On March 17th, 2020, I pumped gas and used my credit card at the pump outside. That credit card was used only once in the past month and never used it after that. But after a week, there was charge or $65 dollars from GOTHAM CITY DINER. Someone stole the account numbers from my card when I used my credit card at this shell gas station. I reported it to my credit card bank and they said someone used it online to place an order. BEWARE EVERYBODY !!

Last October my granddaughter went to this Shell gas station to get gas. Something was wrong with the gas pump and it sprayed her with gas. Ruined her shoes and pants. Got in her eyes and throat. The attendant told her she couldn't do anything about. We went back and talked to management. Filed a report. NO RESPONSE! When I called shell station she was no help. Big Shell just doesn't care. We take our business elsewhere.

Went to buy propane and was told she had to help 1 customer. 5 customers later she still wasn't coming to help so I told her to forget helping me and took my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service at this location. Recommend going elsewhere

Stopped for gas. At the pump I was asked if I wanted a car wash?. Sure why not I can use one. So why did they make the touch screen for the car wash way above your average car? I'm in a Honda sedan. The car in front of me was an SUV and they even had a hard time reaching the screen.

I have lived in neighborhood for 15 years and have not had good service or left happy once each time I've gone in. Staff is belittling, condescending and rude. Once car wash was broken, no sign and refused me a refund. Argued that my rewards card was invalid and fake because my number didn't register in their system. Take the extra 30 seconds and go across the street to gas station by Taco Bell. They always make me feel like I'm in Mayberry and any minute now Aunt Bee will come walking in with Opie.

This Karen gave me such an bad attitude, I had winning lotto tickets and gave to her, she says "you didn't check in back" with a rude tone, I had no clue there's a lotto check in the back. I was going buy her some tampons from my winning lottery ticket because she smells like fishy dry blood.

Best place in town for gas,ect! The employees are all Awesome and ready with a smile and friendly greeting. The store is shiny clean and you can wash your car their also. My hat's off to the management! Great Job!!!!!! Thanks.

Very friendly employees, I always feel welcome I love the fuel rewards program it helps me save money. These people don't get paid enough to deal with bs so be courteous. Car wash works great I love this place.

I came to this shell on Dec 4th felt like grabbing something to drink and snack on "Midnight Munchies" and as I walked up to the door a man was standing outside said watchoo want I looked at him like what the hell he said he works here I said I'm just gonna look around for something he replied NO! Whatchoo want I'll get it for you I said I'm not sure what I want just gonna look around he said again no tell me what you want and I'll get it for you at this time I'm like forget it I'll just go somewhere better then here now I've came here several times during the day good service came here after hours before and an older man working here with a bad limp went up and beyond to take care of me and he was awesome tobad he wasn't working here tonight I most likely won't come back here and I'll make sure to tell everyone about my experience here

Terrible costumer service. Myself and 3 others waited in line for 10 mins while 2 employees were making coffee and emptying trash. One behind the counter doing paperwork. When I asked How much longer is it going to be Their response was I have to finish my paperwork and then clock out and then switch registers and then let somebody clock in. They weren't even nice about it they had an attitude like we were somehow inconveniencing them by coming there to get gas. 25 minutes later I left without gas or cigarettes. I'm never going there again.

I rely on the Shell station for all my gas needs. While gas prices might be a bit higher here, the benefits outweigh the cost for me. This Shell station offers the perfect combination of convenience and quality: Always Plenty of Pumps: No more fighting for a pump like at some other stations! I can always pull right up and fill up quickly. Clean & Friendly: The store itself is always clean and well-maintained, and the clerks are friendly and helpful. Quality Gas: I know I'm putting high-quality gas in my car, which gives me peace of mind. Wishlist: While it's nearly perfect, I would love to see them offer more fresh and ready hot food options, and the ability to use contactless payment at the pumps (tap to pay, Apple Pay, etc.) would be the icing on the cake! Overall: Despite the slightly higher gas prices, the convenience, cleanliness, and friendly service make this Shell station my go-to spot. If you're looking to avoid the crowds and get a quick, hassle-free fill-up, this Shell location is definitely worth checking out!

The Employee is Very rude, poor Customer Service and since she refused to share her name/considering her badge turned over on shirt, (real cute) guess I’ll have to describe her instead! She is the heavy set “Caucasian” lady that literally lays across the the counter in a bent over fashion (at least every time I have came in the store) she’s she talks at other employees as though she is above the law and makes all rules, she won’t lift a finger to help anyone and her way of trying to another employee from the back is excessive yelling across the whole store! She has ignored me when asking her a question regarding propane! I’ve been refused propane services on 2 occasion because her exact words “I don’t do propane, hell no I ain’t stupid,! I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and seen several changes take place at this location however this is by far the worst yet! They have a couple new people let’s see how things go…. Until then take your chances when visiting all I can say is ⛔️Caution⛔️

I passed by here earlier this morning to get gas for My Toyota RAV4. I came inside the convenience store and paid in cash. I used a $100 bill and filled up My vehicle with gas. The service was quick and easy. When I filled up the gas tank on My vehicle, the total came out to $58.45, so just under $60. I went back inside and received $41.55 back in change.
