use PDQ regularly, am a clean freq member and really enjoy this location. The staff are quick and friendly. The biggest gripe I have are the dryers, as the vehicle still comes out quite wet, especially the rear end. I do like the quality of the quick wash, and the ability to just pull up and have the gates open with the monthly pass. If the dryers could be enhanced, that would be a big “win” for all customers.

I'm on top...pdq in the past failed to get my car cleaned the right way. I gave them a bad review. However today the available Manager was able to correct my car cleaning with no cost and the best service ever...my car is nice and clean and smells fresh. Thank you .great job to manager and I did notice that you were in full control and made sure customers we're getting what they paid for nice hands on performance with the community.

One of the best exterior car washes in town. They do not offer interior cleaning of your vehicle but they do have vacuums available and they are very quick.

Drove the wash on the west side, all I got was the guy washing the rear of my car. The wash never kicked in. Drove around to go through again and it took 8 guys trying to figure out how to fix it. I left and went to the east side ....what a joke!

Quick and efficient car wash it's nice that you can sign up for a monthly plan and all you have to do is drive up it reads your license plate and you drive in. No fuss, super easy. Lines are quick in and out. My only complaint is when you get employees that want you to pull up dangerously close to other cars entering the car wash. They're not liable if one car hits another the driver is. I try to keep my distance but they'll pull up the car behind me uncomfortably close.

Yikes! I paid $32.66 and my grill and hood are still still full of bugs. So disappointing. Edit: To her credit, the manager contacted me, apologized profusely, and sent me a complimentary car wash.

Carrie at PDQ Express Car Wash deserves an “A+” for superior customer service! She is consistently friendly, and ALWAYS sees to it that the back of my vehicle is pre-washed with their brush by hand. Not every employee does this at every PDQ location. Let me add that Carrie is always smiling and happy to help! She never makes her customers feel like they’re asking anything too much.

I like a clean car and PDQ makes it easy with the drive through for a reasonable price. Thanks

Love the place! Every employee I see there is nice to myself. I pay for a monthly deal, which I have used on occasion 2-3 times in a day. Salt/bugs/mud…run it through again!👍👍👍

Car wash leaves a lot of soap on my truck and not enough dry time. Also whatever they use for the wash leaves streaks when I dry my truck with a microfiber towel.

The car wash itself I have no complaints. The long lines though it’s getting out of hand. Why don’t you guys designate a line for non monthly members. There are times that both lanes they have people signing up and just making us wait for no reason. Club Car seems to figure it out why can’t you guys?

SCRATCHED INNER WHEELS AND BROKEN TRIM PIECES. This could of easily been resolved with a simple "sorry", as I was not seeking compensation, but instead I was met with a condescending tone with statements of "you have low profile tires and you could of done that and blamed it on us" and "it's wear and tear of the vehicle". When in reality this is a 2023 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER, it's not old enough to have trim pieces flying off, yes it has 20 inch wheels with thinner tires, but a car wash shouldn't be able to scratch them. Did I scratch them and try to blame it on you guys? Of course not! Why would I scratch specifically the INNER part of the wheels on my DRIVER side and try to blame a car wash????? Upon speaking with friends, family, coworkers, and my boss. It seems like it is a COMMON OCCURRENCE to have the inner side of your driver side wheels scratched if you own a vehicle with tires 245 or wider, or wheels with LOWER profile tires (not even just low profile tires).
