I just stopped for gas and paid 20 i went out to pump it and i put the nozzle in and pushed the button for regular it kept beeping and wouldnt clear out from the previous purchase so i replaced the nozzel and did it again it continued to just beep so i went inside and asked the old red headed lady at the register to set the pump she smarted off that i just needed to push the button and argued with me she was extremely rude and would not reset it or return my 20 so after arguing for five min to just give my money back she finally reset it then went outside and acted like it was working just fine the whole time continued to talk down to me threaten and scream at me when i told her to take her old ass back inside she then kicked my truck im shocked at how the service is at this place old hateful violent ladys should not be allowed to wait on customers im considering taking a officer back with me and have her arressted for kicking my truck and her threats i am a very patiant understanding person but even i have my limits and this woman had me cussing and ready to punch her after she kicked my truck shes needs fired at the very least and i suggest no one go to this place because even after all that and i finally got my gas i only got 1/2 the amount of what i paid for people like this should be locked up and i will never return to this place again i went thru and read other reviews and apparently this lady is like this to alot of people i want to know why shell allows her to keep working there when there are numerous complaints about her is this how shell runs all there stores im really upset and dont want this to happen to any other person

On Friday, January 26th, 2024, I bought fuel from the station located at 1704 N. Broadway Avenue in Knoxville, Tn. There was water in the gas, and it has caused some serious issues with my car. I filled my car with 93 octane and within a second or two of restarting, the car exhibited all the signs of water in the fuel system (check engine warnings, violent shaking and misfiring, extremely rough idle . Are you aware of any other complaints from that station?

I stopped here for gas because my car was completely on E and there wasn't anywhere else that was open. I only got $10.01 in gas yet my card was charged $112.90! When I tried contacting the store no one would answer so now I have to drive all the way back across town to try to get my money back!

Desperate for gas and they had 3 different pumps where patrons were just standing around talking and not moving their vehicles. It was a complete mess out there. Somebody needs to manage the pump situation and kindly asked the patrons to move on when they're finished. The situation went on for over 20 minutes until I finally left to go down the road to Casey's.

The pumps are incredibly slow, and have become slower and slower over the years. The interior is kept clean, but the outside pavement is just filthy and needs to be power washed. Otherwise this is a very conveniently located gas station.

It's very dirty, gross and in poor condition. They obviously don't care about maintaining things you can see so that makes me worried they also don't care about maintaining the equipment you can't see.

I get off work at night and they have propane knowing people are cold and won't sell it me. This is the worst store with absolutely no customer service. We're freezing cause you won't hire somebody to sit in the store while someone swaps the propane tank out??? The stupidest sack of coal I've ever heard.
