Mostly friendly staff. Great ice cream! Custom orders and toppings selection is perfect. Large selection of grocery items and beer. Liquor selection is pricy but convenient. Hot food selection during rush hours.

Do NOT play the machines at this gas station. When you win, they never have enough money to pay you out unless it's something like $50 or less. I won $164 at 4:27 pm today. It is now 6:37 pm - 2 hours later and they still do not have $164 cash to pay me what they owe me. When you put your own money in THEIR Machines, they should have the money to pay you OUT the money you are owed. They need a new process where they put money away to pay out winners on the machines. I can see if it was a $1,000 jackpot or something, but it's $164.00. They make that in gas, lottery, and inside sales in no time. It's a joke. I would like to speak to the owner of this gas station about their process. I couldn't even get PART of what they owed me. I have to wait for the full amount. That could be today, tomorrow, Monday, who knows when.

Tap to pay doesn’t work at the pumps, the pumps smell like pee, the cashiers weren’t able to make anything work. I will say…the bathrooms were 10/10. Clean and smelled nice. Hence the two stars

A store that is very well kept up and very well-stocked. Gas prices tend to stay with the average and sometimes a few pennies below for the area. Difficult to say that it is neighborhood type business because there seems to be a lot of turnover with employees so you really don't get a chance to know anybody.

Great prices and ice cream. However I order 8 flurries and they had 3 employee there. They made 1 girl make them all while the other two did other things even when there were no other customers. I have been waiting 20 minutes and am still waiting. When I inquired a couple minutes ago the reply I received was “one person is in charge of ice cream.” I’m sorry, but customer service should be a priority. I understand if the place was busy and everyone was waiting on people, but for no other employee to help her with no other customers in the place was pretty ridiculous. Great job to the girl who kept at it, but not happy to have had to wait this long without reason.

I went to this car wash today. I get to the dryer part and it doesn't work at all. I paid $18.00 to not get my car dried. I went in...I was told to bad. They are waiting on a part and the dryer doesn't work. I said well why isn't there an out of order sign on it. She said the manager won't let us put one up. We aren't allowed to give a refund either. I won't be back.

Convenient location but gas is often a bit more than other gas stations because it's just off the highway. Their soda and snacks are also more expensive and one time I found moldy hamburger buns on the shelf- not a little mold, like one bun was fully green and more. Staff is always friendly.

I’m DONE With This Place – Fix Your ICE CREAM MACHINE!!! I don’t know who’s running this Shell station, but clearly it’s not someone who cares about customer service, basic maintenance, or my emotional well-being. I have stopped here MULTIPLE TIMES over the past several months specifically for ICE CREAM — and guess what? The machine is ALWAYS “broken.” Every. Single. Time. Why even HAVE an ice cream machine if it’s just going to sit there like a dusty monument to false promises and shattered dreams?? If I wanted to be disappointed like this, I’d go back to my last relationship or try ordering McDonald’s ice cream at 2am. And don’t even get me started on the blank stares from the employees like it’s totally normal for a business to just NEVER fix something. You know what else is broken? MY TRUST. I will be calling corporate, filing a complaint, and letting every Facebook mom group within 30 miles know that this location is a total JOKE. Fix it, or rip it out. I don’t care. But stop misleading your customers. Unbelievable.

We live next to this gas station. And so far 99% of the time the ice cream machine is down. I’m pretty sure the employees just put that sign up because they don’t want to make ice cream… The times it’s usually down, the employees are unfortunately grumpy. If we go there after 6pm there’s no ice cream. If the ice cream is such a major issue, maybe it’s time to hire an ice cream specific person. I work at a different gas station and stop in before my shift 80% of the time to grab an energy drink for my drive to work and the employees have talked about how annoying the machine is when people come in asking for multiple ice creams at a time. I dunno. This is a fishy situation with the ice cream machine. Makes my kids extremely disappointed when we walk all the way over here just for it to never be working. At this point take away the ice cream.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. They are great! And all the employees are wonderful, but the store assistant manager Bri is a complete joke! She chases away employees if she doesn’t like them, until they feel so uncomfortable they quit, and instead of getting rid of the problem (which is her) according to multiple employees, they just keep having to replace people. Completely poor way of handling business.

Since True North acquired this location, the ice cream machine is almost always out of service. It's a stark contrast to before, when ice cream was reliably available. It's frustrating to consistently find it unavailable, and it really feels like the new ownership or staff isn't prioritizing its upkeep.
